Losing Brands Corp closed red 0.0007 -0.0001 (-12.50%). Imagine that
August 10th 2022 Same old story with MR Eric. From 2007- 2022 WNBD has been a dog. What will change? Nothing. Beware here!
Wouldn't it be beneficial to the "investor" to be able to know the details of the GT "acquisition"? I mean the vesting order is well gone, there is no earthly reason not to be transparent. Instead, Eric cloaks all of this in mystery, mean telling investors he has ANOTHER GRANDIOSE plan for sales (just kike his $100 Global Sales Pitch over 15 years ago with winning colors).
Eric is anything but transparent. He hides the truth almost ALWAYS. Why? What is there to hide? Let investors see the details of the company they partly own!!
There must be something very off with the details of the deal, or else Eric would be spewing it all over the internet.
Eric loves to hide the inconvenient truth about his shadowy-funding attempts, I suspect this is no different.
I don’t disagree. Hard to predict anything 100% these days, especially in the market. It does provide more context on trading patterns and details related to the overall story though. We will see what this week brings.
Sure, it can look legit. Just saying that alone would not prove it occurred as fact. Like you said its hard. Likely would need a professional investigation to uncover more collaborating evidence.
It’s hard to have anything be 100% fact in the OTC. But the information I can see looks legit.
Losing Brands Corp 0.0007 0.00 (0.00%). Nothing to see here
Even then with tools or platforms, it's my opinion you can detect suspicious or even very suspicious behavior, but would not be enough to make wash trade fact. It's hard to prove 100%.
No buys today but volume was very low. Chart is super tight here.
I actually do, I have other platforms for that. Just mentioning it for anyone who may not, it’s a good place to start.
Just a matter of time here, have great weekend all
That’s technically true, but I’m referring to trades only a market maker is doing for other reasons than on behalf of a shareholder. Different market makers do different things.
To clarify, the sometimes and often times are relative terms. It really depends on the stock, and the day, as things are changing all of the time. So yesterday may have been defined as sometimes, throughout the day, and today may be often times, throughout the day. It’s a bit irrelevant, but let’s move on. I recommend taking a look at the “trades” tab that iHub provides on each board, as it is a convenient tool for tracking buys, sells, and wash trades. Though, keep in mind that sometimes / often times a wash trade may register as a buy or sell, but can be seen as a 5 digit trade versus a 4 digit trade, which is something only a MM can do. We can discuss this more when an example presents itself. I’ve been tracking Level 2 and dilution for a long time in the OTC, and at this point, I’m happy to share the knowledge with whoever is interested. Trying to post more facts here than opinions lately, which is something I think we can all benefit from.
I'm not sure if you are aware or not, but only market makers can can make any trade. All a retail investor can do is enter an order. So technically, EVERY order is a market maker order, and how they enter them on their system is software related. It's all computerized, their are no humans conducting any trades, especially wash trades of a barely alive penny stock.
Good luck, you're welcome for the information.
Pretty much exactly what I said, an opinion is not trading fact.
LOL...
Eric can clear anything up by releasing the data of the acquisition. Literally every company puts out news with the details of the deal, except Eric.
What is there to hide? If it is good, it would certainly help the company, correct? However, investors should face the reality that a nearly-bankrupt, multiple reverse split company (WNBD) somehow acquired a company in receivership (bankruptcy) and won't release the details of the deal.
Hrmm...must be something going on.
If I may. I caught it the first time. You mention sometimes and now its often times but regardless not sure the point your making or trying to make. Is your example to say you know when its wash trades because its only something a market maker can do ? or your saying its happening now as wash trading and that's your evidence of it ?.
I admit at maybe miss understanding a bit, so bear with me.
Losing Brands Corp going no where! 0.0007 0.00 (0.00%). Nothing to see here
O/S remains unchanged at 5.48 B. No dilution here since March.
Sells outweighed buys today and broke the 10 day streak of buys outweighing sells. In other news, the world is ending.
Actually, there was a key point in my response that I’m not sure you caught the first time. Please allow me to share it again. I mentioned that often times, these trades can register as a 5 digit trade, instead of 4, in the example I gave of 0.00075. Retail does not have the ability to make 5 digit trades. This is only something a market maker can do. I realize some of this info might be too complex for some on this board, but I figured I’d share for anyone that’s interested. No need to continue to reply back either. Take care.
Anyone who claims to know how the market works is not being truthful!! Including you!!
Wondering if this is related to the new conspiracy theory floating around. Some Twitter poster puts a theory forward to Eric. Eric takes the bait requesting to forward/share any information/theory on wrongdoing the poster has.
1) Alleged plot from poster.

Eric, respectfully you must have seen the trading and order flow over the last few weeks. Someone has a vested interest in hiding level 2 price action and holding this stock in place inspire of positive news. Could you update us on refinancing of some debt?
I am interested in any theories or information that will help us identify wrongdoing. So, if there are some culprits behind the scenes, feel free to share what you think is going on. Having said that, market forces can be frustrating AND legitimate. Thank you for your help.

Thanks. I'll work on some things and put them together.

So it's not really KNOWN if it's wash trades or accumulation, or just normal trading, it's just an opinion.
Thanks for clarifying
Technically no, but sometimes it can register as that on a chart. A wash trade is a breakeven trade by a market maker, if you will, so it evens out the buy and the sell. Usually done to influence share price one way or another. Sometimes it is at a price between the bid and the ask, 0.00075 for example. More common when there is low volume.
Are wash trades accumulation?
Asking for a friend.
That's correct, which means there is a greater than 50% chance that things could get even worse for WNBD and its shareholders based on history of the company's constant failings.
Thank you for articulating the almost inevitable failure that is likely going to happen.
Buys outweighed sells again today, for I believe the 10th day in a row. O/S also remains unchanged since March, at 5.48 B. Posting only verifiable facts here. Good luck.
I feel these a great numbers to get in, it’s just consolidating down here. But has there been any activity with company that we hope will add value?
I’m holding a decent amount but negative.
Right.. I’m not focused on the past.. I’m focused on the present and the future. Guess what.. things change. That’s the one constant you can always count on. The world is changing rapidly every second.
Sure thing, seems to be multiple WNBD trading experts in this room. Very thankful for guidance provided through all the dilution and reverse splits over the years...even though WNBD would need to get over $10/share to recapture it's original value.
Seems like Eric has it all under 100% transparent control.
I’ve been doing this a long time. I’m very aware of how to track dilution, MM trading, and read Level 2. Take care now.
Ohhh yeah!! The ol' "wash trades" complaints now.
Good Luck!
Wash trades by the MM’s so far today.
Any OTC investor knows what you said applies to all stocks that trades with the same share structure!! Stocks stayed at .0001 for years!! Luckily for me I invested in a few!! The market continues to change!! We have way less .0001 stocks than before!! From now on unless they all grow we will have to deal with occasional pumps!! Wnbd will hit dubs if the market improves!!
Losing Brands has not closed over trip 0's in 8 years except for the brief spike last year that most all stocks had. Losing Brands has not closed above double 0's in over 9 years. Accumulation and money flow are all big time negative.
Winning Brands has managed to hold off the decline most stocks have experienced!! Been around this level for over a year!! Despite Eric's dilution and market conditions!! Those facts are worth noting!!
Losing Brands Corp still hanging out at 0.0007 0.0001 (16.67%). Nothing to see here
Buys outweighed sells today, once again.
Except that $25 million dollar offering Eric applied for...
LOL
Losing Brands Corp going nowhere. Red as usual. 0.0006 -0.0001 (-14.29%) . Must be all that buying
O/S remains unchanged at 5.48 B. No dilution in I don’t know how many months now.. many. Very interesting.
