following a couple of other OTC tickets one had a ton of fillings and attorney letter on 4/30 and it went pink yesterday.... $WLAN was the one I followed. I don’t own it, but it popped up of the corporate actions report on OTC that I was looking at.

I think its best for everyone to have a balanced view of $VXIT, both the scammy pump-side of the coin, and the truth.

$VXIT I pointed out in my post your replying to that the last Attorney Letter that was filed by S O N F I E L D & S O N F I E L D had the exact paragraph in its Attorney Letter. That obviously was Ok with OTC Markets Shell Status requirements as that is in every Attorney Letter that is filed for all Companies without audited financial statements.

For companies without audited financial statements, an Attorney Letter Agreement must be on file with OTC Markets Group to qualify for Current Information

We’ve discussed this several times.

$VXIT meets every definition of a shell. The issue is its an SEC definition & $VXIT ain’t SEC reporting, so OTCM invented their own label of ‘shell risk’.

It’s the same thing of course, and all filings since JK took over (including the latest filings) continue to make it clear that $VXIT’s a non-operational shell.

No big deal - it was the same when it ran previously.

For some reason the same ol’ pumper fools insist there’s something real here when there isn’t.

They’d be smarter to just post intelligent arguments describing how ANY OTC SCAM can run, & many do.

But to insist for the last 3 years that $VXIT is “operational” and/ or actually worth anything is silly.
