Don't give up yet Richie , It's always darkest before the dawn & with as dark as this has been , the dawn could happen at any moment. I'm not holding my breath , but it could happen. I check multiple times a week here. I had a heart attack in sept & by-pass late december. It's a new dawn for me of sorts as I'm recovering quite well. I hope we all can see a new dawn someday for "fare" investors , it would be fair to the investors. Take care all ........ ( sorry , somehow I ended up with new " handle " , I was " rdoubled " )
I will work towards the rdoubled restore , if I can.

Maybe they are waiting for it to be s.a.f.e. to do so. That is my current hope. Maybe an expert market merger or two in the meantime. But we wait as usual. The s.a.f.e. banking act appears to be possible soon. Weed stocks have been on the rise lately & with banking available I think it could be hard for "Fare minds" to resist the opportunities. That is if I am even remotely close to "Fare" potentially getting into the weed business , it's just a hunch of mine. I think it could make sense. Someone posted that "Fare" has paper work already filled out waiting to file. For what business or businesses ? As usual , we will wait to see what happens or doesn't happen.

Are you saying FARE never bought the us division from MRPI?

Super Fresh Foods is the Canadian Company. MRPI was supposed to do a deal with FARE but it went sideways.

GSPT is completely separate.

USA division is All Your Foods? Not sure I understand

This is confusing MRPI , FARE , GSPT
Benny from what i am reading took Super Fresh Foods Inc public with GSPT which is the Canadian division.
Where does MRPI and or FARE have anything to do with anything?
Am I correct that the USA division is All Your Foods is also controlled by Benny which is or is not a publicly traded stock and is not part of GSPT?
