Yep, but let's see how long NITE can resist slapping it back down. NITE is who to watch, AUTO is just a retailer and I know who on this board sold out recently and whacked it down to .03s Looking better though, and I am willing to bet having Steven Lockhart around is going to be a big plus for WNRC shareholders in the coming months.
Some buys trickling in, but nothing I would consider substantial at this point. We need to start seeing bigger blocks down here, afterall a 100K block is only $4K right now.
Good point EZ. I think this time around when we are knocking at resistance in the higher levels, this time we will have more going for us which will get us through and ultimately onto higher levels. It was disappointing to say the least about having so much momentum last time, but the reality was that AirSur just wasn't ready with any material events (i.e. contracts) to send this soaring. This time around, we will have revenues and possibly a more mature version of AirSur. I still expect a little turmoil down here as people make their decisions on how to proceed from here that perhaps bought at higher levels. I personally think things turn up from here soon. Look for the Bayshore deal to be closed in early August. Just my opinion.

I believe Dan w/ step down as the CEO, and remain on the BOD. His last day is
next Wed.
I hear at least 4 other companies will be coming into WNRC which would make
this a $4-5 million dollar holding company which will help airship to get some extra
funding that it needs to be more competitive.
All these companies will be profitable.
If you're looking to add or get in, this might be a good starting ground. Look
at a 2 year chart, and you can see we've been down here before prior to a big
move.
Never load too much at any price point especially during "quiet times."
Get a nice average price entry.
More times than not, you'll always see a nice bounce off a 30 RSI on the chart.
Some new eyes and new money flow will do the trick.

Not so new then...well hopefully we will see some developments from there over the next month or so. I am waiting to see what Steven has to say as far as his next steps for WNRC. From what I am able to gather, he appears capable of turning this ship around by bringing in some new revenue streams, which will warrant higher prices for WNRC. For now, I think we continue to churn for a couple weeks down here while those who want out get out. Back to square one, but hopefully this next go around we can sustain an upwards movement a little better. Plus we shouldn't run into a big seller like we did this last time.

AirSur apparently has a new video out on the landing gear they built for the L2 airship. I have asked that they update their site and place it out there as well, however I hear it is floating around on youtube as well. Anyone find it?
Just $3.5K gets you 100K shares. Pretty amazing considering I was buying that type of volume at .15 :(

I don't think you will see a PR until next week. Steven is travelling on business this week and won't be back in town until mid next week. I would imagine that whoever is selling is going to continue to put pressure on this stock. Frankly, let them out down here, since they can unload more of their inventory and hopefully be done with it.

Boeing is partnering with Calgary, Alberta-based SkyHook International Inc. to develop a new kind of vertical-takeoff-and-landing (VTOL) rotorcraft able to carry loads twice as heavy as those that can be carried by the world's largest in-service helicopter.

A combination of an aerostatic-lift aircraft and a helicopter, the JHL-40 will be a "neutrally buoyant" aircraft that, like today's airships, features a helium-filled balloon (known in the industry as an "envelope"). In addition, it will have four helicopter-style rotors for vertical lift, and computer graphics of the planned aircraft show it also fitted with ducted propellers to propel the JHL-40 horizontally.
Its helium-filled envelope is sized to support the weight of the aircraft and fuel without payload, so the lift generated by the four rotors will be dedicated solely to lifting the payload itself. This will make the JHL-40 capable of lifting a sling load of nearly 40 tons and transporting it up to 200 nautical miles (230 miles) without refueling, says Boeing.
The JHL-40's planned payload will be approximately twice the maximum load that the Mil Mi-26 (currently the world's largest helicopter) can lift, according to SkyHook International. The huge Mi-12 that the Soviet Union built in the late 1960s and flew for two years could carry 88,000 pounds, more than the JHL-40 is planned to be able to lift, but at 121 feet 4 inches long and 41 feet high the Mi-12 wasn't as large dimensionally as the JHL-40. This enormous helicopter of tomorrow will be 302 feet long, 217 feet wide and 118 feet high, and so, size-wise, it will be the largest helicopter ever.
Named the Jess Heavy Lifter after Pete Jess, SkyHook International's president, the JHL-40 is designed to address the limitations and expense of transporting equipment and materials in remote regions and harsh environments such as the Canadian Arctic and Alaska. Conventional land and water transportation in these undeveloped regions is inadequate, unreliable and costly. When flying without a load, the JHL-40 will have a ferry range of 800 nautical miles (921 miles), so it will be able to deploy itself to remote locations where it is needed.
St. Louis, Mo.-based Boeing Integrated Defense Systems, the Boeing unit that will build the JHL-40, says it already has received from SkyHook the first increment of a multi-year contract to develop the new aircraft. Privately owned SkyHook expects the JHL-40 to support several industries, including energy, mining and logging.
"There is a definite need for this technology. The list of customers waiting for SkyHook's services is extensive, and they enthusiastically support the development of the JHL-40," said Pete Jess, SkyHook's president and chief operating officer.
"Companies have suggested this new technology will enable them to modify their current operational strategy and begin working much sooner on projects that were thought to be 15 to 20 years away," added Jess. "This Boeing-SkyHook technology represents an environmentally acceptable solution for these companies' heavy-lift short-haul challenges, and it's the only way many projects will be able to progress economically."
JHL-40 claimed environmentally acceptable
Boeing says the JHL-40 is environmentally acceptable because it mitigates the impact of building new roadways in remote areas, and Skyhook is expected to reduce the carbon footprint of the industrial projects it supports.
"SkyHook secured the patent for this neutrally buoyant aircraft and approached Boeing with the opportunity to develop and build the system," said Pat Donnelly, director of Advanced Rotorcraft Systems for Boeing. "We conducted a feasibility study and decided this opportunity is a perfect fit for Advanced Systems' technical capabilities."
Boeing is designing and will fabricate two production prototypes of the JHL-40 at its Rotorcraft Systems facility in Ridley Park, Pa. Skyhook will own, maintain, operate and service all JHL-40 aircraft for customers worldwide.
The new aircraft will enter commercial service as soon as it is certified by Transport Canada and the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration. Boeing and SkyHook officials couldn't be reached immediately to confirm the date when the JHL-40 is planned to enter service.
SkyHook's principals have a 30-year history in remote-area operations and logistics in support of exploration, research and development in isolated regions of the world.

Well in Lakers defense, WNRC did put out in release that they were looking to acquire AirSur 100% and I think some here assumed a name and symbol change would be enacted to represent us moving in that direction. But I just looked back and I see nothing along those lines in any PR. So koolmc is correct is stating that no new direction has been taken here with WNRC. It just all comes down to AirSur not moving along as quickly as we had thought they would. I know they are also being extra cautious about their airships and technology because of competitors out there that could try and copy what they have, especially those competitors with more resources available than them. So in order to keep WNRC moving forward, Dan brings in Steven to at least get some things on the table and producing for us right now. We move away from a 100% stake in AirSur but still retain our original 40% stake, as well as work out a revenue sharing plan where anything AirSur makes we take 50% of. I still see AirSur as the trophy acquisition here, but Bayshores and whatever else Steven acquires will get us to a point where AirSur is landing the big contracts. So all in all, nothing has changed expect WNRC is now picking up where it left off as far as acquisitions go. AND WE STILL KEEP AIRSUR.

Did you not see the last 2 press releases this week? More updates coming probably late next week. If you don't like the situation, sell and move on. Maybe read my last couple posts here that explain what I view the situation as now.
all I can say is this...........if you owned a business.......and your publicly traded company fell 80+%.............. would you want to inform your shareholders???????? as to what the f&^%$ is going on?

Got an update from Paul at AirSur...
they are continuing to make modifications to the L2 based on discussions during the visits and recent meetings they had. So things are still moving forward there, just taking a bit longer orginally thought. But they are confident they will be landing contracts sooner than later. And WNRC could always choose to acquire them later as well. But I like the direction we are going in now. Expect an update from Steven Lockhart next week as well, probably later in the week.
Still NITE and AUTO there but I know AUTO is just a retail seller, probably someone who even posts on this board. NITE has been the axe here and continues to be.
How does L2 look? I hope with 38K traded at 0.04 that the Ask has been bumped up.

Just making a point that both Dan Green and AirSur are still part of WNRC. Didn't mean any offense. Sorry to hear you moved on but I understand. Best of luck and still keep WNRC on radar.
MKT-please don't be bashing us who decided to sell and move on. Your last sentence of the replied to post says it all.

I really don't see any issue if they are all over the place with the businesses they acquire. I will take anything currently bringing in revenue while we wait for AirSur to get to the point where they are bringing in money. And when that happens, add 50% of whatever they are doing to our bottom line. Not to mention, as AirSur continues to grow, we own 40% of that business and if a big fish comes along and gobbles them up, we get 40% of that sale. In the meantime, we acquire some new revenue streams to keep WNRC moving forward. I see your point but I think money is money. From what I have heard, we would have had to issue something like 30 million shares to acquire AirSur anyways, and they aren't doing any revenue yet. Instead, we issue a fraction of that for Bayshore Industries and will have $1M in current revenues now. Acquire a few more companies like this and we will have several million in revenue, probably have less shares issued and outstanding than had we acquired AirSur, and still have ownership in AirSur.
I'm not selling but not as pleased as I was in the past. I like companies that focus on a core business or buy related businesses. They are all over the place. Whether it is or becomes a scam is unknown since they don't report.
Let the naysayers and doubters sell out here is what I say. You guys are all hillarious. So I guess AirSur is a giant scam as well right? You do realize WNRC still owns 40% of them and 50% of any future revenues, and there will be revenues. They just aren't there yet. And AirSur also doesn't want to be careless as the airship industry is a new and competitive market right now. Lots of competition out there with more resources than they have right now. I know that AirSur doesn't want their technology being stolen or copied so they are taking things slow with negotiations. In the meantime, why not move forward with acquiring a couple of revenue producing companies for pennies on the dollar. Yes, that may mean issuing some shares, but I do expect for us to bring in some value with those shares. If not, then I am out as well. And I would agree about seeing more numbers on these acquistions, and will personally be pushing for that once I find out who this Steven guy is.
If you are going to sell, you may as well do it now. I would rather clear out any potential weak hands, if we already haven't. When AirSur is up and running and bringing in contracts, we get 50% of that as well. I see multiple sources of revenue with WNRC. I guess that is a bad thing. It's always funny how these things get labeled as scams. Maybe give it a few weeks and see what this guy has to say. After all, its not like AirSur or Dan Green went anywhere.
Don't know if anyone has addressed this, but this thing with Bayshore is an LOI which means absolutely nothing...nada. Anyone can put out an LOI and many scams do....constantly! The mms were also bringing the prices down on fairly low volume. When the last was at .04, I suddenly saw the "ask" at .032.
I hold the stock but haven't invested that much. I agree with those who are concerned, but I'm also curious as to the future sharecount. My guess is that they will raise the o/s a lot in preparation for some major deal (this one or another) only for it NOT to go through...but that's just my cynical side.
If they raise the share count and give some verifiable details about the acquisition (a balance sheet from Bayshore would be nice), this could still work out quite well. Time will tell, but don't anyone hold their breath..

Well, in all fairness I know two posters here who were negative on things as of yesterday. I would imagine they sold today and probably hit the market sell on the way out. I think mgmt has their work cut out here, but I am not throwing in the towel yet by any stretch.

Well it was done on the Ho Chi Man Trail. When there's a will, there's a way.
Of course they do, they've got 7.62mm RPKs, PKs, RPDs, and RP-46 machine guns all effective out to about 800 meters. There are RPG-7's which have a max range of 920 meters. They also have larger caliber 12.7mm DShK-38/46 machine guns effective to a range of about 1,000 meters. There are a limited number of SA-7 shoulder-mounted surface-to-air missiles that have the potential to reach altitudes of 4,500 meters (provided Tali can get hold of a working thermal battery), but these weapons are tail-chase missile systems whose effectiveness depends upon its ability to lock onto the heat source of fixed or rotary-winged aircraft. In my opinion, one of the only potential threats I see for the L-15 are from the few 14.5mm ZPUs which have a vertical range of 5,000 meters. However, these large anti-aircraft weapons are quite bulky, and not necessarily easy to move around rugged mountainous terrain. I have been to Afghanistan and I believe WNRC's airships could certainly be used as effective surveillance tools against oppositional forces.
Just trying to help. I am very disappointed like everyone else at the pps right now. I think it will recover once they can show some progress on this new direction. And obviously if AirSur can produce any good news, that would certainly help. I think folks are thinking this whole thing has come unravelled, and I don't think that is the case. Obviously things weren't moving as fast as we were led to believe with AirSur, and I think that is what has caused this recent selloff. Good time to add? I think so but only time will tell.

I would imagine so. But I guess it wouldn't hurt to let mgmt know that investors would like to hear that in a PR.
I would imagine that the float would be relatively the same going forward, but obviously I would imagine issuance of restricted shares for every company we acquire going forward. But yes, the float is what matters most.
