This was the only grey ticker, but other boards were affected. Should have nothing to do with grey. There are plenty of active "grey" boards.
no explanation. they just turned off the posts and left that notice on it.
my last guess is that they aren't allowing boards that start out grey?
as opposed to boards that turn grey.
oh well, if you want to bother pestering them please let me know what they say, but I wasn't going to bother with it since it's grey anyway and we can just use this board.
We did not get an explanation? I can pester them for one.
I think they just sit there forever after that. that's why I put the little forward note in the intro on the one they shut down.
What happened with the foreign issue OTC ticker boards that stopped taking new posts?
hey, admin fixed the news blast. yay!
it was showing Sonoco news for the longest time. lol
Organigram got shut down too.
well, they did not give a reason.
yep, that's why I say they they can be a little clueless on the dual ticker thing. Maybe the gray stock issue is the problem. They probably don't understand that "F" stocks don't need to file and report to OTC the same way US tickers do.
Anyway, it's fine having conversation consolidated to the one board, I just thought it made more sense to have it consolidated to the OTC side instead of the CSE side, since we're in the US.
I would appreciate your thoughts on Wildflower once you've had a chance to review them.
There are a ton of dual Canadian ticker and U.S. OTC Market ticker IHUB boards for the same company.
I think they don't want duplicate sites for the same stock... they can tend to be a little clueless on the foreign markets stuff sometimes. Right now I've got a message in to Admin about getting the news blast part of the page to reflect CNSX:SUN Wildflower news instead of NYSE:SUN news which is Sonoco Oil.
seriously.
Why did IHUB close the site down?
Oh brother, meaning ihub closing off the posts there. That's ok I mod this cnsx:sun board too. I'll get the intro up to date sometime today and put something in there about the otc grey thing.
when I want to trade cnsx:sun (wildflower) I just do a phone order and the broker takes it to CSE.
Now that I'm using QuoteStream Desktop to see CSE L2 realtime, I suppose I could just transfer some funds over to that and trade directly at CSE without the bother of the phone order, just haven't done it yet.
Oh brother?
I will not intentionally trade an OTCGREY stock.
I am sure this is only due to the fact that Sunflower hasn't yet updated the company profile on OTC Markets to the minimum level for Pink or QB.
Will probably take place shortly.
Oh brother. Well, it's grey at OTC because they don't file anything there they file at CSE and haven't done the required stuff to not be gray at OTC. My TD platfrorm will take orders for it. Oh well, we'll just have to stick to talking about OTC:WLDFF as CNSX:SUN I guess. Same stock and company either way.
might have to pick up a few shares, again
made some nice moves up lately
looks like it's time to redo the intro here
News on website hasn’t even been noticed yet.. this one just getting started.
sorry champ/not following you//im canadian i play all canadian weed sector tickers
Why no volume here? Anything else to do with weed and Canada is booming
Yup, I've been watching!! No idea why, besides the pen is a hit in Washington.
Pretty good run happening here. Anyone else following this besides me? Seems to be gaining ground as the cannabis industry as a whole moves upwards.
Wildflower Brand to Enter Washington Marijuana Market
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, March 23, 2015: Wildflower Marijuana Inc. (CSE: SUN) (the "Company") is pleased to announce it will be entering into a joint venture agreement with a licensed marijuana producer in Washington State. A letter of intent has been signed by both parties to develop 6 to 8 product lines for the Wildflower brand. In addition to the development of the Wildflower products, the Washington producer will also enter into a licensing agreement to distribute the Wildflower brand of products in Washington State.
The Washington market has approximately 366,000 cannabis users that consume approximately 175 metric tons of marijuana annually according to a study by the Rand Corporation. Washington State employs a three tier licensing system consisting of production, processing and retail licenses. The licensee entering into the agreement under the joint venture has both a production and a processing license and specializes in the manufacturing of cannabis concentrates. Through their production license the licensee has the ability to grow up to 1200 pounds of cannabis per year. Under this agreement all production will be sold under the Wildflower brand. The processing license allows the Company’s joint venture partner to buy further production if the demand for the Company’s line of products is greater than the allowable production. The processing license allows the partner to distribute to all retail outlets in Washington State.
Wildflower has hired Rethink, one of Canada’s most awarded agencies to develop the names and visual elements of the various product lines including all the packaging, labelling and in-store marketing material. Heading the brand and product development will be Wildflower’s brand advisor, Chris Staples who is currently ranked Canada’s top creative director.
President and CEO William MacLean states, “I’m excited about the opportunity to start developing the Wildflower product lines and becoming revenue generating. This opportunity has brought to Wildflower by Scott Walker, VP of Corporate Development and is a testament to how partnering with the right likeminded people can make attaining our goals a reality. We see this as a first step to entering many new markets and making Wildflower a global marijuana brand.”
