I covered some of my short position from $8 at close yesterday.

Took another 2k short position this morning @ $7.30.

It has now hit the $7.40-$7.50 3x including yesterday and can't break it.

So all in all I have 5K short here.

I might sweat a bit if it breaks $7.50. Otherwise i'm not really paying attention to the spikes......pretty confident where this is going on fluff news and outrageous price targets.

If people aren't familar with them, look at the trades on ZYNE. This was up every day this week in PM over 10% and finished each day red after the big pop.

Classic example on big pop plays on fluff news.

Yup. The break past 7's was that 'gap and trap' IMO. They took it back down near the LOD heading into the close. I've learned this 'unfair game' quite well. A long position just ain't what it used to be. Shorts see gains like today as 'easy money' so why fight them?

Funny thing with these analysts...they always call a downgrade AFTER the stocks already tanked and call for an upgrade on news so they can get out of plays releasing filings like this one did. What exactly was in that filing that warranted an upgrade? Aren't those positing results Phase II results?

I rarely short. However given that the stock was beat down for good reason (see filings) a couple weeks ago and then today they put out 'fluff' news, it was a no-brainer to short here @ $8.
