People better stand up and speak out now and fight for their freedom just as we did in Viet Nam and all other wars. There is a war raging in this country right now that the average folks are not even aware of . Those attempting to take away our rights are hard at work presently and standing tall and making their voices heard . Tea Party folks and others that care about their freedoms and this country are making their voices heard and are publicly doing something about it . Voting is one of the things that must be done and make aware all citizens to do the same. Also be actively participating with groups to make a difference in America along with monetary support.
I like that show. Really makes you think.
This article reminds me of Gov. Jesse Ventura's program watched on TV a couple nights ago about the prison sights that were revealed and who they were for , pretty interesting show he had on. People better wake up quick , their very freedom is at stake.
Must follow Glen Beck's show also, then one can understand exactly what is being transformed in front of our very eyes, as we speak.

Subject: MY DOG
My dog sleeps about 20 hours a day. He has his food prepared for him.
He can eat whenever he wants, 24/7/365. His meals are provided at no cost to him. He visits the Dr. once a year for his checkup, and again during the year if any medical needs arise. For this He pays nothing, and nothing is required of him. He lives in a nice neighborhood in a house that is much larger than He needs, but He is not required to do any upkeep. If He makes a mess, someone else cleans it up. He has his choice of luxurious places to sleep. He receives these accommodations absolutely free. He is living like a king, and has absolutely no expenses whatsoever. All of his costs are picked up by others who go out and earn a living every day. I was just thinking about all this, and suddenly it hit me like a brick in the head, ..............my dog is a democrat !
FDA Approves Gardasil...
This literally just came off the wire.
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=45286162&symbol=MRK&cb=1290019756
This is one of the most dangerous vaccines on the market:
Don't ever let them stick your girls with it!
http://dr-t.net/gardasil.html
What are the Side Effects?
Documents obtained from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration under the provisions of the Freedom of Information
Act, detail 1,637 reports of adverse reactions to Gardasil reported to the Vaccination Adverse Reporting System
(VAERS). [15] Three deaths are seemingly related to the vaccine although the FDA’s spokesperson stated that these
deaths were probably unrelated. One physician’s assistant reported that a female patient “died of a blood clot three
hours after getting the Gardasil vaccine.” Two other reports, on girls 12 and 19, reported deaths due to heart problems
and/or blood clotting. [16]
As of May 11, 2007, the 1,637 adverse vaccination reactions reported to the FDA via VAERS included 371 serious
reactions. Of the 42 women who received the vaccine while pregnant, 18 experienced side effects ranging from
spontaneous abortion to fetal abnormities. [17]
Side effects published by Merck & Co. warn the public about potential pain, fever, nausea, dizziness and itching after
receiving the vaccine. Indeed, 77% of the adverse reactions reported are typical side effects to vaccinations. But other
more serious side effects reported include paralysis, Bells Palsy, Guillain-Barre Syndrome, and seizures.
So far more than 40 cases of Guillain-Barre syndrome - a dangerous immune disorder that causes tingling, numbness
and even paralysis of the muscles have been reported in girls who have received the HPV vaccine. [18]
VAERS is a passive surveillance system and depends upon voluntary reporting of serious health problems following
vaccination, even though safety provisions in the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 mandated that health
care providers report vaccine adverse events. There have been estimates that fewer than 10 percent, even as low as 1 to 4
percent, of adverse events which occur after prescription drug or vaccine use are ever reported to government adverse
event reporting systems. [19] [20] [21] [22]
"If only 1 to 4 percent of all adverse events associated with Gardasil vaccination are being reported to VAERS, there
could have been up to 38,000 health problems after Gardasil vaccination in 2006 which were never reported," said
National Vaccine Information Center President Barbara Loe Fisher. "How many girls are really having short-term
health problems associated with getting this vaccine that could turn into long-term neurological or immune system
disorders? And how many will go on to develop fertility problems, cancer or damage to their genes, all of which Merck
admits in its product insert that it has not studied at all? We just don't know enough to be mandating Gardasil for
anyone, much less vulnerable 11 to 12 year old girls entering puberty." [23]
The new HPV vaccine components include aluminum phosphate, sodium chloride, L-histidine, polysorbate and sodium
borate. Exposure to borax may impair fertility or cause damage to an unborn child. (there were 5 reported cases of
babies born with congenital birth defects to women who had the vaccine within 30 days of becoming pregnant.), aluminum
is implicated as a cause of brain damage, a suspected factor in Alzheimer’s Disease, dementia, seizures, comas, and
allergic skin reactions, and polysorbate is known to cause cancer in animals. [24]
Growing Tomatoes to be CRIMINALIZED.
Feds are seeking to assume total control of the food supply through the Dept. of Homeland Security right down to what I'm growing in my own back yard. That's right, fascist thugs backed by megacorporations like Monsanto want to seize control and regulate all food production in the US, including what you grow, pick, and eat in your own backyard. Even saving seeds could be illegal under the new law being proposed.

Maybe we'll be cellmates at Camp Fema. We'll have lots of time to argue about Nic Toms' character. lol.
In other words.....
In case of a national cataclysmic disaster. The country will be divided into 10 sections headed by a Council of Governors in concordance with strategically placed Fusion Centers within each section to institute martial law and all citizens will be rounded up and placed in one of over 800, residential centers (FEMA Camps) that already exist and are sitting empty at this time.
A better term for these residential centers (FEMA Camps) is "concentration camps". Once all citizens are placed into these, their fate will be decided.
What a wonderful outlook American Citizens have of their future:)

Do you think the unimaginable technologies we see a lot of times in movies are just science fiction someone dreamed up when writing the script of a movie? Remember the 80's movie, starring Val Kilmer, called Real Genius?

The term, "Defense Department," is becoming an oxymoron. It should be renamed the "Offense Department".
Invasion of the BODY SCANNERS
Everything the new world order does is mult-faceted. There's always more than one motivation behind their actions. Body scanners are training you to accept futuristic Gestapo checkpoints that violate your most basic right of privacy. They started at the airport but now are showing up at courthouses and pretty soon will be everywhere. You will be expected to submit to them everytime you're out and about running the most mundane of errands all in the name of national security. New body scanners are going to collect biometric profiles allowing whoever has access to these scanners to track and trace your every movement.
The following recipe is for a neo-fuedal hell dominated by technocratic oligarchs:
Mix 2 parts 1984 with 1 part Minority Report. Shake violently until Bill of Rights has dissolved. Garnish with Nazi Germany and serve with a chilling effect.
----------------------------------
New Body Scanners to Store Biometrics
Drudge, Infowars, and Prison Planet have forced the corporate media to cover the naked body scanner issue, much to the consternation of the government and contractors such as the Chertoff Group.
Iscon says the new system utilizes facial recognition, fingerprint, and iris recognition technology.
More and more people now realize naked body scanners are not about protection from terrorists, as the government claims, but is in fact a technology designed for control and data collection. If the government is going to be successful implementing its control grid, it will have to introduce technology that can be touted as physically non-threatening. The largest independent union of airline pilots in the world earlier this week urged its members to boycott body imaging machines, citing dangers of excessive exposure to harmful levels of radiation during the screening process.
A Massachusetts company, Iscon Video Imaging, has stepped into the fray and is offering body scanning technology minus harmful radiation.
“The Iscon 1000D is the only whole body imaging portal that can be integrated with state of the art technologies to detect virtually any object, without radiation or privacy issues and confirm that the person is indeed who they claim to be,” a press release issued on October 29 states.
The “enhanced” version of Iscon’s 1000D whole body scanner is equipped with optional biometric technologies and identity verification techniques, according to the company. The machine “uses thermo-conductive infrared technology that completes a 360°scan in 30 seconds, reveals a multitude of objects, but doesn’t penetrate clothing, so there’s no privacy or radiation issues,” explains Iscon.
“Facilities are facing significant privacy and health issues using scanners that expose a persons body parts that can be stored and shared digitally,” Iscon founder and president Izrail Gorian explains in the press release. “Using existing databases available today, or using a proprietary system of employees or inmates, security will ultimately be enhanced for everyone and at the same time ease verification for those who are not suspect.”
Iscon says the new system utilizes facial recognition, fingerprint, and iris recognition technology. It is capable of comparing a person’s facial attributes to existing databases and cross matching with other systems, can access large law enforcement databases, and is also capable of scanning a person’s iris and cross-matching the collected information with databases
Earlier this year, Iscon introduced the line of sophisticated thermo-conductive scanners for use in U.S. prisons. “In addition to being highly effective for prisoner and courtroom scanning, the system doesn’t emit any radiation and doesn’t penetrate clothing so there are no privacy issues. The Iscon system can also be used in commercial security areas, airports and other security sensitive areas,” Gorian explained in a Marketwire press release posted on the CorrectionsOne.com website. The company also offers a portable device.
Iscon is offering a technology that addresses many of the government’s biometric collection needs and is peddling it as an alternative to the demonstrably dangerous backscatter radiation system now going in airports, an effort successful in large part due to the effort of Michael Chertoff, the former Department of Homeland Security boss. Rapiscan, the company that manufactures the machines, is a Chertoff Group client.
Gorian and Iscon claim the new technology is non-invasive and protects privacy. In 2008, Rapiscan made a similar claim when it said its Rapiscan Secure 1000 technology protects the “privacy of the person being screened while enabling effective detection of threat items.”
In August of this year it was revealed that law enforcement in fact saves images produced by the machines. “Now it turns out that some police agencies are storing the controversial images after all. The U.S. Marshals Service admitted this week that it had surreptitiously saved tens of thousands of images recorded with a millimeter wave system at the security checkpoint of a single Florida courthouse,” Declan McCullagh wrote for CNet News at the time.
The Iscon system represents a one-stop biometric data collection technology that may soon be used in airports – and courthouses (as noted above) and eventually at the local mall and sports arena, depending on the severity of the next false flag terror attack.
The government has a keen interest in collecting and compiling biometric data on citizens. The FBI announced a $1 billion effort to build the world’s largest computer database of peoples’ physical characteristics, a project that would give the government unprecedented abilities to identify individuals in the United States and abroad, the Washington Post reported in December of 2007.
The Department of Homeland Security has collected biometrics for years, including the use of iris scans at certain airports under the guise of identity verification of travelers who have passed background checks and want to move through lines quickly. “The department is also looking to apply iris- and face-recognition techniques to other programs,” the Post added.

Alex Jones has warned about this ongoing effort since the late 1990s (see the video below). The global elite are determined to eventually track and trace every human on the planet. It cannot possibly hope to accomplish this ambitious task unless humanity willingly accepts the act of docilely surrendering personal information – from iris scans to images of their naked children – under the guise of a contrived war against false flag terrorism engineered by the government.

Oklahoma Is OK
NOW
While everyone is focusing on Arizona's new law, look what Oklahoma has been doing!!!!
An update from Oklahoma :
Oklahoma law passed, 37 to 9, had a few liberals in the mix, an amendment to place the Ten Commandments on the front entrance to the state capitol. The feds in D.C., along with the ACLU, said it would be a mistake. Hey this is a conservative state, based on Christian values...! HB 1330
Guess what......... Oklahoma did it anyway.
Oklahoma recently passed a law in the state to incarcerate all illegal immigrants, and ship them back to where they came from unless they want to get a green card and become an American citizen. They all scattered. HB 1804. Hope we didn't send any of them to your state. This was against the advice of the Federal Government, and the ACLU, they said it would be a mistake.
Guess what.......... Oklahoma did it anyway.
Recently we passed a law to include DNA samples from any and all illegal's to the Oklahoma database, for criminal investigative purposes. Pelosi said it was unconstitutional. SB 1102
Guess what........ Oklahoma did it anyway.
Several weeks ago, we passed a law, declaring Oklahoma as a Sovereign state, not under the Federal Government directives. Joining Texas.
Montana and Utah as the only states to do so. More states are likely to follow: Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, the Carolina's, Tennessee, Kentucky, Missouri, Arkansas, West Virginia,Mississippi, Florida. Save your confederate money, it appears the South is about to rise up once again. HJR 1003
The federal Government has made bold steps to take away our guns. Oklahoma, a week ago, passed a law confirming people in this state have the right to bear arms and transport them in their vehicles. I'm sure that was a set back for the criminals. The Liberals didn't like it -- But ...
Guess what........... Oklahoma did it anyway.
Just this month, the state has voted and passed a law that ALL driver's license exams will be printed in English, and only English, and no other language. They have been called racist for doing this, but the fact is that ALL of the road signs are in English only. If you want to drive in Oklahoma , you must read and write English. Really simple.
By the way, the Liberals don't like any of this either.
Guess what....who cares... Oklahoma is doing it anyway.
If you like it, pass it on, if you don't then delete it.
haha! well get out of the box:D
Yeah but, then it echoes too much.
had to with your head up your ass....lol...j/k
I WILL!!! Stop yellin' at me!!! Lol.
thats why I said watch the movie:) Google it
I'll have to watch that movie then, I guess. Sounds bizarre
HAARP is a whole different can of worms.
Ugh. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but the government is spraying the skies nationwide with a noxious mixture of chemicals from the sides of jet planes. Best case scenario is weather modification, worst is the testing of biological and chemical agents on our own populations.
I know it sounds absolutely crazy but now that you're aware of it you'll be able to see for yourself. You will believe as I do after you've seen it for yourself over your own backyard.
Of course we know that jets leave "contrails" which are lines of water vapor in the sky. These dissapate in a few minutes. "Chemtrails" on the other hand are the long lines in the sky that if you watch turn into giant clouds. They are sprayed in patterns. Look for parallel lines and lattice formations.
Every once in a while these noxious chemicals make their way to the ground and leave a nasty chemical film on people's car windshields. There's tons of documented evidence. Of course the offical position for years was that those of who saw them were all conspiracy nuts but now it's out in the open and admitted.
I heard something about weather modification with HAARP.
Nothing about chemtrails.
Yes, i believe Griffin actually released a movie under the same title a year prior to the book.
im sure its on youtube.
Griffin is the man. Im watching his newest movie on youtube right now. "What in the World are they Spraying" about chemtrails and weather modification. I don't know if you know about chemtrails... but once you know about them you will see them all the time. It's for real and hidden in plain view.
Is there a movie about it? Lol. I don't like to read, my ADD kicks in high gear.
It's G Edward Griffin's book about the secret meeting that took place at Jekyll Island, Georgia in 1910 that laid the foundation for the implementation of the Federal Reserve system that has usurped the power of our Congress to coin our money and is currently destroying our economy by design. It's a pretty important read. highly recommended.
What's that about? Is this a joke? I don't read, Lol.
Interesting note:
Gold has hit $1405/oz. today
Silver has hit $27.5/oz today.....2 weeks ago it was trading in the $21 range. This time last year I paid $13/oz
That's not the only group. There are others such as TLC (Tri-lateral Commision), CFR (Council on Foreign Relations), etc. Research the origins of the CFR. You'll find that it traces it's roots to the failed League of Nations.
You should get a book or watch the movie, I think there is one, called, "The Creature from Jekyll Island."
The I.R.S. Will Track Gold/Silver Bullion and
Gold/Silver Coins.
Numisaster reports,
Unbeknownst to most, the Democrats added to the health care bill a provision for the federal govt. to track all gold and silver purchases over $600.00. Even though we were told there were no new taxes ,this will be a tax. Apparently, this tax will plug a 17 billion dollar hole in the health care bill.. Perhaps the real reason is for gold confiscation later. After all, FDR, under Presidential Executive Order number 6102 confiscated gold in 1933. He graciously robbed the people by giving them $20.67 for one ounce of gold and then sold it for $35.00 an ounce. All gold and silver dealers will report the purchase of gold or silver bullion and coins over $600.00 to the I.R.S as mandated by the U.S. congress.
Any purchase of anything over $600.00 will require a 1099 form.
California Republican Dan Rep. Dan Lungren has sponsored (H.R. 5141), and he has gathered over 80 members of Congress to co-sponsor repeal of this section of the health care bill. However it is doubtful Obama would ever sign any such bill.
Unrelated to gold and silver but in the health care bill every person in the U.S. will have their BMI listed on a national register for further micro managing of every day life by the federal govt.

Who's to blame for the recession? Big banks are safe while the working man loses everything.
Tell the governtment you need $250,000 or your family will be on the streets. You won't get it.
One week, AIG, the largest insurance company in America, tells the Government they need $130 BILLION dollars by Monday or they'll have to close the doors, guess what? They got their money. Some of it went to Goldman Sachs.
Bilderberg Group
They're thought to be a group of the world's elite who meet once a year at a luxury hotel and decide how they will run the world. It's believed they plan to thin out the population through disease and vaccines. Jesse Ventura infiltrates the Bilderberg Group.
Jesse is hot on the trail of The Bilderberg Group, a collection of the world's elite who meet every year to, as the theory goes, decide how it will run the world. As Ventura tries to infiltrate this secret society he discovers a plot against him, but he is not the only one they are after. Jesse exposes some of the cabal's most well-known and powerful members, and you'll find out how both Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama are involved.
Their current alleged sinister plot is to dramatically thin out the world's population. Ventura and his team will reveal the cunning methods, involving disease and vaccinations, The Bilderberg Group may use to enact their "soft kill" plan. If you're wondering why you've never even heard of this secret society, it's because the people who control the mainstream media are heavily involved.
What else are they hiding from you?

HEAVEN AND HELL
While walking down the street one day a Corrupt Senator was tragically hit by a car and died.
His soul arrives in heaven and is met by St. Peter at the entrance.
"Welcome to heaven," says St. Peter. "Before you settle in, it seems there is a problem. We seldom see a high official around these parts, you see, so we're not sure what to do with you."
"No problem, just let me in," says the Senator..
"Well, I'd like to, but I have orders from the higher ups. What we'll do is have you spend one day in hell and one in heaven. Then you can choose where to spend eternity."
"Really?, I've made up my mind. I want to be in heaven," says the Senator.
"I'm sorry, but we have our rules."
And with that, St. Peter escorts him to the elevator and he goes down, down, down to hell.
The doors open and he finds himself in the middle of a green golf course. In the distance is a clubhouse and standing in front of it are all his friends and other politicians who had worked with him.
Everyone is very happy and in evening dress. They run to greet him, shake his hand, and reminisce about the good times they had while getting rich at the expense of the people.
They played a friendly game of golf and then dine on lobster, caviar and the finest champagne.
Also present is the devil, who really is a very friendly guy who is having a good time dancing and telling jokes.
They are all having such a good time that before the Senator realizes it, it is time to go.
Everyone gives him a hearty farewell and waves while the elevator rises...
The elevator goes up, up, up and the door reopens in heaven where St. Peter is waiting for him, "Now it's time to visit heaven.."
So, 24 hours passed with the Senator joining a group of contented souls moving from cloud to cloud, playing the harp and singing. They have a good time and, before he realizes it, the 24 hours have gone by and St. Peter returns.
"Well, then, you've spent a day in hell and another in heaven. Now choose your eternity."
The Senator reflects for a minute, then he answers: "Well, I would never have said it before, I mean heaven has been delightful, but I think I would be better off in hell."
So St. Peter escorts him to the elevator and he goes down, down, down to hell..
Now the doors of the elevator open and he's in the middle of a barren land covered with waste and garbage. He sees all his friends, dressed in rags, picking up the trash and putting it in black bags as more trash falls from above.
The devil comes over to him and puts his arm around his shoulders.
"I don't understand," stammers the Senator. "Yesterday I was here and there was a golf course and clubhouse, and we ate lobster and caviar, drank champagne, and danced and had a great time. Now there's just a wasteland full of garbage and my friends look miserable. What happened?"
The devil smiles at him and says,
"Yesterday we were campaigning ...
Today, you voted.."

Worth reading. Shows the importance of a horse's ass, in case you didn’t already know!
[]
Railroad tracks. The US standard railroad gauge (distance between the rails) is 4 feet, 8.5 inches. That's an exceedingly odd number.
Why was that gauge used? Because that's the way they built them in England , and English expatriates designed the US railroads.
Why did the English build them like that? Because the first rail lines were built by the same people who built the pre-railroad tramways, and that's the gauge they used.
Why did 'they' use that gauge then? Because the people who built the tramways used the same jigs and tools that they had used for building wagons, which used that wheel spacing.
[]
Why did the wagons have that particular odd wheel spacing? Well, if they tried to use any other spacing, the wagon wheels would break on some of the old, long distance roads in England , because that's the spacing of the wheel ruts.
[]
So who built those old rutted roads? Imperial Rome built the first long distance roads in Europe (including England ) for their legions. Those roads have been used ever since.
And the ruts in the roads? Roman war chariots formed the initial ruts, which everyone else had to match for fear of destroying their wagon wheels.
[]
Since the chariots were made for Imperial Rome , they were all alike in the matter of wheel spacing. Therefore the United States standard railroad gauge of 4 feet, 8.5 inches is derived from the original specifications for an Imperial Roman war chariot.
Bureaucracies live forever.
So the next time you are handed a specification/procedure/process and wonder 'What horse's ass came up with this?', you may be exactly right. Imperial Roman army chariots were made just wide enough to accommodate the rear ends of two war horses. (Two horses' asses.)
[]
Now, the twist to the story:
When you see a Space Shuttle sitting on its launch pad, there are two big booster rockets attached to the sides of the main fuel tank. These are solid rocket boosters, or SRBs. The SRBs are made by Thiokol at their factory in Utah
[]
The
engineers who designed the SRBs would have preferred to make them a bit fatter, but the SRBs had to be shipped by train from the factory to the launch site. The railroad line from the factory happens to run through a tunnel in the mountains, and the SRBs had to fit through that tunnel. The tunnel is slightly wider than the railroad track, and the railroad track, as you now know, is about as wide as two horses' behinds.
[]
So, a major Space Shuttle design feature of what is arguably the world's most advanced transportation system was determined over two thousand years ago by the width of a horse's ass. And you thought being a horse's ass wasn't important? Ancient horse's asses control almost everything... and
CURRENT Horses Asses in Washington are controlling everything else

Are you a Democrat, a Republican, or a Southerner?
Here is a little test that will help you decide.
You're walking down a deserted street with your wife and two small children.
Suddenly, an Islamic Terrorist with a huge knife comes around the corner, locks eyes with you, screams obscenities, praises Allah, raises the knife, and charges at you...
You are carrying a Kimber 1911 cal. 45 ACP, and you are an expert shot.
You have mere seconds before he reaches you and your family.
What do you do?
Democrat's Answer:
Well, that's not enough information to answer the question! Does the man look poor or oppressed? Have I ever done anything to him that would inspire him to attack? Could we run away? What does my wife think? What about the kids? Could I possibly swing the gun like a club and knock the knife out of his hand? What does the law say about this situation? Does the pistol have appropriate safety built into it? Why am I carrying a loaded gun anyway, and what kind of message does this send to society and to my children? Is it possible he'd be happy with just killing me? Does he definitely want to kill me, or would he be content just to wound me? If I were to grab his knees and hold on, could my family get away while he was stabbing me? Should I call 9-1-1? Why is this street so deserted? We need to raise taxes, have paint & weed day. Can we make this a happier, healthier street that would discourage such behavior. I need to debate this with some friends for a few days and try to come to a consensus. This is all so confusing!

RAGGED OLD FLAG
I walked through a county courthouse square,
On a park bench an old man was sitting there.
I said, "Your old courthouse is kinda run down."
He said, "Naw, it'll do for our little town."
I said, "Your flagpole has leaned a little bit,
And that's a Ragged Old Flag you got hanging on it.
He said, "Have a seat", and I sat down.
"Is this the first time you've been to our little town?"
I said, "I think it is." He said, "I don't like to brag,
But we're kinda proud of that Ragged Old Flag."
"You see, we got a little hole in that flag there
When Washington took it across the Delaware.
And it got powder-burned the night Francis Scott Key
Sat watching it writing _Oh Say Can You See_.
And it got a bad rip in New Orleans
With Packingham and Jackson tuggin' at its seams."
"And it almost fell at the Alamo
Beside the Texas flag, but she waved on through.
She got cut with a sword at Chancellorsville
And she got cut again at Shiloh Hill.
There was Robert E. Lee, Beauregard, and Bragg,
And the south wind blew hard on that Ragged Old Flag."
"On Flanders Field in World War I
She got a big hole from a Bertha gun.
She turned blood red in World War II
She hung limp and low by the time it was through.
She was in Korea and Vietnam.
She went where she was sent by her Uncle Sam."
"She waved from our ships upon the briny foam,
And now they've about quit waving her back here at home.
In her own good land she's been abused --
She's been burned, dishonored, denied and refused."
"And the government for which she stands
Is scandalized throughout the land.
And she's getting threadbare and wearing thin,
But she's in good shape for the shape she's in.
'Cause she's been through the fire before
And I believe she can take a whole lot more."
"So we raise her up every morning,
Take her down every night.
We don't let her touch the ground
And we fold her up right.
On second thought I DO like to brag,
'Cause I'm mighty proud of that Ragged Old Flag."

No Person shall be a Senator who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty Years, and been nine Years a Citizen of the United States and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State for which he shall be chosen.

Neither House, during the Session of Congress, shall, without the Consent of the other, adjourn for more than three days, nor to any other Place than that in which the two Houses shall be sitting.

Article II
Section 1. The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years, and, together with the Vice President, chosen for the same Term, be elected, as follows:
Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.

The President of the Senate shall, in the Presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the Certificates, and the Votes shall then be counted. The Person having the greatest Number of Votes shall be the President, if such Number be a Majority of the whole Number of Electors appointed; and if there be more than one who have such Majority, and have an equal Number of Votes, then the House of Representatives shall immediately chuse by Ballot one of them for President; and if no Person have a Majority, then from the five highest on the List the said House shall in like Manner chuse the President. But in chusing the President, the Votes shall be taken by States, the Representation from each State having one Vote; A quorum for this Purpose shall consist of a Member or Members from two thirds of the States, and a Majority of all the States shall be necessary to a Choice. In every Case, after the Choice of the President, the Person having the greatest Number of Votes of the Electors shall be the Vice President. But if there should remain two or more who have equal Votes, the Senate shall chuse from them by Ballot the Vice President.
The Congress may determine the Time of chusing the Electors, and the Day on which they shall give their Votes; which Day shall be the same throughout the United States.
No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
In Case of the Removal of the President from Office, or of his Death, Resignation, or Inability to discharge the Powers and Duties of the said Office, the Same shall devolve on the Vice President, and the Congress may by Law provide for the Case of Removal, Death, Resignation or Inability, both of the President and Vice President, declaring what Officer shall then act as President, and such Officer shall act accordingly, until the Disability be removed, or a President shall be elected.
The President shall, at stated Times, receive for his Services, a Compensation, which shall neither be encreased nor diminished during the Period for which he shall have been elected, and he shall not receive within that Period any other Emolument from the United States, or any of them.
Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:--"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
