I sustained a $19,400 loss on this under the previous configuration. It was the "perfect" stock. I was fairly green at the time and knew little about charting. It's all up to you guys if you think there is a chance here. I'm not posting this to trash PGCX, and believe it or not, there are people who genuinely care about others, though be it strangers. Would you hesitate to save a person that fell thru the ice and was a perfect stranger? You guys have been warned so have at it..........

The info about owners of the company is old and outdated (belong to the past) and I think $ PGCX is being reorganized

Do you suppose that the December new news comes and new CEO new business area and then the company looks completely different again and is definitely very interesting again

The actual float is at least double what is noted and more likely quadruple. Toward the end of the last regime, there was so much manipulation that occurred and nobody was ever quite sure of what it eventually settled at. Even quadrupled at what it says, it's still a very attractive float, granted.

Also I noticed their email address is the same as it's always been,phone number "appears" to be the same as it's always been, (I could be mistaken on this but think not) lists Terry Tyree as president, who hasn't held the position in several years. When updating profile a few important elements appear to have been "overlooked".

Sorry but afraid there is plenty to legitimize. Regarding the SS the float is far from accurate. I'm not here to slam this by any means. I was a large shareholder and lost alot of money within the parameters of the "old" company. All I'm here for his to try to keep people aware and on guard and to exercise caution. Everything positive being said here could very well be the truth but it seems an awful lot has supposedly transpired in such a short period of time.

SS remains the same as of 2 days ago so its not dilution P&D. Why are they hiding behind the bush and not announcing the acquisition company unless finishing up legal stuff prior to announcement hmmmmm.

Lol there is nothing here to legitimize or legalize here. This is a shell with no crooks behind it. Anyone can grab it and easy way to go public trading. Good thing here is SS is very reasonable.

Read Kyallen's post. He and I both got caught in this scam a couple years ago. We're both trying to warn you so please pay attention. PGCX officers Norman Birmingham and Mario Farone were charged by the SEC.

Excellent detective work kyallen!! Unfortunately it came too late for many but may avert any further innocent, unwitting investor damage. A very similar scenario to that which caught the two of us and many more in a horrible, well orchestrated scam. Honest to God guys, this is not what it appears to be and you're only going to lose big on this one.
