Are you still here? .315 now..... Volume up...
not complaining....
Nice.. Volume picking up with price increase....
We continue to climb with only a small correlation with gold price recovery. A slow accumulation on low volume?
I don't know what person would buy this stock for the short term, so I assumed that much. volume isn't high enough to be jumping in and out frequently without taking a loss
not planning to sell for seasonal reasons. planning to hold for the long term.
Gold is back down, and probably will decline further with the fed playing games and then india doing what they're about to do. Victoria is still well positioned having a low aisc and being able to capitalize on the Canadian dollar. Some news should be out before years end regarding water license and if we're lucky, some M&A action. on the short term though, expect the seasonal price decline. depending on the news, it may or may not affect sp. if you can wait and not be tired by waiting, you might luck up.

Victoria Gold Corp. is a leading gold exploration and development company. Its Eagle gold project in the Yukon hosts an NI-43-101-compliant reserve of 2.3 Moz gold. The Eagle gold project is shovel-ready and will produce 200+ Koz/year gold at an operation cost of approximately $600/oz. The project is permitted for construction. As the market turns around, Victoria's shareholders are well positioned to participate in a highly leveraged gold play and the construction of the largest gold mine in Yukon history.

gold changing direction this past week.
Took a position in VIT
Looking for Long Term!
GLTYA!
yeah, this years gonna be big for Victoria..can't wait for them to put out the olive and shamrock news..stock should prop something proper then..
I agree. victoria should be putting out more results for olive and I think even more for shamrock this summer, which should make the economics on this even better. I'm no conspiracy theorist by any means, but if you look at what's happening on an international scale, its hard for me not to think there's not price manipulation when it comes to gold. two things are for sure in my mind though, there's only so low this can go...price will HAVE to sustain industry and eventually demand will choke supply. if you have an ear, you hear what I'm saying...
Nice presentation. Appendix includes information on competitive heap leaching mines, cost benchmarking $/oz, and enterprise value $/oz
new presentation released Friday after market closed. Not appreciated by the market...

..sure, it was just something to read. I feel like if something's gonna happen with Victoria it's gonna happen this year. The temperature in the room couldn't be better imo
Thank you very much for the link
Thanks for the reply. I do not currently own any Kinross stock.
douginil
..of course, depending on what your average share price is determines if this is good news for you or not...I'm a happy camper:)
..Kinross just scrapped their flagship Tasiast mine..the production will have to be replaced with something else..will they expand another project or does M&A look appealing right now? And if M&A is attractive, as is customary in the industry, what company's would be looking the most appealing/make the most sense?:) I been standing by this company a long time and MAYBE the perfect storm is brewing....
Hi Mr Smith: I googled for what you are talking about (Kinross scrapping a project) and only got a reference to your posting. Was it in Virginia Gold's financial report on Feb 10 here:
http://www.kinross.com/news-articles/2015/021015-q4-2014-results.aspx
So Kinross scrapped that project huh..wonder what they'll do next.:)
Golds declining short term brosef..hype isn't going to pop this one as quick as you or I'd like
Nice again.... This could pop sooner than later...
..i think things will pull back a little before they take off. Seems like a couple people bought in off of some recent headlines about the metal, but it'll probably go down again. The company is in no rush, neither am I. Nothing but time..
Let's first see where we go this week.... good volume and higher prices... accumulation maybe...
And it's nice to know this is not traded by IH members for the moment...
Again a nice day with high volume.
Nice volume and price action lately... oil price havng a little more strength could be a reason
Or something more intersting for us....
Following this stock as I have initiated a position a few months ago.
I think this could be an interesting play.
*Their* i hate when people use the wrong there, and i did it myself lol ..but can this hit a dollar so i can take a year off please:)!!
There range is max 200million..eagle needs around 4..so it wont be an acquisition, at least with them..some type of partnership maybe? but i agree, the trend is def positive for victoria
This is good news for VIT, and a strong trend with private equity
http://www.mineweb.com/mineweb/content/en/mineweb-mining-finance-investment-old?oid=236514&sn=Detail
..nothings sweeter than my victoria though:) im tempted to buy more this week..im so curious to see what gold does this year
..man, you should have said that a month ago when the price was right lol i'll read up on it this weekend though
OT: You might check out TME, Temex......I'm loading a few 100K today on the Pinks......lagging the other juniors, but truly undervalued here.
Indeed, not many shares between here at $.16+
MDW is a Perfect Merger partner for VIT. The $30M VIT holds could be used to Fund PAN, and the production in 2014 and beyond from Pan could be used to Fund Eagle or any other projects down the Road.
It is a benefit for both companies in this Terrible Junior gold market.

Decent move on the Toronto today......700K plus volume.....not too bad.

No more .1 huh..glad i got in in the .09s and went heavy...now i think i'll just sleep on this for a while...
Anybody hearing Anything new here ????
Need some rumors from the North !!
TIA
Van
They won't dilute......Not possible to raise the money with stock in this environment. NO reason to Reverse split, as it changes nothing.
I think JV or sale will occur......but it may be 6-10 months.
ON the flip side, $.08-.10 is insanely cheap.....and if they can control their cash burn, VIT should end up being a 2-4X play from here.
Turn-key Open pit Heap leach, with better grades than many operating today. Very few of those plays in Canada around for this level. For $30-$60M out of pocket the whole company could be yours......and you get 25M in cash to boot. An all stock takeover is what I expect in this environment.
That is nothing to increase your Reserves by 8M ounces in my opinion.
