I called The Maxim Group-----no answer but

was slightly after hours. The Plano, Texas
location is not the office of The Maxim Group,
rather; a Single Family Dwelling, upper middle
class at worst I would say.

What I want to know is...."how did your rating
come about; who asked you to give a rating, or
did this come from you"

I am sure this is a perfectly explainable, but

they felt the need to swoop in on VUZI
and downgrade it the day following
Q4 report.

If you copied and pasted the Maxim Group downgrade, they got it terribly wrong. VUZI didn't report earnings of .09 a share compared to year ago earnings of .31 a share, they posted a loss of .09 a share compared to a loss of .31 a share last year. Earnings didn't drop .22 a share, they rose 22 cents a share.

Also, the Craig-Hallum analyst raised his target price to $30 from $12 today.

Did you listen to the call Briboy? There were 1 or 2 new analysts to ask questions. Maybe we will see some new buy recommendations and upgrades in the next few days.

I wish they would have forecast a revenue range for this year. If they did, the analysts would be able to be more confident in their price projections. As it is they will have to be somewhat conservative.

I'm also invested in Plug Power. PLUG gives revenue projections 3 or 4 years forward and that has been instrumental in their meteoric rise over the past year.

Earnings were announced today after market close. I listened to the conference call and am doubly excited about VUZI's future. They said practically all of the customers who bought from them before are placing new orders, and although they might have bought 3 or 10 glasses before, now they are buying 50 to 500 in the re-orders. They also said that the 1st quarter is usually their slowest quarter but this year the 1st quarter will be very very good.

They said they don't give revenue projections, and I wish they would. If they did give projections I think the stock price would accelerate more than it's going to, but in the end it will get where it's going...much higher.

Another mention on CNBC halftime show by Steve Weis. He reiterated that the future of the company will be discussed when the earnings are reported tonight. The sp shot up when he mentioned it. This guy is sky high on Vuzi.

The analyst on CNBC said earnings may not be great, but listen for future orders and plans for the future. He expects the SP should go up from this level.

He might be ACTUALLY bullish on this, a NAZ stock, but he has cost me a BANK VAULT full of money on the smaller issues that he attacks relentlessly.

I pick 'em, they move, he attacks, profits evaporate, and he keeps a boot on the neck.

$TSNPD, for example, EVERY DAY for weeks and weeks, he picks on it, as it continues to spiral, and circle the drain.

Finally exited entire position while I still had good gains intact (I bought way back, prior to his attacks).

Market Cap over a billion
Institutional investors, which for all intents and
purposes drive a share price more than anything, has
increased to 30%. This has been flying under the
radar, but not so much anymore. I kinda liked trading
stealth, but sooner or later she was going be noticed
like this morning's Benzinga cited VUZI.

The penny stocks that are like .0003 I agree
no chart reading readily possible, but the
one's over a dollar a share, and up, he knows

Why the harsh words for Clay ?

To, your pretty much calling his minions a wandering
endless parade of human debris.........not all of them

Look, only 5% of traders/investors actually "make it"
in this hobby or business trade. Another 5% are in
the game. Everyone has bad losses that limit our
viability. Then the balance of robust trades to give
us hope.

No teacher of the trade is going to get all success

Earnings are expected to be announced next week. VUZI had a news release on 2/25 that said they had $48 million of warrants recently exercised.

I'm also invested in PLUG and they also announced some warrants were exercised just before they announced earnings. Due to the way PLUG accounted for the warrants, they had to subtract the amount from revenues and earnings. It changed PLUG's earnings from a loss of 10 cents to a loss of $1 per share. The stock price took a beating due to that.

I'm not sure how VUZI accounts for the warrants, but it's possible they might take a hit on their numbers also. I hope not.

His success in day trading comes from having thousands of PAYING minions following his direction, making it easy for him to cash in.

In pennies and Pinkies, charts mean little. Emotion, news, company news, rumors, etc., and newsletters/groups, move the stock.

His purple line theory is a joke, too.

Typically, 80% - 90% of his daily AH charts, will be of a stock that rose, and will be red the next day.

and his success in Day Trading speaks for
itself.

I employ some fundamentals as well, but only
as a guide.

I've looked at a stocks chart before, not even
knowing what the Company is, makes and sells,
and have profited because the charts led me to
profits.

Clay knows his stuff, believe you me, but if one
is not heavy into Technical Analysis, I can see
how you might think Clay is "out to lunch" lol

Vusix is a stock going somewhere IMO, but let's face
it. Right now they are unprofitable.

I expect them to beat expectations.

There is no doubt in my mind there is an
increase in % of institutional investors who
are moving this stock. Of course, we just
took a 10 point hit so shorter-s and
some negative factors brought share
price down.

I love VUSIX and believe it will continue
to thrive; though I fear upcoming
Q4 earnings might no be where I'd like
it to be.
