i heard that with the event of sunedison filing for protection that VSLR wouldn't be able to go to court until SUNEDISON came out of chapter 11 proceedings...even though VSLR is on a committee, that the proceedings have been adjorned until SUNEDISON exits chapter 11 at which point because Vivant initiated the some merger denial, besides SUNEDISON..
because of insider info or others to be named, VSLR will come under investigation for this...DOJ and SEC

Bingo. It's like pocketing themselves with money while paying premium for the rest 20% and take over $2.1 billion payments remaining from current customers. I see $12+ buyout.

80% is owned by blackstone and 15% other institutionals, even those 15% is sold away there is still huge 80% ownership by bstone.

My wild prediction is that the VSLR is bought out by bstone at some point.

Actually...that's the biggest of the problems here. At a 52-week low with an earnings miss, a doubling of operational costs, increasing cost of credit and a failed merger that would have reduced redundancies saving both companies money, you now have the owners of that 90% saying 'I'm done with this'...thus the continuing lows from the slow unwinding of those positions. Adding to that, the shorts who know all that I just said and those throwing in the towel.

It will stop, but like I said in the post that I was criticized for, from a chartist perspective, you need capitulation volume and from a market perspective, you need financials and updates that say 'the future is bright here'. Barring that, another potential take-over might help. As a short, that's the only news I'm concerned about at this time.

Forgot to add...I almost never play lower tier stocks anymore...so this and just about all the others I play will never have their pps influenced by anything I post. The markets will let you know how they feel these plays should be treated...so, knowing that, just tying to help folks make / not lose $$ by what I post. Take it or leave it.

Lastly, just so you know...those form 4's from today actually show the opposite of what you are suggesting is 'confidence' in their company. Tell me...what price did those execs obtain their shares at? How many shares did they purchase prior and cumulatively own now? Oh? Only the shares they were just given as per of their compensation package? Wonder what they will do as that 'compensation' continues to provide diminishing returns....and they have options for discounts?

Man...the worse is when the hope turns to blindness. My shirt is making money. How is your position doing? The info needed to determine how to trade this is sitting right there in front of you.

Lastly, where's Girlfriend? Still here? She never answered whether she was what I was seeing there at 2.60...and that is after a 25% haircut that took it to 2.60. Maybe she's still in her European vacation sipping coladas...def not off the money she's making here. All I can say.

Unfortunately, there's nothing to keep this going or to generate a reversal here yet. Company still needing credit to assist with projects, cost of credit has gone up for the company and operating costs have doubled when you look at comps. Very unfortunate.

Revenues are in line. Last quarter they beat the EPS by 50% and the market still consider negative. Media ruined this stock. It's a good company. They don't even have a lot of debt. Nominal payments remaining from customers are $2.1 billion so you do the math on how much the company really worth.
