I was thinking the same thing. I'd imagine they'd have to release something soon as to what the plan is moving forward. Nothing on their website has changed.

LOL, I know how you feel, believe me. Still not holding my breath. Hopefully, there will be a filing soon to show it isn't a long term complication. Someone has to file for this to stay current, which is the only plus it has, at the moment.

Well, well, someone who knows from the inside and can confirm the company has nothing just all lies.
What technology? they have none, my opinion of course.With no proof. Bet Owens has no tech knowledge
nor experts working on it. bet the couldn't show nor produce their experts, all a sham. SHOW IT!
Pity about Hutch being treated like that. He is an upstanding straight shooting talented accountant.
Obviously hoodwinked by a brilliant accomplished con artist, probably one of the best. But then those
types are very good at what they do until it hits in, then all hell lets loose.

Well, I contemplated that overnight and come to the conclusion that the only thing new it had in it was that he wasn't paid. Which I deplore, but if there isn't any income I guess it is to be expected. Other than that, he signed off on exactly what he would have signed in a 10K, so it was rather gratuitous. Webstar doesn't have income, which the 10K has said since the company was public, and there isn't any surety that the tech is marketable and this will become a profitable business. Which he also signed off in the previous 10K and Q's. And, if he felt unable to say that in a 10K, why could he state it in a resignation letter? Curious.

So, we still sit and see, and most of us, if we have stock, it isn't tradeable, anyway, so...........

The share price activity indicates to me that there is some accumulation going on. Each time it goes lower on specific sales a buyer or buyers come in and the SP recovers. Without any announced activity in many months you would expect the share price to be lower than what it currently is. Just speculating.

My MY this is certainly looking more and more like the old QASP
and NHSH. Well in the scheme of things, nothing but a load of , well y'all know what. I looked up WBSR on the web, something I hadn't really done before, and not a pretty picture.
WBSR has ONLY 3 employees. A BANKER, An ACCOUNTANT, AND a character with little or no Qualifications, just a load of BS. AND a claimer of so much garbage that it all STINKS. Show the world your qualifications, don't hide them under innuendo. come on Mr. show them to back up your words, or are they BS. too, Just like NHSH and QUASP before that. Sunk in a shipwreck.
Where are the celebrated programmers? Just a load of BS? Do they even exist?

I do have growing concerns about the company filings which show no revenue and contain no updates regarding the business of the company. I am not trying to stir the pot. Technology advances quickly and given that the company hasn't monetized its technology, hence my concern. I welcome a discussion with anyone

does anyone really know how impossible it is to patent software? Besides who is the great algorithm writer
and wizard software writers in the company Webstar? I bet the self proclaimed CTO?/chairman wiz fella would not know trig (trigonometry) from his ass to his elbow. This is no longer the 60s when an epiphany from a dream can can actually work.

All the outright garbage about compression and then the blatent inuendo about electricity and possible compression. I think you will find Tesla and Musk have all that well covered. see my previous post on the subject.
As for the data compression, 5G kinda got that covered. Seems the whole concept is considered a joke by Apple, Microsoft,Samsung, dell etc. oh and don't forget good old Oracle. All the inuendo and Hmmm. designed to get shares sold in Webstar and the money put into a micky mouse shipwreck museum. What a shipwreck! It would seem that those who run the show are obviously under the chief director's real BS.
Seems even the shark tank director couldn't handle it. Hope he was compensated, or that would be expensive.

I did notice the change in address. But no new information on products, services, releases, or plans to move forward outside of what I think we already knew.

Actually the latest filing has quite a number of changes, if you read it carefully.
The most obvious:
Change of address, no longer Jacksonville, but now St Augustine.
A couple of directors dropped off.
and more if it is read carefully. Some of these are very significant and an underlying change emerging especially Office change and where it is. Director changes, an important aspect, known, but now in the open.

I have not reached out, nor have I seen anything new outside of the latest filing (Which says kind of the same old thing). I do not see the point in it. It's not like the lines of communication are wide open or anything, which I understand and do not understand.

Beyond Mr. Owens' last Linkedin comment, nothing which really sucks if I am being honest.

Maybe it's just me, but I have the feeling something huge is about to be announced. You can't have almost "radio silence" for nearly a year without something coming down the pike.

At this stage in the game, I have to feel like we are at that jumping off point. Everyone involved wants this to be a success! Let's keep that in mind :) Have a good Monday everyone

Well, they filed that they can't file. So, they are still hitting deadlines. I guess that the next info of any pertinence will be in two weeks. Although that probably will simply be routine, too. Still, filing on time is ahead of most companies in the penny world, it seems.

A very good post and very logical on the technology. You are wrong on the readership of this board though. The management is very aware of it's content. That I know for real out of personal research.

By the way how many know anything of Tesla, not the cars, the technology of Nicola Tesla and magnetic induction? Bet none of you and that includes the supposed experts on the compression of a force which is around us ready to harvest. Also that it could be transmitted wirelessly through the air for long distances. Something suppressed like cold fusion was by governments all in the quest for absolute power.

This whole conversation is funny. There’s about 10 people that actually take the time to check this thread. I would say half own stock and the other half just like the fun of getting people riled up. Everyone one here must know nothing said here will have ANY effect on this stock. Bottom line for those who own stock is that any news would be welcome. Being an insider line is BS. If this “company” is still relying on supposed technology that we invested in a few years ago then we are done. It’s out of date by now. Of course this is my opinion. Lol.

Everyone with shares of course wanted the company to be making money yesterday. I am on here because I like to be as informed as I can be. While nothing has been offered by the company to this point in terms of any return on our investment(s), I do believe that when Webstar announces "x", the return for our patience will be rewarded.
