BlizzId, Dan had the money to clean it up. He choose the easy way out. Now Wsti operates in India so that is private which means he can still avoid his debts here in the states.
Well it is not funny at all for sure. I personally pushed that the Form 15 be filed to keep the ticker open. Now things are presumably more difficult. The form 15 costs like 300-600 was going to pay for it myself if i had to.
Lord knows its been a shitty situation. From dead to alive with potential to dead. Tons of time spent. Sucks no matter how you slice it.
One thing I did not know is other than the shares being private what the process would be from here forward if there was a chance of things happening.
If its a goner, then why is he still pitching this Impactppa and producing Wsti products still? Why aren't some of you investors voicing how you really feel? All I'm hearing hear is sarcastic laughs and comments. This is certainly not funny to alot if us.
What a loser and disappointment. He doesn't even take care of his business.

i would like to trade my shares for solar wind units, think they will do that? how many shares per unit?
If company could not deliver anything else, perhaps they can do that?
Be a MAN give it up
Well a write off won't do me any good since I don't make a good enough wage to itemize. So pissed and disappointed with this whole renewable energy BS. Still its too quite over on Telegram and on Dan's part. I personally want Dan to cut me a check!
Well technically you still own shares but they are essentially private until /unless the stock gets re-organized and relisted. You can view the UOIP board or research google for more info. In all likelihood though the chances of comeback are minimal after these things.
If delisted, I think you can write off on your taxes as unable to sell (worthless), and in the very unlikely chance it turns into something pay tax on the gains if it rebirths.
Delist means we lose all our shares as well.
I tried to post last night but got an error message. Those .000001 or whatever trades have happened every once in a while since I have been in this stock. If you or anyone is looking to sell at .0001 and you put GTC on it you can still probably sell some shares there.
Usually these trades happen on low amounts of stock and are just market orders to liquidate to take a tax loss.
That said, like UOIP we are at the risk of being delisted at any time . They got suspended before we did by a few weeks to a month. Delisted means there is no more trading of stock, even at .0001.
Couple more months to write off
time for taxes.
Boy and I gonna make a killing.
With WSTI.
Crap everyone's money was flushed! Well thanks again Mikey. You might have blown the whistle to keep other new investors from buying. But, you burned all of us other investors who invested here.
We are so screwed now. Wsti has bottomed out at .0000. I'm pissed very pissed! All this savings into a very good company that looked so promising over a year ago.
Especially with the world the way it is...we are so on the edge of destroying it and ourselves...But the truth is collectively really don’t care...
There will always be sun and wind, its not going anywhere. I can really see solar/wind set ups everywhere. What and why would this be so hard to market?
I am not sure but I do not think so. I have heard they were happy with the installation and there was an announcement a while back about an expansion but to the best of my knowledge I do not know if they every proceeded with it.
Ill see if I can find out next time I talk with him.
It is is easy for any of us to be an armchair quarterback looking back on things. Some of the people who have done the best business wise have had many bankruptcies and failed ventures. I could have never done what Dan did getting Windstream started and out there and traveled like he did and keep trying for as long. We all have our faults/failings.
He stands to lose everything if this fails for him so he is really trying hard. I think many people here bring stuff to the table. It might be too late who knows. But I think it is worth a shot to try to help.
I do think Dan values running things by people. He is really good at some things and I think I have been able to assist where he might have some weak areas. I do believe if he does get funded he will get the help he needs to run a better operation. It is just that he is the only one trying now so there is no one to replace him to work for free LOL
Ill probably draft something up for some people to look at and critique to get some feedback. I have learned a lot from other people here and also there are some larger investors on the board as well.
Don't rub more salt on the wounds. We know and believe me I never saw this coming. He is just a big hype machine.
My question is, why is Dan even there, what has he ever accomplished to better this company (answer is nothing, he drove it into the gutter), it seems to me that you (Blizzld) do more for this ticker than he ever will, why are you not more involved with the company? You sound like someone who could pull this off. I picture Blizzld pushing a little old man into things he can't possibly pull off, he is in way over his head, the history of $WSTI is evidence of this. Sorry to point this out but this company will never do anything with Dan as CEO.
Perhaps there are ‘two plans’ for investors:
1) WSTI
WSTI makes the windturbines and it would be great to have both factories at full capacity at all time.
WSTI can sell to ImpactPPA and also to ‘others’ imo so everybody ‘must’ be able to buy a Solar Mill where it is profitable to generate power with WSTI systems can be with wind turbines only or solar panels only or combined.
So WSTI has a good product to sell to governments, home and or business owners.
Especially in areas where the electricity is expensive and or dirty etc.
Off course the ROI return of investment would be a lot quicker in countries where electrictiy is more expensive i think the ROI is some ‘western’ areas could be more like 5-10 years perhaps but this all depends on a lot of factors. So even in the ‘western world’ you could imo generate for at least half the price or better? WSTI systems generate for roughly 0,06 cents kWh?
Would still be a good investment for a lot of countries/people/consumers that want to do something about climate change?
There are a lot of plans to cut almost all or a lot of dirty power by 2050 or so that’s a big goal and that will be a lot of work to accomplish if even possible imo. And because WSTI has a small smart system that will not use a lot of land or kill a lot of birds etc. It can be placed on houses or buildings already exist. I think if they can scale up production and make it a bit cheaper then the ROI can be a bit quicker.
Aslo some electric devices will become more economical (use less electricity) imo
And that will be good for WSTI systems if they do (in the future?).
WSTI could be a perfect stand alone company and could or should operate perfect with or without ImpactPPA (but better with ImpactPPA of course). They could partner with a lot of distributors around the world in areas where the sun is good for the panels and the wind is good for the wind turbines and or both?
2) ImpactPPA
The ‘tougher’ part for me is i think ImpactPPA. ‘Blockchain’ / ‘Crypto’.
But i think he has a very good plan there that can work perfectly. And ImpactPPA has a lot
of nice projects going on so also very good for WSTI imo.
Maybe they can present a few options to investors:
1) x $ amount (maybe roughly $4-10 million?) to ‘fix’ WSTI (and start a large sales program etc)
2) x $ amount (maybe roughly $10-50 million?) to ‘fix’ WSTI and ImpactPPA (WSTI large sales program and with some or many ImpactPPA projects to start all at once etc)
And indeed perhaps WSTI and ImpactPPA can also be one company?
Also like your ideas about the blockchain guy and water company sounds good.
imho
Not sure if this contact will respond positive but if he does then yes I will send him Dan’s contact info etc. Just a few links:
Pitch ImpactPPA video’s:
Has Myers, Fletcher, Gordon in Jamaica expanded their project and are they participating in blockchain through ImpactPPA?
That is great! If you hear from someone put them in touch with Dan, if you need to contact him on telegram .
Lots of people trying to help out and many new things being tried. I know Dan tries hard with everything, he wants this to work out because he has everything in this himself.
He is away for a few days then its back to work on things. I can use a bit of help with some stuff pulling together some of the best WSTI links. On these current people I got to know tons of people involved in the project for the BSV blockchain and got Dan on the TV show. I am going to get him on another TV show (really a youtube streaming TV thing) and hopefully even a 3rd one. It is easier when you pre-sell people on all that can be done.
I really want this to work out for us her, for me and for him.
Thnx Blizz.
Two days ago I have sent some info to a contact who knows a lot of investors hope he will respond soon.
Well being involved in trying to help for over a year now the issues when dealing with people seem to be
1-Many investors with money are older and were not so much into the crypto stuff so did not understand it. The money that was out there dried up when Bitcoin collapsed. So he had no luck other than raising maybe 1 to 1.5 million for Impact
2- A lot of people Dan meets are BS artists. Claiming to want to do stuff but never doing it. I put him in touch with the water people I visited that had a great network of people but Dan was working on something else at the time and sorta put them on the back burner and when he tried to come back to it the interest was mostly gone but I recently kept them in the loop a bit.
3- It is not a straight up deal. There are numerous things we all understand but that scare others away unless they have a good knowledge of how these things work. Such as the balance sheet clean up and all the business being in countries where govt changes and other issues arise for example like India's plan to ban crypto recently or elections or turmoil in some Asian countries where Dan has some potential business.
4- Big players talk big but do not do anything.. like the Climate accelerator. The President of that resigned as no one put together any real money. It was a big show and everyone felt it would finally start cranking. Dan, had set up his Haiti project and was chose to be one of the first to get funded but no funding ever came for anyone really.
5- Part of it is Dan. He works hard and gives things a good effort but he is not a closer in terms of deals in my opinion (I am not either) but I think he was stuck trying to figure out whether to keep trying with WSTI, try with Impact, merge or do something. He is really a decent guy but sometimes stress gets to us all and forces us to make decisions or do things in a way that do not make sense. But at times his pushinesss does get things happening so Ill give him that.
Right now I got him set up with a phone call with probably the best prospect we have had since working on this. They know the public markets have experience with small cap companies that can blow up in price so they should get that part. I have to help Dan craft the right kind of approach because our situation here is not easy to explain. It took many of us months or years to know stuff we know.
So here is the plan.
This group is affiliated with a blockchain and a billionaire investor funding projects to get on the blockchain. It just so happens this rich guy has tons of properties in high electricity cost areas like Antigua. He can also build out the Caribbean as he has the resources.
Impact/Wsti can toss a lot of data on the blockchain. The energy purchases and monitoring can go through the blockchain. But also this is a good deal for the rich guy. He gets a lot out of this. Also if his person understands these small caps, he can probably put in 10-15 million and see the market cap of his stock fly to many times that over 6 months to a year.
The 10-15 million does not only have to come from him. Once they commit it would be good to open it up to other interested parties in a Reg D filing after filing the Form 15. A unit offering with warrants. This would push more cash into the company as the market value increases.
The last step would be to acquire the WorldWater company I mentioned and fold them in. We would then have water/solar a ton of business to start with but the former market cap of WSTI was 160 million. The former market cap of World water was close to 1 billion. Surely the combination with blockchain and new investors could hit at last 250 million.
We would have some dilution of course, but even absolute worst case scenarios put this at 10-25x where it is now perhaps more and then again more with warrants.
I do not see any other way this works.
I know if we can start to get this rolling some of the bigger shareholders would be interested as well as some other parties and contacts.
One problem you have raising money these days is that the big money is chasing way bigger deals. Usually no less than 40-50 million or higher.
Ill try to draft something up and post it here for some comments and critical advice , some very smart people here.
Agree. If Dan needs about roughly $10-15 million USD and he has a $1 billion dollar USD pipeline (or more) 1% or 1,5% of that $1 billion is $10-15 million.
So investors or a bank 'only (of course it’s a lot of money)’ need to invest about 1% or 1,5% (of the sales pipeline). Hope for all shareholders that Dan can convince some investor(s) or bank to invest.
GLTA
Old news! We should have been out of this mess by now.
In this video Dan (WSTI/ImpactPPA) says he has a $1 billion USD sales pipeline
the ImpactPPA pitch is from December 2018:
That's entirely false, do you not read the other posts?
Dan stays away from these markets because he does not want to clean up Wsti USA. He rather run from it and do the international scale such as India to avoid lawsuits here. So Wsti private is what it seems now. Which is why we are going nowhere.
I do think it looks good. I wish them luck. It will be interesting to see if they can raise some money (if they need to) and if so , how much. And how things build out.
I love projects like this. The webpage provides more info but it one would also have to know about cost. Also based on design seems more suitable for commercial applications/zoning than residential market which might be good.
If you hear anything more post it! Hope things go well for them.
I know these guys, had a call with Wayne Pfisterer yesterday. Point is, this micro-wind is certified and registered in USA, unlike SolarMills. There are other micro-wind systems. You can see some on rooftops in NYC, one when you exit Midtown Tunnel into Queens. Dan stays away from US market.
Pretty decent technology, looks like they are slow to develop as well though. I checked out the website. They do have an online monitoring system up showing production on their page which is good.
Or perhaps it will all time out perfectly and we'll all come out on top.
Well we are watching our investments slipping away more every month. New companies coming up with similar ideas. Dan waited too long perhaps?
Yep agree and would be great if some of these connections can do the trick.
Truly appreciate all your efforts. It’s up to Dan now.
That's a nice video/system thanks for posting.
Yes agree makes perfect sense of course for WSTI and ImpactPPA to do business where electricity is more expensive (and to replace diesel for clean electricity) also Carribean etc has a lot of sun and wind imo so that’s perfect for Solar Mill’s.
But also in ‘western’ countries there are a lot of coast lines (and or other areas) and they could also be perfect, perhaps some areas only wind turbines and other areas only solar panels and of course areas that are perfect for solar panels and wind turbines combined like the Solar Mill imo
Makes perfect sense. It would be nice if something breaks sooner rather than later and or at the very least, we hear some news. Any news is better than no news.
There are a lot of good things obviously but the key is you need money to move forward.
With a cash injection so many things can happen. It does not take too much but it is really hard to explain this situation to potential investors in a way they can understand.
For about 2.5 million or so we can have a relatively debt free public shell. Which would instantly, upon filing a form 15 start moving up. With capital and financing jobs can be completed and sales ramped up quickly. But that takes money as well.
Limping in money with cleanup min is probably 5-7 million, better at 10-15 million and good access to financing.
The right deal would have a strategic partner for the first part of the money and maybe take a majority interest in the company. A form 15 could be filed, a reg D allowing more investors , even some of the shareholders and other parties who would tag on,
The deal is in front of some people now. Over the last year I have traveled to the Water/Solar company in Princeton, NJ and set Dan up with those people. I have set up him with another group of people that know hedge funds. I recently set up up with the key people running the investment end of the Bitcoin SV blockchain. Dan has had other things in the works and things come around from time to time. I think I am at or near the end of what I can do here myself.
Ideally with the right money we could get this moving but someone has to write the check.
I talked to the guy that set this system linked below up a while back, I think on facebook. I think for the US, in the right area, with enough sun and wind they make sense. But our price per KW hour is a lot lower , sometimes 1/3 of that in other areas like the Caribbean. Also many cell towers and other countries still use diesel for power which is 5x more expensive than renewables and pollutes a lot.
This the Colorado system I mentioned above. For a while he had posted some power graph info on his facebook page. The homeowner was happy with this installation.
insert-text-here" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >insert-text-here[tag]Colorado Solarmills[/tag]
Yes those big windmill’s are very expensive to build (especially for example in sea areas etc) and the ROI (return of investment) can be more than 15-20 years if I am not mistaken. So that's a big (investment) risk also it’s acquire a lot of maintenance (and salary).
So those big windmill projects are not so ‘profitable’. Also i recently saw a video that big windmill’s could also hit a lot of birds and they can get injured or die if they get hit by it.
That’s why i like WSTI windmill’s because they are small (and do not use a lot of maintenance). Of course WSTI windmill’s could not power the ‘entire world’ (but for some projects it could be just enough).
Also with more and more electric devices in people's home and with more and more electric cars etc.
The demand for power will continue.
If a home owner have a couple of Solar Mill’s they could provide themselves with the power they need (or a part of it)?
When a lot of people ‘would do this’ then they don’t have to use other ’dirty’ power (or less). (of course not all area’s have a lot of wind but still many area’s (or projects) are i think very suitable for WSTI Solar Mill’s or wind turbines).
A Solar Mill’s return of investment is 3-5 years if i am not mistaken?
So after that it's pure profit or less electric bill.
imo
Blizz what if they have a lot of contracts or LOI’s with governments like they already have with India etc but perhaps also with countries (so new projects) that have more funding available (and or better budgets) if Dan/WSTI could be involved with some countries that have more funding (that could perhaps speed things up with making decisions especially today with climate change high on the agenda.)
Wouldn’t that be enough for a bank to invest in WSTI/Impact PPA:
Patent
Two factories
Products that looks good
A lot of projects
And a lot of coming projects
A lot of pictures and video’s of projects (proven business)
Already build a foundation with a lot of contacts in more than 35 countries
Etc. etc.
Also the ‘western’ countries and China etc have a lot of pollution (but also budget)
so the ‘western’ countries and China 'would also have to do more to fight climate change.
So there’s a lot of potential for Dan/WSTI imo
Today on the news:
Pacific Island Forum
Australia's climate policies have been called into focus
Australia pledged over USD $300,000,000 towards Pacific climate projects
Maybe Dan/WSTI could help with some Solar Mill's?
(A lot of countries today have funding available to do something against climate change. imo)
Lots of buys recently...interesting

In an effort to provide more consistent energy generation than a “wind only” or “solar only” system, WindStream Technologies has developed a first-of-its-kind, fully integrated, “HYBRID” renewable energy product, The “SolarMill®.” The SolarMill®incorporates 3 vertical axis wind turbines (VAWT) with P.V. technology within a compact footprint, creating the greatest energy density of any product on the market. The hybrid concept of the SolarMill® is unique, seamlessly integrating wind and solar energy generation in a single unit. This allows the product to be an effective solution in markets where the natural resources available for wind or solar energy generation alone do not justify investment.
The SolarMill® is designed to work in both on-grid and off-grid environments. Whether on the roof of a commercial building to offset rising energy costs, installed at an eco-friendly resort, or deployed in remote locations bringing power to people who’ve never had electricity, the products are designed to deliver substantial results. This unique design enables the SolarMill® to be easily installed as renewable energy solutions where traditional technologies may not be deployed. SolarMills® have been installed in India, helping businesses achieve mandated carbon emissions reductions, homeowners have installed the technology either to reduce monthly expenses, and/or to express their concern for the environment. With installations in the cold of Scandinavia, or in the sunny and salty Caribbean Islands, or subject to the sandy desert heat in the Middle East, SolarMills have performed as expected, providing energy to our customers worldwide.
