She's a beauty. It was a stroke of genius for them to sell the building and then rent it. The rent is probably less than the interest they were paying on the note and now their balance sheet looks a little better. Also they must be undervaluing their assets because if you look at the balance sheet prior to the sale of the building it didn't show the 3.5 mil the building was worth.

Neat products too. On their website you will see they added a new customer in DEC that just might make them profitable since they are basically break even already.

I like it quite a bit.

I think float would be right around 7.5 mill if my math was correct! Which is extremely low for a stock with eps of .17 sitting at this range!
