New Out....
News for 'VVWT' - (Viva World Trade Announces Corporate Update)
PUERTO VALLARTA, Mexico, Aug 17, 2007 (PrimeNewswire via COMTEX) -- Viva World
Trade, Inc. (Pink Sheets:VVWT) and its Mexican subsidiary Canmex Imports (the
"Company", "Viva" or "Canmex"), an importer and distributor of premium alcoholic
and non-alcoholic beverages in Mexico, are pleased to provide this corporate
update to shareholders regarding its recent business developments.
The Company has closed the previously announced Funding Agreement (see VVWT
Press Release dated May 17, 2007). The first tranche of $250,000 of the equity
financing was completed with an accredited investor and original shareholder of
the Company. The balance of the proposed financing was not completed as
anticipated.
Viva and Canmex are now proceeding with their intention to advance the proposed
funding and development of the Local UNO Brewery. The brewery and bottling
facility will produce Viva's Local UNO brand premium craft-style beers for the
Mexican domestic market and international export.
Viva's unique Local UNO Beer formulations are produced through an exclusive
agreement with Kosako Brewery (Mexico) and are currently available only in keg
format. The construction of a dedicated Local UNO brewery and bottling facility
will position the Company to profit from the rapidly growing global demand for
Mexican brews.
World-wide demand for Mexican beer has never been higher. In the U.S., Mexican
beer leads all other imports by a wide-margin, accounting for over 35% of the
U.S. import market last year. Mexican beer has also seen its popularity and
demand grow across Europe and Asia.
Planning, engineering, and design of the facility have been completed and the
Company has received letters outlining favorable land and tax concessions from
both State and local governments. As designed, the Local UNO Brewery will have
the capacity to produce 3.5 million cases per year and cost approximately $14
million to construct (land and facility).
The Company is currently working with and seeking potential industry partners
and investors to secure full funding for construction of the facility prior to
project commencement.

Another month goes by without any PR's. Very disappointing after talking with T/A. He seemed very upbeat about the happenings with this company. He said they were busy with ongoing projects and didn't have time for any PR's right then. But come on, that was a month ago and the PPS has continued to slide. They don't seem to care about their shareholders and that's not a good sign. I'm really hoping for a revenue PR in the next few weeks, which will hopefully bounce this thing back to at least .20. I'm down big so just trying to salvage some of my losses. GL
Me either. I made my money trading the shares and still hold 20k shares but they're "freebies" so I'll sit and wait. Quite sad the way the situation ended.
I haven't traded VVWT for a while now. I was out at .13. The restriction was lifted through Atrade, but the stock never recovered. I filed a formal complaint on this issue, and received an explanation that suggested that there might have been fraudulent shares exchanging hands and the possibility of money laundering came up as well. Either way, that trade restriction completely destroyed any chance we had of making a go of this company. Now, they haven't even released press for a couple months. They're history. Don't know what happened, but this will be the last pinkie I throw money into. It's too bad. Even now, it sounds like a company that should be raking in revenue. They fooled alot of people.
btw...you're missing aapl in your pie, up 50% in 3mo...awesome!!
Oh yeah, you'll need some sbux to go with that pie...its a bottom buy @ 26 or better and hold for 36 - 38 late fall.
I missed the low 25's.
Just a little. It wasn't supposed to be but last minute ujoints for my truck delayed our departure. Still....having the cross country road trip with my 12 year old son was an experience to cherish.
I also have a 7 day a week biz but summer is our slow time and cell phones / laptops make it mobile as long as my employees are around to cover.
Still would like some $$$ ##s here and some positive (not pump) pr.
Certainly that takes some of the fun out of it.
I'm tied to a business 7 days a week, so for me it is a great respite just to get away from the office....even if its just business out of town.
This one has just been strangled into a tight channel for sometime now...tiresome for sure day after day.
Though dare I say, today really looked like an accumulation day of some larger share counts.
I'm of the mind that the makers have kept this stalled down here to keep working up shares to cover their short position?!
I posted some notes from my call to IR a week or so ago, Mach1 also talked to them. If you get a chance give Vince or Tom @ Viva a call....if nothing else to encourage a current events update PR from them.
I honestly wish it was all fun but the trip was under time constraints....
What a tragedy this stock is...I made money trading it but geez already I'd still like to see my core get up and go!
I'm a bit envious.....
The open road for me was actually 1 boat hauling to CA from NY, 1 boat from CA to MT, 1 Dog from CA to MO and 1 dog from Reno to OH. I did however have my laptop, GPS and 12 year old son along so it was somewhat enjoyable.
I must confess when given the time to enjoy one must certainly appreciate the geographic beauty of our country.... It was definitely quite a trip worth taking.
As I recall I think Adamp uses Atrade and indicated it was freely trading through them. Don't hold me to it though....been known to be wrong.
I do know Scottrade still has it restricted from my own trading....
Ah...the open road...sounds great, just me and my laptop...lol.
Hi all, last I knew the restriction from TDA was lifted? I have been on the road crossing the USA since 7/11 so I was really out of touch with the boards.
Yeah, that was my main purpose in calling Vince. I wanted him to make sure he understood that we needed something to jumpstart the PPS. They had many PR's in May and then they went silent on us. Hopefully this movement today is giving us signs of what is yet to come.
Todays' trading is the most positive in the last week or 2.
If we could only goad them to post a current events pr...it would be most encouraging to others following viva.
Yes, just like you said RGNOLL. Vince is very approachable and willing to help us out in any way. Although, he couldn't really give me a straight answer on when any PR's were coming. However, he did say that the company is working diligently on current business and we should see a PPS reflection based on what they are doing. WE hit .07 today on increased volume and T/A looking for reversals. Hope we see it bounce in a few days/weeks. GLTA
I am a buyer at these levels. Am up to 50K shares. This could EASILY pop to .10 cents (if not a lot more!) after sellers dry up.
GLTA
thanks for the effort and the concise and relevant update (not scattered at all). have a relatively small amount of shares with nothing else viable to do other than hold on. seems like the pps is way below what the co prs would suggest, and am surprised they do not seem more "interested", but nice to know that hope continues to reign, and that someone is minding the shop. gl.
laz
Sorry I was a bit scattered today...
Felt kinda like the elderly lady at the bingo hall working 20 Cards...lol.
I had sent Tom @ Viva an email impressing my concerns about brokers restricting (read controlling) trading and market value of their stock. I was pretty emphatic that they should be outraged that brokers were / are making the decision of whether investors / traders should have the opportunity to vest their monies. In theory and practice (if I might be so bold) the Brokers were impeding & controlling the value of their company.
I encouraged them to call both the Scottrade & Ameritrade main offices' and make their angst known to them, as well as file a complaint with the SEC.
When I talked to Vince last Friday (I think), I again expressed the above opinion and concerns. He asked if I would email him a copy of the email I had sent Tom, and said he would be sure to get it in front of Tom..."would get his eyes on it".
He had not been aware of the trade restrictions...
We talked for probably about 10 - 15 min, I found him very approachable and felt he was being forthright.
I found it encouraging that he had interest in what type of trader I was.
He gave me his direct email addres and phone # as well at close of the call, saying "call anytime"....
Share Counts:
From Viva, consistent of the 3 times I have called in say the last month. Current as of March 8th.
AS: 500m
OS: 99,675,000
Float: 48,550,000
From Transfer Agent (STC)
AS: Couldn't give it to me.
OS: 93m (approx)
Float: Couldn't give it to me.
Current as of July 2nd.
I would not be surprised and am hopeful to see some kind of "touching base" PR in the near term, I did my best to kick home the impact it would have on us weary investors.
I have a fairly large position, averaged at about 11c...I'm holding firm, not overextended but holding more than I had anticipated!!
I do believe that when the shorters let go, this thing will rise as fast (probably faster) than it fell...when ever that might be!
We could definately use more eyes on this one...hope you have it boardmarked. Gotta be on more than a few bottom buyers watch lists.
If you get a chance to call Vince or Tom @ Viva....do it, the more investors call and share their concerns, the more likely a PR sooner than later.
Good trading to all of us....
Well, that's as good as a PR in my books.. I was worried they weren't showing up to work anymore... thanks!
I talked to Vince (investor relations) late last week @ Viva.
# 214.461.3500 Tom or Vince have been readily availabe each time I have called. Share counts havn't changed.
I also have called the transfer agent a couple times in the last couple weeks (yesterday). Securities Transfer Corp. 469.633.0101.
Again, the OS is virtually unchanged @ 93m, current as of July 2nd.
Neal had just got back from working on deals in Mexico..sorry I don't have verbatim, nothing to exciting just business as usual.
Certainly they are rather disappointed with the market value, and Trade Restrictions by brokers. I did encourage Vince to forward my suggestion of a PR with some sort of news to encourage the disillusioned investors.
Vince said they were Not selling shares, he mentioned that their was probably another seller who he thought should be about done (sorry, can't remember who he suggested).
Current price is most certainly manipulated by the Makers working short positions.
Just a bit ago with NACI oddly taking charge of the low ask to either dump or try to sucker panic shares at a new low.
They way UBSS has been jumping up and down on the ask, and mirror trades, makes me believe they are trying to work up shares from the weary.
Nite has been holding steady in place this week.
Keep in mind that todays action is only about $10k worth of trading....easy / cheap enough sacrifice and manipulation by a fund or maker.
One has to think they will be full at some point in the near term.
Sorry...I'm typing thoughts quickly...eyes in too many directions.
Never enough screens...LOL.
I hope you're right. By all rights, we should have heard something from them last month when this thing was tanking. I hate it when pinkies clam up while it's share value drops to near nothing. It tells me I've been had. These guys need to release SOMETHING before this hits sub penny.
Picked up a bunch today. Expect news within 2-3 weeks.

Frustrating to say the least....We all know there was a pump and some of us made money as well as ended up holding the bag on a few shares. All I can say is sooner or later I think we'll get something....I just hope it's good.
WOW, L2 BIDS BELOW 5CENTS
I wonder what is happening with this stock. L2 Bid looks terrible with barely 3 bids up all under a nickel. It also troubles me that PK Sheets isn't quoting anymore claiming some information is missing from the company:
http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=vvwt
I was going to load up at 6cents, but I think I'll wait a little longer to see how this shakes out. Maybe we'll get some PRs and L2 bids will firm up. GL to U all.
TFW, any idea what's going on here? Any PR right now would see this thing back in the mid teens... the silence is frustrating.
willy
I traded out Friday for a quick 16%. Might re-enter @ .06 again though.
I am adding at these levels as well. We have bottomed and will rise very fast.
Close but I'm looking for .23! It's time for more pump!
<Will buy all I can at these prices and sell at .22..Things have been quiet on the the PR front...that is the time to buy...Not going to sell until we get some PR>
I agree, this does look tempting at these prices. This was a classic P&D IMO. It appears they paid that promotions outfit (Five Stars whatever) to hype the stock, and Five Stars trashed the price when they started dumping. I wonder if they are done with all their selling. Volume has tapered off but the stock has drifted down almost 50% (from $13) within the past week.
My question is what did Stockwire see in this stock to be so enthusiatic, only to watch it crater. They must have seen something of value here even for a profitable swing trading opportunity at a mimimum. That's the intriguing question. They are usually diligent and research their picks. I don't believe they are the usual P&D scam operation that collects shares for promotions only to dump on the market.
I may put in a 6cents bid in the next day or so for the heck of it. GL to all.
Will buy all I can at these prices and sell at .22
Things have been quiet on the the PR front...that is the time to buy...Not going to sell until we get some PR
GLTA
So does that mean you're a shareholder here?
Next PR Blitz?
Coming soon to a VVWT board near you.
Honestly the value of this stock is about .02 .03 way I see it so anything above that is a gift.
BANG
It happens....
Yikes, What is up with this stock. It caught my eye when I received a stockwire spam Email hyping it a few months back. Put it on my radar thinking it may be a P&D, and watched it drop from the 40cent range.
I was tempted in the mid teens but didn't like the L2 action. Now, Pink Sheets doesn't quote it anymore, and L2 is showing some weak bids at 6cents. I guess I'll wait to see if it bottoms before I take a bite. The business plan and product platform does sound promising.
My bad for posting, I saw all of the posts asking where are the shares coming from that were being dumped and this just seemed so suspicious, and when I saw this my first reaction was to let people know about this on this board. I checked Fidelity for BWY, but there is no insider info, so they must have their wires crossed. I tried looking at OTCBB and Pink Sheets, but there was no information, but that didn't confirm anything as far as I was concerned, because I don't necessarily have a lot of faith that they are updating on time.
Anyway, if someone hasn't done so yet, I will delete the post.
I"m guessing its a glitch with Fidelity, Scottrade doesn't show any insider activity (not that they are any authority..lol).
Nothing pulls up on pink sheets..
Will search some other sources of info...
It's an error. Next time check your data please. Those transactions are for BWY
Yes he did. Those transactions are for BWY.
Took it right off my Fidelity and included the ticker. I know it doesn't look right, but that is showing up.
Those transactions are showing up on Fidelity under Insider actions for VVWT.
It just seemed odd to me that this stock was being pumped a month ago, and was on its way up, then took a nose dive inspite of all the PR's about distributing in Mexico.
Don't know how options with excercise prices like this could show up, but it is there, and unless it is an error, it just seems extremely suspicious too me!
I think he has the wrong stock? I did just now check Pink Sheets for other info. In reports it shows that the quarterly report for 1st qtr was released on July 1st.
I tried to open but got an error message regarding not proper pdf.
I'm going searching for it otherwise....
Ya lost me on the insider transactions....This stock hasn't traded over $.60? What stock are those trades for?
I see that....curious if that was a long, short or cover position?
Ok Then...just traded 586214 UNDER the bid (bid .09) (trade .0828).
Nearly 1/2 the days volume thus far....
Over 4k / 8% left on the table..
I've a mind it is the first thought and thinking that the tide may be changing.
Certainly, they have made huge bank here shorting from .40+ down to here....
Agreed. They're either trying to grab cheap shares in a shake or killing this once and for all.
