Prayers Bliz! Chances are you will
be better even before.
You got this Blizz! You'll be in and out and feeling better again.
I'm sure you'll be fine Blizz. Pacer implants are common and rarely have any issues. (I am an MRI Tech so make sure you always have your implant card with you in case you need an MRI! LOL).
Best wishes; be sure to let us know your are well.
Mark
Thoughts and Prayers, friend. I have worked in the medical field for a number of years and can say that in spite of the intrusive nature that kind of surgery is pretty common with a well refined procedure.
I wish you a speedy recovery Blizz. I sent you a longer e-mail but it looks like you have changed you handle.
Thanks for all of your hard work. Take some time for yourself.
Europe’s investment bank stops investments in oil, gas, coal and will invest 1.000.000.000.000 in climate friendly projects in the coming years. That’s a massive amount.
Good luck Monday Blizz hope everything goes well.
Wishing you a speedy recovery Blizz !
Blizz, take good care of yourself, will be in our prayers !
I'm sure all will go well with your procedure. That's the important thing.
This other stuff is just money.
Just managed to speak with him briefly today.
I guess I was a bit too negative in my last post. It is really hard to read much into anything but apparently the big deal with the India/Australian company is still possible. It remains the best option and he might know more in a few days.
I am going in for heart surgery Monday for an CRT-D device implant so I told Dan if there is good news let me know before then LOL
I should be ok and out the next day but sorta in recovery status for a week or two.
Not sure how this will turn out but until we hear a YES, there is a deal and money is exchanged then nothing is really done. Dan also circled back with some other people. In general sounded a bit more positive but I honestly believe we are in the end game here. Either we get a lucky break or not.
We are essentially back to where we were before we moved off the .0001 level. But like I said before we were dead many times here.
Money still seems to be out there just gotta get some.
I wish I won the powerball and could do this myself!
Ill check back in to let you know im alive after Tuesday :)
Any luck getting in touch with Dan?
Thanks Blizz. Your last updates seemed pretty positive so I am going to hope for the best. It's about time for a break in our favor.
Keep us posted.
I have not heard anything but plan on trying to reach him maybe tomorrow. Sometimes it takes me a few days to get in touch with him.
Personally I think if the bigger deal does not happen we are pretty much toast here but who knows. We been dead before.
Lol....hear from Dan! When Wsti got delisted he and Jeff on Impactppa bailed. Been absolute dark here since. Yeah yeah we know they are working tremendously hard. They said this 2 years ago!
Ummm...it was deregistered
WSTI could have been saved from delisting and deregistration but Dan Bates was simply too cheap to pay the fees to keep it listed
No longer a listed stock. It no longer shows up in my TD Ameritrade account
Or just walk away and say nothing at all to us.
Dan's sidekick guy Jeff G has been absence from Impactppa telegram for 2 weeks. Seems like he decided to run off or he has been working his butt off with Dan to get some bombshell news back to us? Wsti USA probably dead now. Easier for them to avoid the legal stuff make some retirement cash from India's Wsti and say to us " sorry it didn't work out!"
SolarMills are not certified or registered by any utility in the United States.
With PGE shutdowns in Calif because of wind causing fires, solarMill would make perfect sense. So much gold to mine but Dan let Wsti delist and get buried. Im still pissed!
I wish we could all help put this back together...These should really be almost erected every structure in the world...I was driving down I 95 today bewildered at the irony of an electric car and one side of me and a gas guzzling SUV Driven by so many of the people on the other...are we all just that clueless and ignorant the need to go wind and solar ASAP...
This company just makes me scratch my head such a great idea and perfect timing for this for the world and yet here we are delisted and broke
Would like to see about 500 of our
gadgets on that tower.
And dozens of more towers.
It’s radio silence from Dan, but somehow their products keep popping up. Things are still happening in the background it seems.
I would think the Market Cap would get much higher if the 100M deal in India Breaks along with some of the other deals floating around.
Personally I am hoping for .25 to 1.00 but we'll see....
Thank you for the response. It is really appreciated. I have contacted Dan but no response either. Hopefully he can throw some info our way sooner than later. And hopefully it’s positive.
Ill try to explain.
When WSTI was worth .0001 before it got de-listed - Every 1 million shares was 100 dollars. .0001 = 1 tick (as I call it).
Right now we are at ZERO = nothing -- 0 ticks.
In a deal with large cash infusion and 40% of company given up or so I am just guessing we might get to 10 ticks or for every 1 million shares it would equal 1000 dollars. In a massive dilution it might mean every 1 tick is worth just a few hundreds dollars.
Again there is no way to really figure these things out since there are too many variables but generally speaking lots of cash and less than 50% dilution is a better chance for more value for existing shareholders. Of course things can be worse and at times under the right sequence of events much better.
Right now , as always we wait to see if anything gets done over the next few weeks to a month. Dan has been quiet and I have not heard from him but ill check in with him soon.
Thanks for the updates Blizz. I was curious about the part where you mentioned 1-3 ticks from old valuation. Are you referring to when the company was valued at 160 mill? Just trying to figure what the old value was in share price and what 1-10 tick range would look like depending on if and when deal goes down.
Thanks
Thanks for the update Blizz hope everyone is doing well.
Imagine Calif use for Dan's Impact and Wsti. PGE shutoffs could happen many times. When they shut off solar gets lost too because it needs electricity to run. But Impact uses pay per need that might work. All that wind generating power for customers.
Impactppa on Telegram has gone silent for too long!
anything would be better than where we stand.
Ill try to answer what I can as best I can.
First, as for WSTI executives, Dan is basically it. A few other people from the WSTI team occasionally help him out like the guy that did the the demo for someone I knew in Long Island. But basically it is Dan doing what he can.
Second, do not get your hopes up too much. We have been down this road before and Dan has as well. At least with this newest incarnation of things it is people familiar with Dan's operations and who have had in person meetings at the factory etc. And thus there is familiarity. But sometimes people think they have access to money or plans and things happen.
As to what a deal might look like it is really hard to say, but initially I heard 40-45% of the company given up for the money. This is comparatively better than a much deeper dilution in a shell deal with all new people and us lucky to get anything more than 10%-20% etc. Deals can change, the market can collapse all kinds of things can happen but if the deal is in fact the money it seems to be it would be enough to finish the clean up and perhaps uplist and get a new stock rolling.
If solar/wind is still hot, if we can revive the blockchain angle which if Dan pulls it off I can certainly help with that and get some sales going we should be good.
Best rough guess is a shell deal might be lucky to get 1 to 3 ticks based on old value. This new deal maybe 10. But again this is just wild guesses so much more needs to be known .
Rough timeline could be end of month to mid next month in terms of starting funding.
If things fall apart ill fill you in if/when I find out.
A few different things in play but this bigger deal with the Aussie and Indian group has the most potential.
Rob is recovering and I gave him some stuff to look into to keep him busy LOL
Economy looks like it is going to head into the crapper next year from what I see on my end but who knows.
Thanks for the updates. I have been following you since forever. I got sucked in during the 1st pump and dump :(
So I am a novice and took a whipping right out of the gate but stayed the course.
Can you explain what it might look like if "This would involve enough money for Impact, fix WSTI and move forward , give up roughly 40% of company which is better than potential shell deal which we would lose 80-90% (again my best guess on that)."
If I own 5 million shares what happens if the afore mentioned takes place ?
Hey Blizzid thanks for some news. Sorry to hear about Rsh..I I have done some mountain biking in rugged terrains and things like that can happen. More scary when your hurt and can't move on. Luckily things worked out.
Come on Dan let's get Wsti back in the business!
This seems to be the first possible good news since the revoke. Someone that seems to know the background story and has boots on the ground knowledge of the situation and is still interested. Something good needs to come out of this tech and benefit those in need of energy.
Best Wishes for Robert to continue to mend, and for your continued improving health as well.
Thank you for the info and keeping us up to date. If this goes through do you have a general idea of how it works? Does wsti just repost under same ticker and our shares are reduced 40% and would it open at same price point of .0001?
I know hard to know for sure but I haven’t been a part of a stock that has gone through this process so curious and hopeful it will work out.
Blizzld, thanks for all your doing. It appears that you are more involved than WSTI’s company executives!!
Yes me too , this is the type of deal we need.
The big plus is he has already been to the Indian facility and wants to upgrade tooling, he knows Dan and his people in person. Not just an outsider coming up to speed.
So that really helps.
I cannot tell you guys enough how it would be nice for something to work out after everyone's tough time here and in life in general at times.
Happy to be feeling mostly better and have a really good doctor now. Also spoke to Robert again last night he seems to be doing well but wont be too mobile for a long time. But he will get better , he is crazy tough LOL
Nice thnx for the update.
No one can ever say that Dan doesn’t have resilience and 9 lives. Hope he can pull it off. Would be great to re list. If it does happen would be great to see what this opens at and the potential it has always had.
Fingers crossed that something happens. thanks for updating
Just a quick update -
The previous post I made was a bit dated,I just got to that email a bit late so it was about 3 weeks old news when I posted. I am going to call the guy I know on my end but it appears this can take some time to work through.
However , something newer and perhaps better is in the works with the people I mentioned a while back from Australia and India. Rough timing on that could be a month or two most to know if its a done deal. Would be enough to do what we need it to do. Just found out today those guys are back in the works with potential term sheets being revived. Should know more in 2-3 weeks.
This would involve enough money for Impact, fix WSTI and move forward , give up roughly 40% of company which is better than potential shell deal which we would lose 80-90% (again my best guess on that).
I had this weird feeling something would eventually come around. WSTI has been like this for years. Just going by Dan's voice when I spoke briefly to him he seemed more upbeat than in recent weeks.
I wish I had more to go on but Ill be able to spend a bit more time after next week since Oct 15 is the extension deadline for taxes.
That's a great update Blizz. Finally some positive news. It has been pretty disappointing that we haven't heard a peep from anyone on any front for some time now.
Thanks for keeping us in the loop. Fingers crossed for more good news.
Thanks Blizz!!!
Sounds good Blizz let's hope for the best.
Just hope all shareholders will be involved and not be forgotten if something positive will happen.
The time to shine is now.
Clean energy that's what most people want or need today.
If WSTI have the factories and the patents and the Solar Mill systems can generate what they should
then imo the sky is the limit set up a great sales team and sell produce lower costs and if all that
works out Dan/WSTI can perhaps fund some of the Impact PPA projects themselves?

In an effort to provide more consistent energy generation than a “wind only” or “solar only” system, WindStream Technologies has developed a first-of-its-kind, fully integrated, “HYBRID” renewable energy product, The “SolarMill®.” The SolarMill®incorporates 3 vertical axis wind turbines (VAWT) with P.V. technology within a compact footprint, creating the greatest energy density of any product on the market. The hybrid concept of the SolarMill® is unique, seamlessly integrating wind and solar energy generation in a single unit. This allows the product to be an effective solution in markets where the natural resources available for wind or solar energy generation alone do not justify investment.
The SolarMill® is designed to work in both on-grid and off-grid environments. Whether on the roof of a commercial building to offset rising energy costs, installed at an eco-friendly resort, or deployed in remote locations bringing power to people who’ve never had electricity, the products are designed to deliver substantial results. This unique design enables the SolarMill® to be easily installed as renewable energy solutions where traditional technologies may not be deployed. SolarMills® have been installed in India, helping businesses achieve mandated carbon emissions reductions, homeowners have installed the technology either to reduce monthly expenses, and/or to express their concern for the environment. With installations in the cold of Scandinavia, or in the sunny and salty Caribbean Islands, or subject to the sandy desert heat in the Middle East, SolarMills have performed as expected, providing energy to our customers worldwide.
