Intrigue me on what type of assets you think a Co needs to set up a virtual learning platform other than computer hardware/servers etc? Do you think we need some tools? Maybe a Cement Truck? How about a Big Red Barn? Do you even know what "Virtual Learning" is and what it entails? Not a whole lot of material things I can tell you that.

Firstly, there is a huge difference between "Issued" shares and "Outstanding" shares. The ran 550% on just 52 million volume Thur. I can assure you no ticker makes that type of move if there were 4 billion shares "Outstanding".

As to the website, it was submitted to OTC yesterday for review and should be uploaded onto their OTC page at any time. If I see it before you; I will surely let you know the link/site.

That designation is just what OTC gives a Co that hasn't filed documents/annual reports for a period of time. A Co can be fully functional and operational and have that designation.
