Where are you seeing this info? The only PR I can find is for the Q10. Thanks.
Same and Doc it's the ultra sonic atomizer VitaCig + Vapolution 3.0. The ultrasonic atomizer is basically a "mod" to produce "clouds" it's a great idea really goes hand in hand with producing a ton of vapor as it contains no nicotine, should abuse it and it's about time they did :)
according to the PR we should have a couple new products soon. I wonder if it will be new VCIG flavors or something with a bang like the launch of liqCig
I'd like to see more posting on this board for the VCIG products rather than over on the MCIG board.
hopefully the SEC will provide some sort of guidance on the remaining 7 comments on the S-1, if not our lawyers should ask for guidance
going from 9 comments down to 7 comments seems like the lawyers would get the S-1 defiled and approved this time.
hopefully our lawyers will get the S-1 filed soon!
No doubt GV, i'll be around for awhile.
Our next deal will be getting placed in more stores. Lets all keep telling people about these great Vitacigs. They are always a great conversation starter.
Long and Strong
Where did you hear this? As far as I know, no he is not.
Is it true Justin Bieber is to be the next Vcig Ambassodor?
mCig, Inc. Responds to Vaporization Critics
BELLEVUE, Wash., Aug. 28, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- mCig, Inc. (OTCQB:MCIG) would like to formally respond to the recent increase in media attention and criticism towards vaporization broadly and our company specifically. The goal is to provide our customers and shareholders with our own view on the benefits of this exciting new technology for harm-reduction as well as provide guidance on additional applications in the future.
As our market leading product VitaCig continues to gain in both adoption and recognition, we are seeing a significant amount of media attention. The closer we are to achieving main-stream adoption, the more likely we are to receive this type of attention. At mCig, Inc., we welcome all media attention even if it may come across as sensational or biased. In the end, we believe that those who try VitaCig and decide to re-order it at a 25% rate do so because it has made a positive impact on their lives. Our business exists today not out of the novelty value of our products, but the utility value they provide in harm-reduction.
There is a powerful global conversation on the merits of vaporization. We use this term because the first mistake inherent in most of these conversations is using the term "electronic-cigarette" or "eCig". As far as an industry is concerned, categorizing it as such makes a tremendous amount of sense as the industry is targeting the disruption of the traditional cigarette business and its nearly $1 trillion in annualized revenue. Technologically, the term is not appropriate. Vaporization is appropriate because the only thing occurring when a user inhales an "eCig" is the rapid creation of steam (vapor) from a liquid utilizing an isolated energy source. There is practically no comparison to traditional combustion-based inhalation of carcinogens, tar, and toxins.
We start with this point for a reason. The traditional anti-smoking lobby is vast, well organized, powerful, and for good reason. They are supported by a global community that is fed up with unnecessary deaths and rising healthcare resources that could be better allocated. And they are fed up with traditional smokers that refuse to assume responsibility over their health. Where we must digress is when this lobby concentrates its power criticizing and grouping an innovative technology launched precisely to assist in harm-reduction. This alarming trend has been recently growing and has resulted in several misinformed media items in print and online.
Let us start with our own line of products: mCig, Vapolution, and VitaCig:
The mCig revolutionizes traditional cannabis consumption by providing a vaporization experience on the go. When using the device with the glass-inserts, users are able to significantly reduce the amount of harmful toxins they inhale when compared to combustion. That is why the mCig has become one of the leading mobile vaporizers in the world in less than 6 months on the market.
Vapolution is a classic home-based vaporizer that has literally pioneered glass-on-glass technology having an invaluable effect on the lives of thousands of cannabis patients medicating due to serious illness or hard-to-treat diseases.
VitaCig is our most famous brand and the one that has been getting the most attention. Our goal with VitaCig has been to create a brand within the mobile vaporization space that not only disrupted the traditional smoking industry but the traditional nicotine-based vaporization industry! We thought it would make a lot more sense if folks were given the opportunity to quit the consumption of nicotine entirely. Moreover, we built this brand with the potential for adoption and technological improvement.
Today the VitaCig delivers a water-soluble liquid that is mixed with vitamins and phytonutrients. It does so utilizing traditional vaporization technology (heated liquid becomes vapor when inhaled). The VitaCig is clearly achieving harm-reduction by providing traditional cigarette smokers with a life-changing improvement towards a device that reduces their nicotine dependence entirely while satisfying the hand-to-mouth urge. We are extremely disappointed that recent reports have chosen to omit this important attribute. Alas, debating the vitamin efficacy should be subordinate to the debate of harm-reduction. Why? Because scientific evidence overwhelmingly suggests that vitamin ingestion in general may provide zero nutritional or health value. Regardless, billions of people world-wide take multi-vitamins each day and genuinely feel better when doing so. Millions of people each day take AirBorne® before flying or Borocca® when feeling down. The same science suggests that these products should not be providing any medicinal or nutritional efficacy.
With that said, before any media reports or critiques, our research and development team was already working on a new technology that would look and feel like a traditional eCig but deliver mist as opposed to vapor, solving the ingestion vs. inhalation dilemma (to those of our customers that may have such dilemma).
We will be introducing this new product to increase the health benefits associated with VitaCig. The VitaCig Ultrasonic Atomizer will measure the size of a cigar and produce a mist that easily settles in the lungs, similarly to a medical inhaler. The VitaCig Ultrasonic Atomizer will also use essential oils to deliver nutrients to the user. Essential oils are well known for their health benefits and do not lose their effectiveness when vaporized. They are also from a key part of aromatherapy, which uses oils and plant materials to improve the user's overall mood and physical well-being. Advantages of vaporizing essential oils include aiding and soothing respiratory and throat problems, as well as reducing fatigue, tension, and anxiety. The VitaCig Ultrasonic Atomizer will come with options for additional liquids, which will have supplementary benefits including relaxation and refreshment.
In closing, the company asks its shareholders and customers to investigate the history of other disruptive products such as Redbull® or Monster Energy Drink®. Nearly every disruptive category or brand is heavily criticized at first by the incumbent lobby. Over time, the utility of the brand and personal impact it has on the lives of the global consumer decide its fate. Management remains committed to building all our brands and innovating in each category where we compete. We have chosen a quote by Mahatma Gandi that perfectly embodies our personal feelings on the matter:
"First they ignore you, then they ridicule you, then they fight you, and then you win."
About mCig, Inc.
mCig, Inc. (OTCQB:MCIG) is a technology company focused on two long-term secular trends sweeping the globe: (1) The decriminalization and legalization of marijuana for medicinal or recreational purposes (2) The adoption of electronic vaporizing cigarettes (commonly known as "eCigs") by the world's 1.2 Billion smokers. The company manufactures and retails the mCig – the world's most affordable vaporizer priced at only $10. Designed in the USA – the mCig provides a superior smoking experience by heating plant material, waxes, and oils delivering a smoother inhalation experience. The company also owns Vapolution, Inc. which manufactures and retails home-use vaporizers such as the Vapolution 2.0. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, VitaCig, Inc. the company manufactures and retails the VitaCig, a $5 nicotine-free eCig that delivers a water-vapor mixed with vitamins and natural flavors. See more at: http://www.mCig.org, www.Vapolution.com, and www.VitaCig.org
The company believes that a well regulated marijuana industry is emerging as more states follow the lead of Washington and Colorado in legalizing marijuana. A similar trend is developing within the eCig industry following the first acquisition of an electronic cigarette brand (Blucigs) by a traditional tobacco company Lorillard Inc. for $135 million followed by another acquisition in February 2014 by Altria Group Inc. of Green Smoke for $150 million. Wells Fargo analyst Bonnie Herzog estimates that eCig sales may rise from $1 Billion in 2013 to $10 billion over the next three years.
mCig, Inc. (OTCQB:MCIG) has positioned itself as a first mover at the intersection of these two trends and hopes to create shareholder value by making the mCig one of the leading choices for electronic consumption of plant material. - See more at: http://www.mcig.org/investors/investor-opportunity-subpage/

Also from the MCIG board...
If MCIG is working with the SEC to co-ordinate the final comments and effective date as someone else suggested, here's my ideal scenario...
1.)The S-1A is submitted (ideally within the next week) and we either see it posted or there's an announcment from MCIG.
2.)Shortly afterwards, perhaps the same day, the SEC issues the effective statement.
3.) MCIG immediately issues a press release to that effect and announces the payable date will be mm/dd/yy (ideally Wednesday September 17 or 15 days later if they think they will need to file their 10-Q financials late - thus timing the payable date to right after people see their first full quarter revenue from VCIG).
4.) Within a few days, they also announce that trading will start on the OTC market on the payable date.
5.) Everyone has to hold their MCIG shares in order to get the VCIG dividend (or sell them and buy them back before the payable date - however this would likely result in a wash sale with no tax write-off if less than 30 days).
6.) The 10-Q is published around mid September. People will see the first full quarter of VCIG sales. Assuming the numbers are good, this will spike the pps for MCIG. No one will want to sell or short at this time.
7.) We receive our VCIG shares and trading starts on the OTC. We can now sell MCIG but the hype around the 10-Q will immediately drive up the price of VCIG and the MCIG pps will rise with it (since they will still own 49% of VCIG stock). Most of us will not be able to sell our VCIG dividend for several days while our brokers sort out who's entitled to them and post them to our account but we will be able to buy VCIG shares from the MM's who will have some shares to trade.
8.) The VCIG pps will spike for a few days with a lot of demand and limited supply. Once we retail investors finally get to sell our shares a few days later the price may come down some and stabilize. However, I think if anyone manages to buy VCIG below $.05/share they will be lucky. JMO
Now the dates I've mentioned are speculation but the process/sequence should be about right.
In case anyone missed this on the MCIG site, here's a reprint. It seems our previous assumptions about the ex-dividend date (based on the record date being the day after the SEC effective statement according to the S-1) were mistaken. It now appears that the following applies...
I've found some more info on the FINRA site...
Methods for Determining Ex-Dividend Dates
Dividends Or Distributions 25 Percent Or Greater Than Security Value
The second method, under subparagraph (b)(2) of Rule 11140, provides that for dividends or distributions that are 25 percent or greater of the value of the subject security, the ex-date shall be the first business day following the payable date. For example, if an issuer has announced August 10 as the record date and August 31 as the payable date, then the ex-date will be September 1, the first business day after the payable date. In this example, September 1 is the day on or after which a buyer would purchase the security without the dividend and, therefore, the day on which the price of the stock is adjusted downward. In this example, a seller of the security on August 15, even though the holder of record to receive the dividend, would have to relinquish the dividend to the buyer. Indeed, because the value of the security on August 15 has not yet been adjusted downward to reflect the dividend distribution, the seller in this example would be unjustly enriched by keeping the dividend. The seller would have received the value of the dividend twice: first, as fully reflected in the unadjusted price of the stock on August 15; and secondly, as subsequently paid by the company to record date holders.
This Notice reminds member firms and their associated persons that ex-dates are determined differently, depending on the size of the distribution.
if not we'll still own vcig via our ownership in mcig

done! lol...
Got those spinoff shares yet? Most likely Never will but hang in there anyway
thanx for the info ...board mark for u ! ...hit me back.
Right now, the only way to invest in VCIG is by buying MCIG stock. MCIG owns VCIG but they are in the process of granting a 1 for 1 VCIG stock dividend. In other words, VCIG will become a separate company and as soon as the SEC approves the split, MCIG will distribute one share of VCIG stock for every share of MCIG that you own. MCIG will keep 49% of the shares and the rest will go to MCIG shareholders. Once this distribution takes place, VCIG will start trading on the OTC market.
There's more dividend information on the MCIG board. and the sticky notes at the top of this board and MCIG's.
It appears from info that I recently uncovered in my research that you will be able to get the dividend so long as you purchase your MCIG shares before the VCIG shares are distributed to shareholders. Nevertheless, watch for the SEC announcement.
hello 12...can u tell me how to invest in VCIG..? thanx
hello Ac , how can I invest in vcig? ...thanks in advance
thanx for the heads up
You assume a lot with this statement. Do you think most investors only own one stock?
Are you Mongolian?
Is Paul Japanese?
Yes, I asked him. He said yes.
I wish I could short vitacig
Too bad it will never trade...
Has anybody asked Mark if he has ever met Paul?
I think this guy Paul does all his work over the phone...

Vita-cig is already massive!!! I want to see more guerrilla marketing on Vita-cig. Like placing Vita-cig logos on door handles. I am ready to make my investment with Vita-cig!! Going to buy more Vita-cigs because my demand for Vita-cigs is up to 80%. I explained they can be ordered online. I know I could make money but i want the company to make money and us shareholders to become millionaires. My sacrifice expanding vita-cigs in California with my time is money in the bank for M-cig and shareholders who will be holders of vita-cigs shares! FYI buy the yellow, gold, and white vita-cigs and you will attract more ladies than the women's restroom at any restaurant/bar:)
What I do know is that they keep selling and growing. I don't care where or how they sell as long as they keep selling and growing. Meanwhile I keep acumilating. I feel very confident about this company. No debt, 4 great celebrities that love this product and more stores are ordering these products. When people see these products they want them and they buy them.Sales are now coming in from everywhere. From online, from trucks and from stores and even people are reseling them. Shareholders are turning into reselers and distributors. Everyday Mcig and Vcig are bringing in tons of cash. There gonna need a bigger safe for all the cash that they are bringing in.
Long, Strong and buying more shares.
Some cool info that you can share.
Yeahmeeks good job on selling 40 of them. You are a go getter! I have gone to a few shops and just told them and showed them the product.I would write down the websites for them so that they could look into it.I just tell them I'm a shareholder and tell them a little about the products and that they to can become share holders specially at these great prices. I intend to go back and this time give them a few samples. I have been a bit busy so I haven't had time to become a distributor. However I might become interested in becoming a distributor later on.
Mcig has contact information and a program so that you can also distribute them. Longsurvivor posted the following in the Mcig blog perhaps it can help.

Grorate25. Nice to see your interest in selling Mcig products.
A few weeks ago I was in contact with Matthew Neifert with VitaCig
I order 60 of the 2 new flavors along with 2 display racks. He was very helpful. His phone number is 570-225-8376.
Hope this helps.
Still long and strong
Thank you!!! How do I get these Vita-cigs in Orange County, CA. Every circle K, E-cig shop, smoke shop in my town would want one. I don't work for M-cig so I don't want to seem stupid asking a shop to buy this product. I would enjoy being an outside sales rep for this company. Should I print out the vita-cig online buying page and distribute it because I am 100% sure Vita-cig would be a massive success. I have sold 40 of them myself in bars!!!! Any thoughts?
Perhaps they're saving some PR ammo for when the effective statement comes out. I'm not worried.
They started a mysterious 20 store c-store trial in a southern state... Why no updates?
They announced plans to move to an East coast location... Why no updates?
I love how this company just plows ahead and nobody asks any questions about all the things they stated they would do...
In March, they announced a 100-200 c-store trial of the mcig 2.0... What happened?

Chill out man! Puff on a relax for a while. Nothing fishy here. MCIG is a small company operating on a shoe string with no debt. It takes a large investment in inventory and marketing to launch a full scale retail program. If you get it wrong you could be stuck with a large debt on your next 10-Q which could be counterproductive. Paul's been making all of the right moves so far. When the timing's right I'm sure we'll see a big retail launch. In the meantime, he's building up demand , a customer base and brand recognition, guaranteeing that when the retail push comes it will be a big success.
Lack of vitacig retail distribution is fishy
Say what you want about other warning signs, but at what date do you start having doubts about the long-term legitimacy of this company?
How long will you give for them to sell vitacigs in retail stores in a meaningful fashion, I.e. Several hundred stores?
October 2014?
December 2014?
March 2015?
July 2015?
At what point would you say, "Something is fishy here!"
You will get them relax. Are you a day trader? I'm in no rush. I'm holding for a long time. Your gona be so happy when you get them. Just waiting on the sec. They always take a long time but we are alot closer now.
Cheers
Oh, she is such a shining example of MORALITY! LOL
Vapor Waves Welcome to the family. Vapor waves is a new company carying the Vitacig.

Almost 1000k likes on FB page. I am ready to buy millions of vita-cig shares. I am just going to wait.
I cant wait for that day. I will buy as many shares as I can. I'm going all in with this one and will make it my largest holding.
Cheers to all.
Senior, I´d say it depends on demand and on how many will sell their (free) shares during this episode.
I guess 0.10 - 0.20 after the first week of trading if they start at 0.05.
But who knows what else happens untill they are tradeable....
good luck

Northwest 12: I agree. I firmly believe that if VCIG shares on day one are at $0.01 to $0.05 that this pps will not stay at that price for long and the pps will increase! I am unable to quantify or qualify my opinion on the pps other than to say I've heard several people state that their opinion is that VCIG pps is going to do better than MCIG pps and even though they will get a significant number of VCIG shares via the Dividend they intend to purchase more VCIG shares on the open as soon as the shares are available to trade. I expect that the MM/Brokerage Firms that hold MCIG shares will have their VCIG shares available for trading before us individual investors have our VCIG shares in our accounts and available for trading. Therefore for the first 2 to 29 days after the Dividend I believe that all or most of the shares traded with be shares put on the market for sale by the MM/Brokerage firms. I can't even venture a guess at what the VCIG pps will be on days 2 to 30 after the Dividend. Sincerely, Senior Chief
0.05 vitacig shareprice will bring 12.250.000$ to the mcig balance sheet.
Guess, it won´t stay at 0.05 at all.
Take out the vitacig revenues,
take out the CNBC revenues,
what else do you want to take away from mcig´s revenues to make it look bad?
(But a company with an accumulated deficit of 24.3m is worth an invest?)
LMAO

bla, bla, bla.
Nothing will be cancelled.
Go, explain your followers why T... continues to tank.
From the annual report released today...
2014 MCIG Annual Report
Even though mCig, Inc. ownership of VitaCig, Inc. will be reduced to 49% from the current 100% (the 51% difference
represents what is being distributed to shareholders) this figure is less important following the IPO. The figure we believe
shareholders should focus on will be the share count multiplied by the price VitaCig, Inc. shares will achieve in secondary
trading. mCig’s 49% will translate into roughly 245,000,000 shares of VitaCig, Inc. At a share price of just $.05 cents, that
will translate into a gain of $12,250,000 to mCig, Inc. and will be reflected on our balance sheet in future quarters and
annual reports. At $.50 cents, the VitaCig, Inc. stake would be worth more than the current common-stock market
capitalization of mCig, Inc. These shares also provide mCig, Inc. with a dilution-free mechanism for financing, allowing us
to monetize these shares from periodically to grow our base of capital and expand into new opportunities.
We look forward to completing the VitaCig, Inc. Spin-Off and IPO process and by this time next year updating our
shareholders through two separate annual reports, for each respective company.
