There is no scam.
Those so called facts you offer are really only the viewpoint you choose to see things from, and if you are so concerned with facts such as these, why are you not going after every junior mining company and tech start up on the markets? You could save millions of investors money.
There is no scam.
Well the facts seem to say they are a huge one! But if there are a couple of people who don't think so oh well that's their choice.
WOLV is not a scam
WOLV has been and will remain one of the biggest scams on pinkies. The truth is they don't even try to hide that fact! And its taken a long time for everyone to realize what a scam it is.I was shocked that anyone believed all that Chalk bull. I am come on folks! Did we really think that someone who claims to have this greatest program in the security field would decide to use an broke never done a thing company in wolv to secure financing to get there product of the ground? LOL I love it though first they claim they need to raise 10 million then when they didn't raise a nickel they thought to keep this scam going they lowered that to 3 million. Yup I know that would be my plan of action if it were my program. Sure some people would take there product to some tech company but why wouldn't you search out a broke mining company who knows nothing about the tech world. And lets see whats it been 4 or 5 years since we heard about this can't miss product? LOL
Interesting that none of you comment on some of the examples. How poorly are those companies run? Obviously poorer than WOLV!!! Uber doesn't even own anything and they lose billions. WOLV owns 5% of DZI. Proven technology, with no product like it anywhere in the world.
Pretty funny.....especially when this happens. I will be laughing, as will many others on this board!!!!!
How funny is that?
You just compared Wolverine to Uber. Lol....you need help. No one has heard of Wolverine and Wolverine hasn’t generated a penny. A little different story to Uber.
LOL and what has that meant to wolv bottom line. LOL Like all these facts we are seeing posted its old old old news that was obviously part of their pump and dump scam. I mean really when was all this Chalks garbage from early 2015 and yet no more talk about it. LOL. Just wondering if we can all get into there consultant payoffs as its clear there is no consulting needed. I would think the only consulting is do we raise the A/S number as we are almost MAAXXED.
LOL love all the so called facts! The funny thing is all they show is the reasons we all know this is nothing more than a scam. Lets take the little IBM fact as that says it all. So IBM checked it out and said it worked! So we are to believe that whereas all WOLV was trying to do is raise 3 million dollars little ole IBM who 3 million dollars could come from petty cash didn't jump at the chance to get in on this can't miss opportunity! LOL And when was it that IBM did their test 4 years ago or so!
There is no technology that is equal to the DZI audit product.......fact
The technology has been proven to work based on the IBM labs report......fact
WOLV has 5% indirect interest in potentially the biggest thing to hit the cyber security world......fact
WOLV has had no revenues since moving to tech.......fact
Tech companies trading on the market with significant year over year losses:
Uber $5.4B loss in 2017
Box $170M loss
Pandora $559M loss
These are a tiny example of huge loss companies. I'm pretty comfortable with WOLV chewing up $300,000 per year for operations. You think the consulting fees are high with WOLV...take a look at any of the above companies and then comment.
WOLV has had no revenues.....fact
And if you want to look at mining companies with no revenues, neither have:
Gigametals
Kerr Mines
Kincora Copper
Great Bear Resources
to name a few. I will work on a list of tech companies that are the same.
WOLV is no different than these companies. The fact is that many mining companies have no revenues.......you don't make money exploring, and if you expect them to suddenly make money, then you should get out of investing.
Wolverine owns an indirect 5% interest in Decision Zone......fact
There is no scam
You are told more then that Bruce has a big mouth. He told me about enigma wayyyy before the scam took place.
Harold
I don't claim anything. I am told by Bruce that things are moving forward, and I trust his word.
Isn't claiming to have insider info illegal?
Harold
Yup...Wolverine under Bruce was nothing but a scam..even the mining exploration was a fake-out...Bruce is so pathetic, he attempted to flog the "Enigma" Dr. Chalk scam on a 82 year old woman sitting in a hospital bed..Bruce told of $billions of dollars flowing in...Truth is, from Gallery to Wolverine to whatever it is now..all scams, ..My mother and now deceased father trusted Bruce's dad...that's where the connection was made..He was respectful..Bruce was given benefit of the doubt as the son...Bruce is mere scam and sham.
The things Bruce told to his so-called friends...Bruce should be in jail..Bruce tried and nearly scammed my mom into buying more..private placements and more...My mom already had shares from years earlier.mom not being computer savvy, I looked into Wolverine..Dr. Chalk..Enigma...blah blah blah..
What I said ..Greatest cyber security system is going to a broke scam numbered company for funding...Sheesh...ya gonna lie, lie big eh Bruce...
Bottom line, after I filled mom in...we told Bruce...Get the hell outta here you scamming dog...don't ask for money you'll receive nothing ever again...Bruce the dog..asking old ladies in hospital beds for cheques!
Bruce, not one shareholder I read here likes you or WOLV. Everyone has lost money while you take in consulting fees. Tell us what you consult? Everything about WOLV has been a scam.
You mentioned the Doc deal to me as a last ditch hope for the company way before you did the deal. Now that deal even sucks. The Doc deal was another WOLV scam to bring in consulting fees.
Harold
Why, I am not hiding like you are doing. Why don't you use your real name?
Stop using decent people's names in your posts.
Harold
Now that the end has finally come for this scam wouldn't we all love to know how the CEO (BRUCE) BOZO came up with such a lame plan as this tech scam? Who in their right mind would even give any belief that if there actually was a piece of software that was the greatest security thing to come since sliced bread that the inventors would come to a broke mining company to try and secure financing? 3 million dollars to a tech company is petty cash. Common sense tells us if there was a lick of truth than any number of tech companies would have bought in. But we were told to believe that wolv was chose to obtain this financing. HUH??? Well as we saw no one bought into that garbage and its the last straw. And then when we see the SS almost maxed out all can happen is them adding another 500 million shares. Gotta try and fund all the hundreds of thousands of dollars in "consultant fees". The only consulting going on is consulting on how to continue this scam.
Bruce don't attack or use shareholder's names in your posts. You are fair game cuz you are the company but not shareholders regardless if you like them or not.
I don't like you Bruce I think you are major liar! Same about Doubloon.
Harold
LOL pretty obvious whats going on. NOTHING!!! Never has never will be. Gee I do hope they can at least scam a little more from investors so they can pay out more consultant fees. WHAT A JOKE this company is and was and always will be.
Bruce has done a good job scamming decent people. Bruce is one of the biggest scammers I have known since 1995.
Hal
LOL we have been hearing that same stuff for over 5 years. There never has nor will there ever be anything going on here. My God folks look at the financials over the years. Hundreds of thousands of consultant fees have been paid and its all from stock proceeds as there has never been a nickel of revenue here. Pretty sweet scam for those receiving those fees. Still can't believe anyone fell for that tech scam. I mean really a broke mining company was picked to obtain financing for a can't miss security program. Yeah if I had that product I know my first stop would be wolv to partner with! LOL And how did finding that funding work out? LOL
I would love to see this scam reduced to zero.
Harold
read this "Burdett said she didn't believe that and felt the evidence had been "concocted" by Costerd and his fiancee to make the bus driver look like a willing participant in the fight" Concocted....There it is, that's Wolverine and Enigma and David Chalk n Bruce in a nutshell.....everything from Bruce is concocted bullshit...
Have a good day....Cheers Eyes Wide Open
Wrong pal! Bruce Costerd was Convicted of Assault! definitely confirms the people behind the WOLV SCAM are criminals!
Bruce is the brother of current president Lee Costerd

West Van man loses appeal of assault conviction of bus driver
Jane Seyd
jseyd@nsnews.com
A 48-year-old president of a Vancouver-based mining company who got into a fight with a bus driver outside Park Royal Shopping Centre two years ago has lost his bid to have his criminal assault conviction overturned.
Bruce Edward Costerd, of West Vancouver, who is president of Gallery Resources Ltd., tried to appeal his North Vancouver provincial court conviction in B.C. Supreme Court, arguing that the Crown prosecutor had failed to prove that the 62-year-old bus driver didn't consent to the fight. Justice Brenda Brown disagreed and dismissed Costerd's appeal.
Costerd was found guilty of threatening and committing assault after a trial in March before Judge Ellen Burdett in North Vancouver.
According to testimony at the trial, a fracas broke out after Costerd blocked the bus lane in front of Park Royal's south mall with his Land Rover.
The bus driver, Vince Ian Taylor, and another witness testified that after some verbal sparring, Costerd got out of his vehicle and walked up to Taylor, hitting him in the chest and knocking him backwards.
Taylor testified Costerd then walked towards him and said, "I'll f***ing kill you," and grabbed the front of his shirt and tie.
Costerd testified that when Taylor got out of the bus he was rolling up his sleeves and took a "Gentleman Jim Corbett boxing stance."
Burdett said she didn't believe that and felt the evidence had been "concocted" by Costerd and his fiancee to make the bus driver look like a willing participant in the fight
You wish it was a penny stock..."Shell Risk".."can't sell this garbage"..."no revenue, ever"..."if wishes were horses beggars could ride" Meet Bruce Co_ _ AKA...a wannabe be "beggar"
Our stock is a penny stock. Trading of our stock may be restricted by the SEC’s penny stock regulations which may limit a stockholder’s ability to buy and sell our stock.
Our stock is a penny stock. The Securities and Exchange Commission has adopted Rule 15g-9 which generally defines “penny stock” to be any equity security that has a market price (as defined) less than $5.00 per share or an exercise price of less than $5.00 per share, subject to certain exceptions. Our securities are covered by the penny stock rules, which impose additional sales practice requirements on broker-dealers who sell to persons other than established customers and “accredited investors”. The term “accredited investor” refers generally to institutions with assets in excess of $5,000,000 or individuals with a net worth in excess of $1,000,000 or annual income exceeding $200,000 or $300,000 jointly with their spouse. The penny stock rules require a broker-dealer, prior to a transaction in a penny stock not otherwise exempt from the rules, to deliver a standardized risk disclosure document in a form prepared by the SEC which provides information about penny stocks and the nature and level of risks in the penny stock market. The broker-dealer also must provide the customer with current bid and offer quotations for the penny stock, the compensation of the broker-dealer and its salesperson in the transaction and monthly account statements showing the market value of each penny stock held in the customer’s account. The bid and offer quotations, and the broker-dealer and salesperson compensation information, must be given to the customer orally or in writing prior to effecting the transaction and must be given to the customer in writing before or with the customer’s confirmation. In addition, the penny stock rules require that prior to a transaction in a penny stock not otherwise exempt from these rules, the broker-dealer must make a special written determination that the penny stock is a suitable investment for the purchaser and receive the purchaser’s written agreement to the transaction. These disclosure requirements may have the effect of reducing the level of trading activity in the secondary market for the stock that is subject to these penny stock rules. Consequently, these penny stock rules may affect the ability of broker-dealers to trade our securities. We believe that the penny stock rules discourage investor interest in and limit the marketability of our common stock.

Thanks Chester.....I'm sure Spike needs your confirmation.... lol
Bang on! Not one timeline or promise had ever come to fruition.
You’re delusional Bruce. You keep telling people things that NEVER come to fruition. What happened with the court proceedings? Weren’t we to have answers a month ago? Good grief. You continue to spew anything out of your mouth to convince others to invest. If you were right even once I’d give you some credit but you haven’t once told the truth in terms of timelines and expectations.
You are obviously delusional. I steal nothing from anyone. If you don't believe in the company, that is your prerogative, but don't look to blame or offer opinions of others on this board because of the choice you made to invest.
I should say the same thing for you to hide behind the internet to lie and steal from people. Everyone involved with this company should be in jail.
Pretty easy to say things like this under the anonymity of the internet. You must feel empowered.
This is gonna be big. All people bashing here do not have any idea what is happening. There is good stuff going on.
Kinda like your life...hey nutbar?
I really dont care who you are. I'm simply attempting to help you get out of this stock like everyone else that bashes it here. Then you can be just like them.....not invested but still offering comments about the company.
Yup. Total $cam!!!
This is not a company, it's a scam...no earnings, EVER...no revenue, EVER...no research, no assets, no nothing except "consultants fees" paid to Bruce ...paid with private worthless placements...."Shell Company warning" was attached to this scam by OTC....worthless garbage with NOTHING in the works..NOTHING
If you know who I am what I do I don’t have time to worry about you and a few hundred dollars right now. My stance hasn’t changed. This is a crap company.
I will msg you on the other board.
