You trying to get out at .012?
nice... they still wont honor by bid price,. jerks
Some people no doubt made money by buying low and dumping on the merger hype. I don't think it was Kip selling. There wasn't enough volume for that. Why else would he do it? It did get his other shells noticed, but unless he follows through it's all for naught.
All we can do now is wait and keep searching the internet.
they filed with Nevada as a new company.. Cant do that unless you are a new company. regardless, Why would Kip change the name just shits ang giggles?
unfortunately this is looking more and more like just a name/symbol change...
I'll say it again...like Yogi...
Deja vu...all over again!...lol.
Sure would like to know what's behind
these 100 share "trades"...for lack of
another word.
I've never had level II for pinks...but
I see 100/200 share trades on my
"last sale" feature with TDAm...and
I always assume it's just one MM
finishing and another taking over...
or something to that effect.
Anybody know why this happens...?
Are there any "tell all" books
from former MM's out there?
You can say that again.....just what I was thinking.
Well, do we see a pattern here?
The same thing was happening before the name change... they need shares.
bumped it to .015 and still they dnt show it
lots of bidders down there at .01....!
i have the bid didnt play the tirck though
lol... tie it to both. :)
If true, they only spent $1.20 on their fishing expedition. And it would be a signal of sorts--a signal telling us they want panic selling.
Mabye they'll spend more on another attempt tomorrow, but they won't reel me in. I'll tie their line to an old boot or toilet seat instead.
someone has a bid down there and they want it filled. they figured if they spent a few bucks to downtick the stock someone else would panic and hit the bid with a good sized chunk of shares, thereby filling their order.
looks like that plan didn't work.
fwiw, the notion of MM signals is pure folklore imo.
Who would sell shares for $1.20 and why should that cause the SP to drop 20 percent?
Here are the standard MM 'signals.' I can't believe they pertain here. They are more applicable to stocks that have volume:
"MARKET MAKER SIGNALS
Penny traders believe that Market Makers (MM) will "signal" moves in advance buy using small amounts of buys or sells as "signals". The "signals" are such a small amount of shares (worth no more than 5 or 10 dollars) that no trader would have paid a commission that costs more than the amount of shares bought. The "signals" are from one MM to another.
* 100 I need shares.
* 200 I need shares badly, but do not take the stock down.
* 300 Take the price down so I can load shares
* 400 Keep trading it sideways.
* 500 Gap the stock. This gap can be either up or down, depending on the direction of the 500 signal.
Remeber this is a theory put forth by a lot of penny stock traders. This is not a guaranteed trading method so please use common sense and purchase stocks only after researching your investment thoroughly."
No idea...I've never seen any definitive proof of these "codes"
so I can't say one way or another.
Usually...miniscule trades like that "paint the tape" at EOD.
When I see them as 1st and only trade of day (so far)...I don't
have a clue.
Could that have been a "Market Maker Code"? I mean who would buy 100 shares? The commission would be more than the shares are worth.
Wow...a $1.20 sale for 100 shares.
We're cookin' with gas now...lol.
"Don't have a clue what all this means..."
This is exactly right. All we can do is guess. We're kept in the dark and the longer that happens the lower the PPS. Just like the last time. I predict sub penny by next week. Then (and only then) will I average down.
I'm at a loss to explain why they would change the name of the company
if they weren't "close" to presenting it to the public...
but...my "close" and their "close" could be far apart.
This is the 13th trading day since the name change...and I believe the
pps is now approximately in the same range as when it was METP.
Don't have a clue what all this means...other than cheaper shares are
definitely available to those with patience. I didn't think they would be.
Oh well...I'm still at the same average pps I was from day one...and
prepared to be as patient...just scratching my head a bit more.
Me too. This will take time IMO. I'd love to add some subbies.
i hope your right. id love to buy some subpennies!
This will go sub penny just as before and trade sideways for months. JMHO. Plenty of time to pick up more cheapies. I hope I'm wrong.
Yes, I am holding some AEGP as well.
All the reverse merger stocks I've been into have taken a long time to deploy. I'm in DTEK that reverse merged 10 months ago and still no news from the new company (that has been the longest wait).
I think we may have to wait another month here, which could mean a good opportunity to add at these prices. I think it's very difficult this goes a lot lower than now, the market cap is already ridiculous for an epmty shell.
Well I guess if we don't get any news soon, we'll see subpenny (and lower) again and probably stay there. Kip needs to come out of his shell soon...
Yeah, and don't forget AEGP either. Kip's low float shells can pop big time out of the blue on rumor and then go back down and lie dormant again for many months. Even with a reverse merger nothing has really changed. METP or ITRM...what's the difference. I'm afraid this tight-lippedness may have a reason: Nothing to talk about?
You guys are probably aware of another Kip Eardley shell that has the same July filing date: PNHI. I just saw that when I was looking up all corps that Kip is a director of...in Nevada Corps. It looks to be in the same holding pattern as ITRM.
well.. we know theres a new company so its not just fluff... patience is how you win these... Who knows what step the name change was in the process. Maybe its the first step or last..
Any ideas why/what's taking them so long to complete all of this...
My point (other than venting a bit) was all that's really changed is the symbol. Other than that we know almost nothing. It's all just conjecture. I have a feeling it's time to go into long wait mode again...
I think that the merger has not been completed at all, otherwise we would have seen a change in director names.
Looks like one shell merged to create another shell? Where's the news?
Well, maybe it isn't related.
(Nevada only has the new Intermountain Ventures...ITRM)

Looks like we have an aerial image of ITRM's location at the following link. However, I am not sure if this is of ITRM's address or if it is not updated and refers to METP.

hmmmmmmmm... interesting indeed. thank you, trix.
If David Bradford is behind ITRM then that seems to be a very good thing. If one and the same then he is a pretty impressive guy. He has lots of knowledge about venture capital.

I am guessing this is all the same guy...ties to Utah.

agreed. still patiently waiting for press on this deal.
Sounds logical. One generally has "familiarity" with their own backyards.
Best DD on "who they are" I've seen yet...TY.
Intermountain Industries was a different company. Moreover Intermountain Technology Ventures is from Utah as well as Kip. I think that this is a very strong possibility (and a very good one too).
I believe that was Intermountain Industries...different company...

I had seen this myself.
I think someone contacted someone at this company (myabe last week) and was told they have nothing to do with and aren't in any way related to ITRM.
hmmm... i like the utah connection. could be. i'm quite content to wait for official word from kip. meanwhile if traders want to freak out and sell me a few more on the cheap i'll be happy to accumulate.
good luck to all....
Another possibility: the Intermountain Technology Ventures (a venture capital firm) in the funding industry sector; one of the principals (the managing director) is David Bradford. Here's some pictures from him: http://www.uita.org/events/gallery/breakfast0105.htm
David Bradford is a seasoned, high-tech executive with over 20 years of operational and legal experience in the computer industry. As Senior Vice-President and General Counsel of Novell, Inc. for over 14 years Mr. Bradford led Novell from start-up through a series of acquisitions, public offerings and business development activities which led to its place as a multi-billion dollar corporation. More recently, Mr. Bradford has engaged in a series of fund-raising and business development efforts for a variety of companies. He was one of the original investors in Found, Inc. Mr. Bradford’s involvement in the computer industry from the earliest days of the PC led to his being featured on the PBS Special “The History of the Internet.” He has also been a featured spokesman on CNN. His leadership in the field of protecting intellectual property rights gave rise to his being elected Chairman of the Business Software Alliance, the world’s leading trade association for business software companies such as Microsoft, Adobe, Lotus, IBM and Novell. Additionally, he was a founding Board member for the Utah Information Technologies Association (UITA) and the Intermountain Chapter of the American Corporate Counsel Association (ACCA).
In 2001, Mr. Bradford was appointed Chairman of the Advisory Board for Wasatch Ventures, one of the leading VC Funds in the Intermountain West. He also serves on the Board or Advisory Board for the following technology companies: Found, Inc., I-Link Telecommunications, Xlon Technologies, WOW Digital TV, Saffire Development, WebMiles, Pervasive Software, Global Trade Solutions/Readi-Cash, MyComputer.com, and ManyOne Networks. He was recently reappointed by the Governor of the State of Utah to serve as a Trustee of Utah Valley State College.
In 1997, Mr. Bradford was honored as the “Alumnus of the Year” for the J. Reuben Clark Law School of Brigham Young University. Mr. Bradford has a Law Degree from Brigham Young University, a Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, and a B.A. in Political Science from Brigham Young University.
I don't know how to contact Mr. Bradford for a confirmation, but at this point I feel this is a strong possibility, and a good one, too.
still no response from transfer agent... No one has kips email address?
ITRM has been downgraded to a 'C' and put in the 'after the gold rush' catagory on the popular seasonality stock report board. Growth could occur months from now. What gold rush? Was there a gold rush? Seemed more like a false start than a rush. I guess a one-day pop when many wouldn't or couldn't sell their newly-changed shares due to the flux was considered a gold rush.
Now we're back to the tight-lipped waiting game. Back to patient mode and a slow drift down, IMO. For the bold it's another buying opportunity.
