WGEI is severely delinquent in filing their Financials and corporate filing obligations to the SEC. On Feb. 20, 2015 the SEC suspended 8 stocks from the Delinquent SEC Filers list, and it is likely that more delinquent Filers will be suspended.

Since Jan 1st, 2010 the SEC has suspended over 1290 stocks for Financials delinquencies. All of those Suspended stocks had their stock registrations revoked.

Shareholders should contact the company and pressure the Mgmt to file their delinquent Financials because ALL shareholders would be wiped out IF the SEC suspends the stock.

i dunno but whoever it was they were lucky! could be a big mover, but alas it is too thinly traded I wasn't able to get very many shares here. was bidding 500K at .0032 for a while then 1M, then 400K at .004, never any fills, for weeks. Some DD in case anyone looks into WGEI, from recent 8K's:


WSR recently announced at long last that they now had a source of manufacturing for the turbine used in conjunction with WSR’s blade in both Europe and the United States. WSR now intends to order all components parts for its small wind turbines from vendors in the United States and Europe and will then assemble the units at the new WSR facility in Boulder City, Nevada. It is expected that the first units will be available for delivery to end users during the first quarter of 2014. WSR intends to focus its marketing efforts on harvesting the energy coming off the large fan mechanisms associated with the HVAC air handling systems located on the roofs of or adjacent to large commercial buildings. These fans run 24/7 at an almost constant wind velocity that will allow the WSR small wind turbines to produce at close to maximum output. WSR is currently organizing testing of the system with various casinos located in Las Vegas. If the testing is successful this application has the potential to produce significant revenue for the Company.


The second agreement is a Dealer Agreement which awarded the Company a dealership for the exclusive sale and distribution of the Wind Sail Receptor Small Wind Turbines with a blade diameter not to exceed twelve feet for the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. The Company anticipates that at some point during the second quarter of 2014 it will enter into a joint venture in the two territories for the sale, distribution and installation of the small wind turbine systems. Prior to being able to sell the small wind systems, the units will first have to go through a certification process required by the European Union. Marketing focus will be the same as WSR, commercial applications for large air handling units.

.....also I didn't read deeply into that recent funding agreement "definitive materials filed by investment companies" but it seems like someone expects a heck of a return from WGEI:

if you guys are looking for a Wind Power company that actually has some activity and is on the verge of taking off, you should do your research on Wind Works Power Corp (WWPW). They are getting all their ducks in a row and setting up to rocket. Company is technically sound, has projects that will start generating revenue soon and it is entering into JV's with other large and solid Wind companies. They recently signed a LOI with SPZ to sell 90 MW of contracted capacity with the Ontario Power Authority under the FIT program in Ontario, Canada. When the company starts their promo campaign, this thing is going to the moon. GLTA!

One thing to keep in mind is people said the exact same thing about cell phone towers years ago. Public agencies fought against them claiming they were eyesores, etc. That has been resolved, people have changed their attitudes towards them and we continue to have cell service expanded across the US.

If someone purchases any object for their property that can be seen by others (especially in cities or large towns) it is their responsibility to contact the local building/engineering department to determine if it can be done.

I live in a city and could not have one; however, I have property in other locations that is not in the city.

Basically it can be thought of as installing a swimming pool - there are numerous municipalities that do not allow them and there are several housing associations that do not allow them.

As the saying goes (word of mouth) I know someone who thought he was purchasing some thing that you say would save him money. He stated it was the worst thing he did, nothing but extra cost, resident complains,(a eyesore) and city ordineance complications, where as it was taken down. I still (myself) wouldnt consider. Sorry to say but there are more and more people purchasing wind turbines for personal use. When you consider the government rebates and other related subsidies they are a substantial improvement over standard electrical service.

The technology itself has been proven throughout the years by the wind farms throughout the US and other countries.

Nobody can affort these fans in our back yards, your paying out the yeing yang for the fan, which you might break even in 10 years from diversion of electric companies, then maintaining the fan will be on top of the purchase. Not a good investment IMO.

In terms of the investment possibility it is really a matter of opinion and whether you are interested in short or long term.

Yea but you need to lay out $40,000 + to by one, might as well buy another house. Way too much money for you adverage person and instead of paying for electric youll be paying for that thing, and after10/20 years of payments the warrenty ends and your stuck with paying to fix it which IM sure is very exspensive. Keep it, Ill invest in GROUND MATERIALS, its safer, like litium or Potash, these wind tubine companies are a bunch of crooks IMO

All larger municipalities require a building permit for any addition and it is the responsibility of the individual to verify one can be built.

Personally I have a few hundred acres of land in one location and can see the benefit of not having to pay for electricity.

Wind energy is a significant emerging energy source. There are large supporters of this energy source and there have been buildings built that only use wind energy as their only power source.
