Maybe things are getting put in place, better do it before the election. Things are going to be very different come November.

I've realized this for a long long time, just figured others did as well.

In the financials there are stock shares given to a Scott Gibson, which is SAG Equities. It appears they do media marketing, which is who I believe Solar and the Stocktwit guy(s) were. I assume that they weren't able to accomplish the goal(s), so they either packed it in or were sent packing.

What happened to all of the "Pretty" futuristic pictures we were getting?

All Viper Networks needs to get this going, is to be honest, and forthright regarding the real product(s) and existing deals implemented. Hiding in the "Biden" basement has shown nothing but a lack of integrity of the CEO/Management.

Once he starts leveling with the public - things will get moving, not until though (some revenue and (long shot here - PROFIT) will do wonders.

VPER has no software. They are just reselling different components. Municipalities can't "make" money on the services, but if there was revenue generated from advertising, for example, that money could just be put back into the budget and accounted for. They won't have to worry about that with VPER since it's more than likely nothing will ever happen. $5 million may have been allocated to Palos Hills and the Village of Justice, but that was definitely not earmarked for VPER and it's definitely not just sitting in a city/municipality account. They may be able to draw on that amount for approved projects, but it's not just in a city bank account.
Answers? Really? What, next week? And no trips ever, I'm guessing?

I was informed over (2) years ago that $5 mil came into Palos Hills from BBB and they were putting it in an account that week; so basically they've been sitting on it. I assumed that the same goes for Town of Justice. He commented that it was all being worked on by the lawyers now. I don't think Farid (Biden) Shouekani knew what he was getting into. Should have sold the software to a legit company and taken royalties. Municipalities are not allowed to make money off their services, which he wanted to share the proceeds with them, not sure how he thought he could work around that.

Should have some answers soon, been a total let down so far...

Nobody is going to waste the time or money to sue them. They should have done a little more due diligence prior to signing anything, but also, there is no real money on the line here. The only existing agreements amount to a pilot project. No guarantees with that, so nothing to really to sue over. Cities will have learned their lessons and constituents will have learned a lot about the people they put in office.
I for one am shocked that nothing has happened in Sri Lanka or 21 cities or Saudi Arabia. I really thought it was a sure thing! Little to no Q2 revenue and they can claim delays on payment or implementation for Q3 and that kicks the earnings can to March. If they actually did deliver products to Sri Lanka as claimed, they could show revenue for that, but they also said that now they are waiting on poles to put the lights on, so I wouldn't hold my breath if I was a shareholder.

Deadline fast approaching for first delivery of 21 Smart Cities. Almost 2 months since delivery of LED lights to Sri Lanka and 10 months since my favorite "immediate" project. Will we finally hear something good now? If not, I fear Farid and company may be sued by municipalities. Then again, if Viper actually delivers, stock may finally not only rise but skyrocket. I am now also getting a white screen just like I received when I was tracking my delivery on usps.com. I don't know if this is an internet problem(don't see the post office as being unsound) or Viper is finally doing a website upgrade, or perhaps something worse. So far, these are the only two websites I have experienced the blank white screen on. Anyone else having something similar happen in the past week?

Contract with Solar must have run out (nothing to show for all that nonsense). Jeters Re-Po'd the Eco Solutions program (what ever that amounted to.
