No. 10k volume today doesn't look like dilution. We will see what happens when the lawsuits are settled. I am holding until then.
Has anyone heard they are selling shares at .01 to raise capital, big dilution?
care to explain where you heard this?
Leftcoaster, good question and I see if all the time in lightly traded stocks. One I hold for instance had a trade this AM that equivalated to 90 cents only to bring the pps down some 45%. Many times I truly believe it is just someone trying to show a large gain/loss to hopefully entice others.
VTMS will see some movement at some point. What we are waiting on is the conclusions of the lawsuits that were filed after the BK was dismissed. That day will come and could spike this upward.
Can someone explain to me...
Why someone (or two) would make two trades for a total of 900 shares on a stock valued at 1 cent? I don't even understand why someone would do it with free trades.
I don't which one is worst this board or this stock.
I need this to close around .07 atleast ,
Looking great on the chart alert last night now.
Roller coaster!
i dunno? but damn i wish i could have got some of those .0075s!
what was that! some one is trying to make this thing tank.
Nice move on up here today.
Certainly seems somebody knows something. I sure hope so.
wow, something might be brewing here??
Moving up fast now: .0155 x .018
somebody been loading on some cheapies all morning.
Definitely a nice uptick in the volume after many days. Interesting......
Interesting day today.
Decent volume day today and a nice little gain. This is going to take some time here til the Court Suits get figured out but in the end things very well may work out to our favor. Patience though.
some nice weekend reading about jehu hand...
...and a few of his associates...

Correct getmoney214. With the LOW Float it does not take a whole lot to move VTMS. Hopefully in the short term we can get some updates on the suits and hopefully see a resolution to them so we can move forward.
All it takes is someone to invest some real cash.
Getting a little bit of action today...

FINRA Warns Investors of Nutraceutical Stock Scams
Nutraceutical Stock Scams--Don't Supplement Your Portfolio With These Companies

Wyoming is under staffed for sure on there corporate program and most are able to issue shares.
Long term this stock is doing well I believe and will continue.
I am looking at this year now as funding comes available to go toward new ideas.
As I was chatting with some one today we were talking about were the funds have been going as of late.
Funding i believe the last two years has gone to companies with growth potential already and not as risky start up products like here.
Now with more funds coming out of people becoming liquid more I believe food and other stable products will see more funding ahead.
Funding for any new ideas the last five years has been real tight and that is no exception here.
The great part about here is they have fought off a challenge now in court from the unscrupulous funds and are on the verge of getting funding.
I see this same funding flow happening in other food related and retail products starting now.
With the influx of cash soon possible on the legal case they should be able to secure funding this year.
Now also it does take stock for any company to start and that is how we are here chatting today.
To date I have not seen any shares the last couple of years added frivolously but rather as timed business decisions.
Take the time in a long term to look back at the very least two years on the quarterlies as well as read the other filings.
Venture capital is starting too flow and food or retail products make sense to me as lower risk then other companies.
Dave
Weekly chart is holding well here now and some opportunity for low buys still ahead.
search for companies that do business in Wyoming and back check , I could be wrong
this company does not file , so it is hard to be a longer term holder of any stock that does not report .... just trade them
then I am misinformed.
no thats not correct
that is the case with every stock registered in that state I believe.
$VTMS .014 another nice alert for us 4 weeks back has a sustaining plus 70 on the mfi as well on the weekly chart , the only thing that makes not a longer term swing is the fact they show unlimited common shares can be issued ,,,see details below

Agreed and we all know how quickly it moves with volume. More good days ahead! An awesome weekend to all and be safe!
Nice to see some positive action starting up again.
Have a great weekend, all!
Lets hope. One thing is for sure and that is that it does not take much volume at all to move this up as we saw a few weeks ago and again today.
Hopefully it holds up, and we get some news over the weekend.
CiB28, not bad at all for a Friday afternoon!!!
hopefully soon, but i am liking this little bit of action before the holiday weekend. L2 is super thin.
When are we going to get some more news?
Yep, i want to see some big things happen here too.
My understanding is the vitamins do not affect the food taste. Nice way to get the stuff your body needs and not worrying about forgetting to take those supplements.
No, but I believe getting some of their legal problems behind them will let them move forward with their business plan.
So will you wait 5 years?

Spices taste good...vitamins don't...
Can you imagine a tasty bowl of vitaminy red beans and rice?
How about a nice spicy bowl of red beans and rice?
know what I mean, vern?
It is a great idea. Spices with vitamins in them. I trust they will come up with the money. I remain long on this one.
With what money are they going to produce and fulfill product? Did they lose the contracts tehy had by never fullfilling them?
DOLLARLAND, you are very correct. With the right News we can see the pps move very fast with the low OS. We saw the PR of the lawsuit that was filed recently along with the PR from the Company refuting it. Hopefully we will see in the short term here a dismissal of it by the Courts with no validity being that the BK was dismissed. Keep the faith as all is not lost here with VTMS at all and with the right news we cold see a sharp rise IMO. Hang in there!
It takes time and more important to me now is to see them start working on the filings here.
From there it will help and then they can move the product too market.
I will add more info on the monthly update June 1st now as we do on the wave.
Sorry the work days are long right now that I cna not post every day but still watching and feel this is stabilized nicley in price.
Follow the great research of Dollar here as I know how sharp he is.
Have any questions please pm and we both will help.

WAYNE, Pa., April 25, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- VitaminSpice, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: VTMS) announces that the Federal Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania has dismissed the involuntary bankruptcy petition that was filed against the company by its former attorney Jehu Hand, Ray Suprenard (IBT Florida), Jeremiah Hand, John Robison (Orange, California), and Esthetics World.
The Honorable Court further ordered that a Hearing be held regarding attorneys fees and damages. Furthermore, the Court Ordered that a Hearing be scheduled to hear VitaminSpice's "Bad Faith" Motion regarding the Filing of the petition. The Motions filed before this court included explicit documents provided to the court that demonstrated forgeries by petitioners, specifically Jehu Hand. One of the most outrageous documents that VitaminSpice provided is a back dated and notarized (by Jehu Hand's assistant, Kimberly Peterson) that was submitted to the offices of The United States Federal Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania's District Court Judge, Michael Baylson.
During the proceedings, petitioner John Robison admitted to providing investment funds via Kevin Lee Woodbridge, a convicted felon on securities violations. According to the SEC website, Woodbridge was banned for life from working with any public company in addition to Woodbridge's incarceration.
The Court will schedule a separate hearing to allow the parties to augment the present record with regard to the issue of whether VitaminSpice is entitled to fees and costs pursuant to 11 U.S.C. section 303(i). At that time, the Court will consider the issue of bad faith as it relates to VitaminSpice's section 303(i) requests, stated the Judge Madeline D. Coleman in documents issued by the court. VitaminSpice, by and through its attorneys will be submitting actual, compensatory, and punitive damage claims against all parties that filed the involuntary petition.
