Unfortunately this time it looks even worse. Weaker attempt. just look at the twitter account, there is a 1 after the name because the original twitter handle virtualedlink (without the 1) was banned a year or so ago.

The reason the CE is there is b/c the ticker was hijacked, it went fully current and then was reported to OTC markets about the fraud.

That CE designation is typically when filings are not up to date which is the case here. The Co has been tweeting out late last week along with Mon that they have submitted their updated website to OTC Markets and waiting on it to be uploaded.
