Total Returns are calculated using the daily 4:00pm net asset value (NAV). Market price returns reflect the midpoint of the bid/ask spread as of the close of trading on the exchange where fund shares are listed. Market price returns do not represent the returns you would receive if you traded shares at other times. Current performance may be lower or higher than quoted. Investment returns and principal value of an investment will fluctuate so that an investor's shares, when redeemed, may be worth more or less than their original cost. WisdomTree shares are bought and sold at market price (not NAV) and are not individually redeemed from the fund. Performance data for the most recent month-end is available at www.wisdomtree.com. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Performance of the domestic benchmark indexes assumes the reinvestment of gross dividends and excludes management fees, transaction costs and expenses. Performance information for the MSCI Indexes assumes the reinvestment of net dividends and excludes management fees, transaction costs and expenses. You cannot invest directly in an index.
Investing involves risk including the possible loss of principle. International investing involves special risks, such as currency fluctuation or political uncertainty. Funds focusing on a single country, sector and/or smaller companies generally experience greater price volatility.

I'm buying some now and I'll buy more on the down. The negatives on this are the quarterly losses and somewhat the OS. I dont think you'll see this any lower than $3.75 and probably not below $4.00
Yes the plunge would be scary depending on one's timetable.
I'm not terribly bright, so in keeping with that, I added on the falling knife today. It looked like it wanted to fill the last gap but didn't. I believe it will but on a last plunge.
http://charts.dacharts.com/2007-06-27/CY398619-266.png
I have stop buy in place for that move.
After that fill 3.5375 may be the final low this year due to lost motion/slippage after the gap fill.
Siegal bebates Thursday a.m.
My trading rules don't apply for a stock like WSDT. Different account, timeline and strategy.
Like GROW I scale in and wait years sometimes. Big payday when I'm right.
so much for buy and hold
the sob's got my shares, I'll buy back after this wash out, dang I sure didn't see it coming. Siegal must have lost debate.

From The Street.com (Godfather)
'WisdomTree creates its own indices and issues its own funds. It currently has 37 ETFs with $4 billion in assets under management.'
Keep those assets growing!
Oops, spelling's not my strong suit. Thank goodness as a trader/investor I can be dumb and just click on the dom.
Yes, I'm going into quiet mode myself...but I'll be around.
Cheers,
infolode
Wisdom trees assets under management are climbing at an excellerated(accelerated) pace. LOL I looked it up.
Anyway I think that is why I love this play the most, that and the guys/gals running the show.
I think will see an increase in PPS prior to the new year as long as the accelerated pace of assets go forward.
The Nas require a $5.00 PPS for new listings, I just can't see this play staying near that prior to the dance. I have never had a pinkie go straight to the big show, how exciting!
Jono is free to get back into publishing, I hope to see a magazine focused on the ETF markets as it is the fastest growing asset dump 'In The World.' The internet is great but having something to read during those quite time is a must. LOL
Best of luck to you, I won't be posting often as I have a way of jinxing plays by doing so.
Buy And Forget!!!
All Just My Opinion1
Short term projection.

"Sell in May then go away.." Not exactly true for 2007.
Safe havens/flight to safety was gold/bonds
Retail and institutional strategy was parking with large caps and bonds.
ETF's are in the mix now.
Of course Wisdom trees' models aren't proven as of yet and the lions share is going to the top five funds but Wisdom trees assets under management are climbing at an excellerated pace.
Global trading and access to foreign markets in an ETF.
Love it.
35k sell from employee,ticked down from 5.87 to 5.8608.
Not bad for less than 100,000 volume. That would have tanked most most illiquids. Evidentally a kinder, gentler ax for the insider sales.
265,000 still unaccounted for then off to the races.
They might subdivide the blocks, we'll see.
Barclay and I-shares...look out!
I agree
it does seem amazing. The Tree has been in service for just over a year. Sure some could argue it's a little ahead of itself. Who cares she's just a seedling, the pros caring for our little sapling insure her health and growth.
The Nasdaq listing should give us a nice push,(Soon). You called it a core holding, I call it a buy and forget. We have a winner here!
Just my opinion folks!
I continue to accumulate. I don't believe I'll be sorry.
It's still amazing more investors don't see the future in this company.
I'll be holding this in my core for along time.
Nasdaq listing after the first of the year.

WisdomTree to Launch First Earnings-Weighted ETFs
Business Wire "US Press Releases "
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
WisdomTree Investments, Inc. (Pink Sheets: WSDT.PK) announced today that the WisdomTree Trust will list six domestic earnings-weighted ETFs on the American Stock Exchange on Friday, February 23, 2007:
Fund Market Cap. Exp Ratio
WisdomTree Total Earnings Fund (EXT) Broad Market .28%
WisdomTree Earnings 500 Fund (EPS) Large Cap. .28%
WisdomTree MidCap Earnings Fund (EZM) Mid Cap. .38%
WisdomTree SmallCap Earnings Fund (EES) Small Cap. .38%
WisdomTree Low P/E Fund (EZY) Multi Cap. .38%
"With the launch of earnings-based indexes and ETFs, WisdomTree takes fundamentally weighted indexing a step closer to its 'tipping point.' We believe this will happen when investors fully recognize the structural flaws of market cap-weighted indexes," commented Jonathan Steinberg, CEO of WisdomTree Investments.
Bruce Lavine, President and COO of WisdomTree Investments added, "WisdomTree now offers two complementary families. Investors seeking the potential for income-generating yields and relatively lower volatility may want to consider the Dividend Family. Those seeking broad market exposure or exposure to traditional sector classifications through companies with an earnings track record may want to consider the Earnings Family. Both families are rooted in fundamentals and both are alternatives to market cap-weighted indexes and ETFs."
The WisdomTree ETFs have gathered $2.4 billion in assets under management since launching in June of 2006.

s/d I don't know about going to a different exchange. At this point and time the business model needs time to adhere.
Not a question in my mind, however that this will work and will provide a great alternative to other funds.
This stocks a winner and a keeper.
I'm a trader but not with this baby.
agreed, infolode...do you think they will list on a major board? i would imagine, with the experience they have at the helm, they will have no problem reporting, and get off the pinky's. what are the requirements to get on a board? its either that, or the assets under management are going to come out soon. if this thing breaks through 9.90, it is going to run fast. i do not understand why this board is so empty, this is a huge opportunity...and quite honestly think there is little downside risk...

Still hoping for a pull-back. Thin and reactionary.
Sleepy little gem. Looking for a pull-back.

Wow, nice pop this week. Assets under management are now 1 Billion. This thing is for real. Not some shady pinky here. I may buy more if there's a pullback.

WSDT chart
Gerald Appel recommends an 8-17-9 MACD to generate buy signals and a 12-25-9 MACD to confirm a sell signal for a stock, which has had a strong bullish move.
Last PR was about former SEC director now on board. Wall St. powerbrokers, major hedgefund directors. Should be a good ride up to the top of the mountain!! Hope I can accumulate more shares before the analysts spot this trend in price movement.
WOW!!!! What a freakin' spike today!! Volume enormous, stock up almost 20%. Can't find any news or PRs. I'll keep looking. Maybe some inside news about to be revealed?
This has been a great stock and should continue to do well..........
WSDT now has National exposure on CNBC. I have seen the commercials twice this past week. Small investor looking down the road.
this has been a great stock
Wisdom tree launched their first etfs and their new website is up and running: http://www.wisdomtree.com/
Money $$$$$$$$
Management here is amazing..........big reward here on a two year hold........
Sweet, december! Maybe we can get a board going. There is no message board on Yahoo yet or anywhere. This stock is still under the radar, but not for long IMO. I got in about a month ago, and I bought some more earlier today. Good luck to you!!
I have been following for a while. Once I free up some cash, I will get into this one :)
This here looks like a little undiscovered gem waiting to break out. This isn't your run-of-the-mill pinky by any means. This isn't some shady Nevada shell. This is a NYC company with some HUGE names and brilliant ideas brewing!!!! I got interested in this company when I found out that my personal hero, Jeremy J. Siegel, is the Senior Investment Strategy Advisor (he also owns shares in the company). Among the other other players are Michael Steinhardt, the hedge fund manager, who is the firm's chairman and owns some two-thirds of its shares, and the former American Express chairman James D. Robinson III and his son, James D. Robinson IV, who serves on the WisdomTree board. Its chief executive is Jonathan Steinberg, son of the corporate raider Saul P. Steinberg. OS is moderate at 78 million, but the float is damn low and the chart looks great. This could take off very soon. Any thoughts???????
