Tech, the revival filings are on the neveda website. After you search the business search you have scroll down to filing history. That is were you will see the revival on 7/22021. That filing is not a disclosure filing that you can find on the OTC website.

All he needs to do is give it shell status. There is an 18 month window after the september 28th deadline where shell companies will be exempt from the new rules.

Meaning he plans on being pink current fairly soon or be far enough along shouldn’t effect us. I did see court date docs but nothing saying custody was granted I think once that takes place we’re good here. They got a time either way but the clock is ticking?!?

I emailed Paul about this.He said that the new SEC rules would not affect his plans with ALLQ.But as far as future shells,he did not know.And that he would have to wait and see once the rules were fully implemented.So we have clear skys ahead.
