What are the issues with the C1000 that it will not
go into full production?
Why didnt it meet Federal safety standards and was recalled?
Yes, I hope we get back over $10+....... as my average SP is $8.747 right now....
Do you think this will pull back though, as it has risen and then slumped back down numerous times in the last 12 months..... Do we test $4 again before we test $6+?
looks like stock responded to the insider buying that has gone on this week
I hope this is indication of longer term life.

Workhorse, GreenPower Motor Report Supply Deal For Delivery Of 1.5K GreenPower Electric Vehicle Star Cab, Chassis For Workhorse W750 Step Vans, No Terms Disclosed
8:03 am ET March 1, 2022 (Benzinga) Print
Workhorse Group Inc. (NASDAQ:WKHS)(“Workhorse”), an American technology company focused on providing sustainable and cost-effective electric vehicles to the last-mile delivery sector, and GreenPower Motor Company Inc. (NASDAQ:GP, TSXV:GPV) (“GreenPower”), a leading manufacturer and distributor of zero-emission electric-powered vehicles serving the cargo and delivery, shuttle, transit and school bus markets, today announced the signing of a multi-year supply agreement to facilitate the manufacturing and delivery of medium-duty Class 4 step vans into the North American market.
Under the terms of the agreement, the companies have confirmed a 21-month schedule during which GreenPower will deliver 1,500 EV Star cab and chassis to Workhorse starting in July 2022. The chassis are to be used in the production of Workhorse’s new Class 4 W750 step van line, which is slated to enter production in Q3 2022. Workhorse will complete the manufacturing process and deliver finished step vans to its customers in the United States and Canada. The agreement includes deposits based on delivery thresholds and also contains a renewal option.
Workhorse will have exclusive rights in the U.S. and Canada to sell Class 4 step vans based on the GreenPower-supplied base vehicle. The finished Class 4 step vans will be available under the Workhorse brand with Workhorse after-sales and support service.
The W750 will feature up to 150 miles of all-electric range, with a payload capacity of 5,000 lbs., as well as standard 60kW DC fast-charging and optional 60 kW wireless-charging capabilities.
“Workhorse is delivering on our commitment to pioneer the transition to zero-emission commercial vehicles by developing and building safe, reliable and versatile electric commercial delivery vehicles,” said Workhorse CEO Rick Dauch. “Our partnership with GreenPower is a crucial step in a multi-pronged effort to redefine our product portfolio. The Class 4 W750, alongside our legacy Class 3 C-1000 and W56 platform launching in 2023, will enable Workhorse to address the entire Class 3-6 commercial vehicle market. I am very pleased to have reached this important agreement, and we look forward to working closely with the GreenPower team to make the first truck deliveries from our Union City, Indiana plant later this year.”
“We are honored to partner with Workhorse to bring their Class 4 step van to market leveraging GreenPower’s EV Star cab and chassis platform,” said GreenPower CEO Fraser Atkinson. “Our technically advanced and proven EV Star line of vehicles that will underpin the new Workhorse vehicle also support our all-electric medium-duty paratransit, micro-transit, executive shuttle, vanpool, and cargo delivery vehicles. Given our depth of experience we are confident in our ability to meet and exceed Workhorse customer requirements and expectations.”
GreenPower President Brendan Riley added, “We have been collaborating with Workhorse on this project for over six months and have already delivered several EV Star cab and chassis base vehicles to Workhorse. We look forward to ramping our activities on the co-development and integration of our vehicle with the Workhorse W750. We have been working with our partners to ensure the production and timely delivery of the vehicles pursuant to the initial delivery schedule as well as to support additional growth opportunities.”
Earning tomorrow... de-listed soon. OTC incoming.
This will go below $3 again before it reaches $4, even though I want/need it to go back to $20+..........

That is not what is causing it. The lawsuits began a while ago.
This morning it's about the spending bill not being supported. In that bill there were EV tax credits that were supporting the rise of EV stocks. Without that you are seeing a retraction in EV firms.
WORKHORSE ALERT: Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C. is Investigating Workhorse Group, Inc. on Behalf of Long-Term Stockholders and Encourages Investors to Contact the Firm
9:00 pm ET December 17, 2021 (Globe Newswire) Print
Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C., a nationally recognized shareholder rights law firm, is investigating potential claims against Workhorse Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: WKHS) on behalf of long-term stockholders following a class action complaint that was filed against Workhorse on March 8, 2021. Our investigation concerns whether the board of directors of Workhorse have breached their fiduciary duties to the company.
The complaint alleges that throughout the Class Period, defendants made false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose that: (1) the Company was merely hoping that USPS was going to select an electric vehicle as its Next Generation Delivery Vehicle, and had no assurance or indication from USPS that this was the case; (2) the Company had concealed the fact that - as revealed by the postmaster general in explaining the ultimate decision not to select an electric vehicle - electrifying the USPS's entire fleet would be impractical and astronomically expensive; and (3) as a result, defendants' statements about Workhorse's business, operations, and prospects, were materially false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis at all relevant times.
If you are a long-term stockholder of Workhorse, have information, would like to learn more about these claims, or have any questions concerning this announcement or your rights or interests with respect to these matters, please contact Brandon Walker or Alexandra B. Raymond by email at investigations@bespc.com, or telephone at (212) 355-4648, or by filling out this contact form. There is no cost or obligation to you.

What's causing rapid stock decline????
Yes it really is. All ape plays will eventually crash. Last idiot out turn off the lights.
Sit tight people, the chip problem is slowing down. There are still more problems but not as bad.Hold tight,WKHS will start moving all their vans.
Peterbilt and Kenworth EVs will probably last.
Many semis reach 600 to 800k miles, and a EV
should do at least as well as a diesel.
No reason an EV can't be built to hold up in the
commercial world.
What do you expect from a Wallstreetbets 'ape' play?
Do you think Biden's 'intention to nominate' will actually keep this stock from continually falling further and further? I am deep in the Red here but do not see any short-term catalysts to change things around, unfortunately......

Another big drop this morning. Just can't gain any traction....
20,000 miles a year for 20 years? What elec. vehicles can meet those stringent requirements. That's 400,000 miles.
Scary conference call!
" I've talked to the big customers at UPS, FedEx, others, they expect to have these trucks last 15 to 20 years and go 15,000 to 20,000 miles a year, and carry up to 7,000 or 8,000 pounds of payload. I'm pretty darn sure the C1000 can't meet those kind of stringent requirements. That's the bad news.
Anything related to Bitcoin or cryptocurrency are doing well today as Bitcoin goes over $68k.
Everything was up pre-market, and now everything is down, across the board.

U.S. DoJ investigating electric vanmaker Workhorse -WSJ
Fri, November 5, 2021, 9:05 AM·
(Reuters) - Electric van maker Workhorse Group is being investigated by the U.S. Department of Justice, the Wall Street Journal reported on Friday, citing documents reviewed by the newspaper.
The focus of the inquiry was not revealed in the documents, the report said. Shares of the company were down 10.4% at $6.47 after the report.
Workhorse and the DoJ were not immediately available for comment.
The DoJ investigation adds to Workhorse's woes, with the company already being investigated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, according to a letter from the regulator published by a short seller in September.
In the same month, Workhorse, an early investor in Lordstown Motors, said it would suspend the deliveries of its flagship C-1000 electric van, saying more tests and modifications were needed to ensure it complies with regulatory standards.
Adding to those events in the month, the EV maker said on Sept. 30 two of its top executives, including finance chief Steve Schrader, had left the company and it had hired new people as part of a management rejig to underpin its commercial goals.
