I think Inod is about to break out. Stock is below 3 bucks a share and price has now consolidated above the 50 day moving average accourding to the three month chart. Volume has been weak as of recent and is most likely being accumulated. Any news should cause this stock to spike up in my opinion. Fundamentals appear to be good and stock has a small float. Stock has taken a beating until recently and 50 day moving average appears to be trending north and I repeat the price has been stable above that average as of late. I have been watching it closely and remain optimistic it may see good gains in the stock price come 3rd and 4th quarter if revenue beats street estimates. Stock has traded as high as $10 a share in the last 52 weeks and is overdue some upside in my opinion. Anyway I posted it here and would like to see what others thought about the chart and there opinion of what direction this companies stock price may be heading . Not looking for free analysis but would appreciate if anyone so desires to post any comments good or bad about this company.
Knight Capital unit may face SEC charges
Monday June 27, 8:45 am ET
NEW YORK (Reuters) - Knight Capital Group Inc. (NasdaqNM:NITE - News), one of the largest traders of Nasdaq-listed shares, on Monday said its asset management unit faces possible civil charges from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission over possible improper trading activity.
Knight said Deephaven Capital Management LLC and a former Deephaven employee received "Wells notices" from the SEC.
It said the notice to Deephaven indicates that SEC staff may recommend civil action alleging that the unit violated securities laws that are aimed at stopping fraud.
A call to the SEC was not immediately returned. Knight disclosed the Wells notices in an SEC filing. It did not name the former employee.
Knight said the case concerns trading activity associated with private investments in public equities, or PIPEs, from June 1, 1999 through March 2004.
In a letter to investors that Knight released in the filing, Deephaven said it believes the Wells notice results from an industrywide review that began last summer related to PIPEs transactions.
Deephaven said its PIPEs activities represented an "insignificant portion" of assets held by its Market Neutral Master Fund LP, which discontinued such investments by August 2004.
A Wells notice indicates the SEC may accuse the recipient of wrongdoing, and give the recipient a chance to respond. Deephaven said it is cooperating fully.
Knight is based in Jersey City, New Jersey. Deephaven has offices in Minnetonka, Minnesota. (Additional reporting by Karey Wutkowski)
MSEP had a good day, and might be a good flipper tomorrow.
Heads up. GOOG seems to be getting back on track.

here is the fact:
this is the price when you were touting it- i quote:
PCLP .12x.13 8 million o/s
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=4746668
the long and short of it is that the 12 to 13 cent price range was NOT sustained in any meaningful way: PERIOD. regarless of the fluctuations - and anything above that was insignificant and not even worthy of noting.
face it -- there is no friggin "massive short squeeze" and this stock has only gone down.
perhaps one day you posted and it was 9 cents and another day it was 13 cents.... the fact is that FOR THE GREATER PART OF THE TIME SINCE YOUR POST THE STOCK HAS BEEN UNDER BOTH YOUR TOUTED PRICES.
today its a nickel bid --- [actually .052 cuz i raised the bid a bit]
i havent lied and im not embarassed. i dont care what the frick you think of me. there are a lot of people who read these threads and i let the readers decide for themselves.
now - fwiw - i filled out the online form that they had for resellers and never got a response.
http://www.paperclip.com/pages/contactus.html
in fact i think i used two different names and also filled out one requesting info and didnt get a response from that one either.
thats the bad news.
the good news is i asked the to contact the largest independent Realtor and lender in our area and they did -- and followed up with me to let me know the response.
the next thing i would do - when i have time - is contact some of these folks:
http://www.paperclip.com/pages/partnersandmembers.html
and find out more about them and their opinion of the product.
Lazarus
Sorry if you dont believe it but its a FACT! Go back and look at any historical price screener and you will see that on 1-05-05 the stock trade at a low of .07 and a high of .09 that. The fact that you still try to deny that for the second time blows any trace of credibilty you might have had. Sorry that i exposed your lie and embarrased you to the point where you dont want to go back and look at the fact. Also a historical FACT that it ran to .14 by 1-18-05.
Now for the fact that you bought shares under .06 or whatever thats great for you. I still think its a good little company with a grossly undervalued market cap and have closely followed every QUIET Press Release this company puts out. I think you will make money on those shares imo.
The fact that you are scooping up shares now at these low prices shows me you are not an entirely lost cause.
dont believe your charts...
and dont worry about me putting my foot in my mouth.
if the stock was 7 cents you would not have made this post:
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=4749270
If they do i'll be trying to buy at .08
lol --- my recollection is it was about 13 cents at the time --- and you said the above.
anyway -- like i said --- the stock was likely to drift down --- AND IT DID --- and lower than the 7 or 8 cents i mentioned. its at .06 ask today --- AND I DONT SEE YOU TRYING TO GET SHARES ...LMAO!
no worries about my buyin price -- i DID buy shares and i am in UNDER .06 and my buyin was AFTER your hype.
AND JUST FOR THE HECK OF IT I WILL TAKE OUT ANOTHER 5K SHARES AT .06 [ a little pricey - but what the heck]
Lazarus
hey look - they snagged an new customer:
http://www.paperclip.com/comp/pr/06-13-05.htm
Haha lol very bitter Lazarus. First get your facts straight Lazarus. The post you copied of mine was dated 1-05-05. Now be a good little boy and go back and see that the price per share was a low of .07 and a high of .09 that day. Not the .13 or .14 that you just lied about and said it was. Now on
1-13-05 it hit .13 and on 1-18-05 it hit .14
Now I dont know about your math goldenboy but my math shows a 100% gain from when you listed my post to 1-18-05 when it hit .14 Hmm, sounds like a covering, or squeeze or mini-run to me. Too bad you didnt buy on 1-05-05 when i posted. You could have sold for a nice gain. Oh i get it, you must have bought in at the high of .14.
Ok now come back and insert your foot in mouth again.
bitter? not! - i just have a strong distaste for bozos...
who make posts like this:
Watch PCLP. Massive Short squeeze coming.
Look at the market cap for this company. Its currently under 700k. A good shell company can sell for over a million dollars. The shell itself is worth the current market cap. They have a nice little business. The Virtual Loan software is catching on with some very reputable financial institutions and PCLP is always developing new software.
They are basically close to a break even company right now and i think profits will come in 2005 imo. They have at the moment about .055 per share in cash on hand so cash flow is good.
The o/s is only 8.2 million with 73% of that owned by management so the float is only 2 or 3 million shares.
pure bs hype -- and what is worse is that not long after the bs you foist on these boards -- the stock plummets from the 13 - 14 cents that you were hyping it at --- to a nickel.
as for being impatient when it comes to penny stocks... i think you got the wrong guy buddy.
Lazarus
Just what i thought. An impatient PCLP shareholder and a blasphemer to boot! May the Almighty One Bless you and relieve you of your bitterness.
first of all....
lets get something clear:
Its a shame with a name like Lazarus you sin so much buying these stem cell stocks.
i keep abreast of what is going on in the biotech industry with respect to stem cells.
the company that i own shares of: PPMD has touted a product that it is developing called Viastem which is free of both DMSO and bovine sera [cow blood].
i suspect that you dont have any clue as to why that would be important. but a product like viastem would be very significant for the storage of cord blood or stem cells.
im not going to bother either expressing or defending my position on stem cells ... but you come off as a total idiot to me in your statement.
now --- back to PLCP --- are you a hypster who really believes your shortsqueezebullshit about the stock --- OR JUST STUPID?
and fwiw --- i own the stock --- at a fraction of the cost you were hyping it at... my avg pps is under .o6 per share.
Well the reveune didnt go down as you incorrectly predicted back then. It increased. As for the pps sometimes it doesnt always work out as expected and sometimes it just takes a little longer than expected and thus patience is needed. But i think you know that already goldenboy as evidenced by some of your holdings. Good to know your thinking of me however. God Bless You. Its a shame with a name like Lazarus you sin so much buying these stem cell stocks.
we are WAITING ....lol
Couple of road reports.
About a week ago I was taking shelving from Corsicanna, Tx to Bryan, College Station. Oh the route somebody has a mixed herd of buffalo and cattle. If you cross a hereford and a black angus, you will most likely get a white faced angus. Well, in this mixed herd, there was a buffalo, probably about 2 years old. It was a normal buffalo in every way, but it had a white face. Unusual animal.
Report #2. On the way from Denver to North Platte, Nebraska, I got bored and stopped in Sterling, Colorado. They have a museum there, and it is one of the neatest places I have ever wondered through. The white faced buffalo may take the back seat to the stuffed calf that they have there. It was born with two heads.
But more about the "Overland Trail Museum" in Logan County. It's a village of seven buildings. Collections of Native American artifacts, cattle brands, farm machinery; archaeological and paleontological exhibits, one-room schoolhouse, fire engine, children's displays; local historical items; park and picnic area, they have an old Diamond T truck that has a crane mounted on the back of it, and the crane cables operate a hydraulic excavator type digging arm and bucket. Neatest thing I ever saw. A 1936 Caterpillar Dozer and a dress from the 1860's that was worn by a 19 year old woman in 1929, and it still looks almost new. There are too many things to tell you about. But here is a web address if you are interested: http://www.colorado.com/cms/index.php/id=330

I would say it is at least a one day visit, to come close to doing it justice.

NCS.....
http://biz.yahoo.com/e/050609/ncs10-q.html
One of the primary challenges facing the Company both short and long-term is the volatility in the price of steel, the primary raw material used by the Company. Steel represents approximately 70% of the Company's cost of goods sold. The Company is not dependent on any one source for its supply of steel. The steel industry is cyclical in nature and steel prices are influenced by numerous factors beyond the Company's control, including general economic conditions, competition, labor costs, production costs, import duties and other trade restrictions. Beginning in the second quarter of fiscal 2004, there were unusually rapid and significant increases in steel prices and severe shortages in the steel industry due in part to increased demand from China's expanding economy and high energy prices. Supply and prices from the domestic steel manufacturers and available foreign spot purchases began stabilizing during the Company's fourth fiscal quarter and largely stabilized during the second fiscal quarter of 2005. Based upon the Company's sales for the first half of fiscal 2005, it expects that sales for the remainder of the fiscal year will follow historical seasonal patterns with sales increasing in the third and fourth quarters.
In assessing the state of the metal construction market, the Company relies upon various industry associations, third party research, and various government reports such as industrial production and capacity utilization. One such industry association is the Metal Building Manufacturers Association ("MBMA"), which provides summary member sales information and promotes the design and construction of metal buildings and metal roofing systems. Another is McGraw-Hill Construction Information Group which the Company looks to for reports of actual and forecasted growth in various construction related industries, including the overall non-residential construction market. For the first six months of fiscal 2005, McGraw-Hill's Dodge Report square footage was off 6.9% from the same period in the prior year. MBMA, which does not include all industry participants, reported a 9.3% decline in tons shipped for January through March compared to the same period in the previous year. While acknowledging the lower level of activity in the non-residential sector, Dodge is forecasting growth for calendar year 2005 of 3%. This forecast means the sector must have substantial growth during the last eight months of the calendar year to overcome this slow start.
Inventory decreased 9% to $126.0 million at April 30, 2005 from $138.4 million at October 30, 2004 primarily due to the reduction in purchases. Although the inventory levels may not decline to the historical levels when consignment programs were in place, the Company is continuing to actively manage its inventory requirements. During the remaining half of fiscal 2005, inventory is expected to increase slightly to meet higher seasonal demand but is expected to end the year between current levels and approximately $120.0 million.
During the first six months of fiscal 2005, the Company continued to position itself to execute its internal and external growth strategy by issuing $180 million aggregate principal amount of 2.125% convertible senior subordinated notes ("Convertible Notes") in November 2004. In December 2004, the Company completed the acquisitions of Heritage Building Systems ("HSI") and Steelbuilding.com ("SI") in an effort to increase its retail sales and the buyout of its joint venture partner's 49% interest in its Mexico operations to give the Company more control and flexibility of that business. The Company is currently engaged in a thorough analysis of its markets to evaluate potential acquisitions and is working with an investment banking team to assist it in this process

(ABRX ) has been a very good flipper for the last week and I hope others may have made a good profit by doing so also. I played it only as a day trade until it looked to be a bottom and way over done unless something comes out on the wire even worse than it already has. It is still a high risk gamble for a long term play, due to the unknown. I bought some to hold yesterday at $3.51 for the long term and flipped my short term play again today. (ELN) has been a very good spec stock on the chance that the drug tysabri for treating MS would return to the market. Today they said it probably would return in the near future and the PPS is now up over $5.00 from when I posted about it with SEC. I know some here had it on their watch list and hope you took a position, because when the drug does return, this could be another double or better from the present PPS. It will take a few months, but it does look good for a long term play. Good luck to all and happy holidays, Walk
I think it is time to buy NCS again.

Google, a company that was founded just as the trial was getting under way, is now widely (and correctly) viewed as the most serious threat to Microsoft's desktop hegemony since Netscape. Linux, the open-source operating system, has made real inroads in the server market - a market Microsoft had counted on for growth.

OT walk. Phooey. darn laptop is touchy.
Lost a post just before I was about to push the submit button.
Never feel envious or sorry for other folks. We all have our personal triumphs and scars. Is it not true that when we buy the high dollar bottle of booze, we lose the ability to buy the next law book? Now, if we are not studying for the bar, then that is OK; but, if the bar is our goal: major screwup.
Life is like that. Say yes to one thing; say no to others.
And even a foot loose and fancy free guy like myself has his own personal demons and responsibilities.
Take yesterday, for example. In the early 70's I read about Butchart Gardens. http://www.butchartgardens.com/main.php And I have had it on my personal list of places to go, and things to do, ever since. Well Sunday night I forced the diesel up I-5 so that I could be parked in the parking lot of the equipment dealer in Lynden, Washington to finish unloading my load. I wanted to make it to Butchart early; and, Lynden was only about a mile from the Canadian border. I had a tough schedule.
Well, the first thing that kidnapped me was Mt. Baker (an inactive volcano about 11000' tall). I gazed at it quite awhile. Then Lynden was so pretty.... and some of the Cedar trees along I-5 took me hostage, so by time I got to exit 230 going south on I-5, I was a bit behind schedule. Then the trip along hwy 20 west, over the bridge that connects the mainland with Whidbey Island was neat. I could probably have seen Capt_Nemo's island home north of that point when I was at the apex of the bridge, had it not been for a goofy seagull that was flying the same direction as my travel. Apparently, he did not expect a truck flying up behind HIM; and, hitting him as it went by. I was only going a few mph faster than the surprised bird; so, I doubt he even was bruised, albeit a tad surprised, no doubt....
The next thing I remember was the size and variation of the pines and cedars out there on Whidbey. And the buffalo herd. And the beauty of Oak Harbor, the high dollar residency of some of the local do wellers. And driftwood that would make me a really big buck if I had the capacity to throw it onto the trailer... LOL
So I followed 20 down the island until I reached Ebey's Landing National Historical Reserve. From there I cought the Ferry for Port Townsend. ($68 and change) After spending a bit of time there, I drove towards Port Angeles, where I intended to catch the "people ferry" over to Vancouver Island. But when I got to Blyn, Washington, I got a call from my son, who set up a load for me to carry to Longview, Texas. But, I still had the luck to travel hwy 101 from Blyn to shelton, and that is one of those roads with the little dots alongside it in the Rand McNally Atlas that signifys a scenic route, and on that road I got to do a bit oyster husking. That was good for an old man.
Got to Portland, slept at the ESCO's parking lot. They are a smelter that casts steel products for LeTourneau, Inc. The load I picked up is a 20' long cutting edge for one of those enournous Steel buckets that they use on those electric cranes. A picture of one of the 20' long cutting edges is at:
http://www.letourneau-inc.com/html/parts/parts.html
The bucket the cutting edge attaches to can hold 4 of my truck tractors.... The cutting edge alone weighs in at 17,300#.
Anyhow my son called me in Blyn, and said it was time to cut the vacation short and get my butt back into the "almighty dollar" mode. So, I am waiting here until tomorrow to see about getting more on the trailer. I have 27 lineal feet behind the cutting edge that I can carry product back to Houston, or at least part of the way from here to there.
Oh, by the way. Of my personal want list of things to see?
I have gotten to the Outer Banks and Kitty Hawk. And I have been a couple of times to Biltmore the George Washington Vanderbilt Mansion in Ashville. Those were two life long goals I can mark accomplished for North Carolina.
Still on my list are Williamsburg, and that Island Hotel built entirely of wood in the 20's and wired by Thomas Edison (originally), and Butchart Gardens. I never would want to be without goals.. Moving toward goals is the definition of happiness, and my present goal is to right click on the "Submit Post" do hickey. Later
I added to SBGX and SPRL today

Best of Luck walk.
I am thinking I make a better truck driver than a trader. And I sure see alot more of the sights. This morning it was antelope and something they call rock dogs. I have to check those dogs out. Know nothing about them. As I drive along I-84 (am in LaGrande, Oregon now), there are clouds drifting through the valleys and some sun peeking through. It always makes me smile when I see sun getting through the clouds and having the low lying clouds immediately over where the sun is hitting the ground. It is a morning phenomenon. Pretty country.
Waiting for an empty fuel pump. After fueling it is on to Seattle.
Delivering stainless steel drive shafts for some ships in Seattle and Alaska.
SEC: Well my good friend it appears that I win hands down on that percentage bet of ELan (ELN) versus ELANZ for the last 2 weeks. Your ELANZ started out that day at .18 and mine at $3.42. Today yours is at .18 and mine has jumped up to $5.44 +. I am going to continue to gamble on it moving much higher as time goes along. I would normally at any time take my 20k+ profit that is on the table right now, but the gamble in me says wait, because if that drug comes back to market the PPS should reach $10.00 to $30.00 within 12 months. It is not easy to take that kind of gamble in todays market, but something in me tells me to hold out because it will go much higher. I would hope that I am being smart and savy instead of stupid and greedy. Only time will tell me what the outcome of that statement is. As always good luck and best regards. Walk
