It's a shell play so there's no company in it. Small companies will often utilize an empty shell as an easy/cheaper way to go public.

i sent an e-mail to the trustee handling this case a few years ago-this was a chapter 7 case, so the shares are worthless-he was surprised as well that there were still shares trading.

People have posted this type of information before. WLKNQ is an empty, trading shell which is a reverse merger play. 1)Bankruptcy is debt relief for an ongoing company which WLKNQ is not. 2) When I checked for filings to cancel the shares on the same website from which you claim to post, I find nothing. No filings since 2005 which is probably when WLKnQ became a shell. 3)If there were no shares, I find it incomprehensible that it would still trade.

There's less than 20 million outstanding shares which is miniscule. Most r/m shells are well over 500 million and even into the billions. This shell would be a great r/m for even a small company with valuation of $1-5 million which would translate to a share price of .05-.25 and huge $ for anyone buying here.

Unless my calculator is broke, there's only $320 on the ask. WLKNQ is very light and easy to move. I don't have L2 for pinks but I would guess there's not a lot of $ between here and a new 52 week high.

The paint jobs yesterday must have shook a few shares loose. I wouldn't qualify a 75000 trade at .0006 and 100000 at .0008 as a big selloff. I believe it's $125 in trading. If someone is crazy enough to sell several million shares at .0006-.00008 maybe I'll start to wonder whats going on.

I thought the big run was caused by the rumor mill. I bought in 2010 after I saw it make a big run. It's a nice small, clean shell which I figured would be used at some point.
