Their IR guy is an idiot.....he has caused most of the problems for either his lack of intelligence or the companie's lack of communication to him or all the above.....
Anyone hear about earnings date? This is an overly critical year for a few solid quarters of news and revenue.
I simply don't get this company has done many good marketing and promotions. They are in a ton of big name Brick and Mortar.I understand there is over supply ,competition and the FDA limitations. But the inability to gather more investors and volume on the stock is a complete fail so far.
maybe but shorts are at as well...
right on Brother! KISS Keep it simple stupid! They have some talent there they need more and a new IR person. Others have also said the same. They also have issues with criticism. They need a partnership NOW!
40M share Seconday Offering & 1-20 Reverse Split..???
VFRM needs cash to compete.
In addition, no road to Nasdaq from here, if ever.
VFRM could easily trade below .10 cents in coming sessions.
Buyers strike continues.

Couldnt agree more. Keep the CEO off the mic and stop talking new sku's, ecommerce and retail. They need to dominate the industry conversation at a very high macro level while leading the research output conversation. Everyone knows to look at their website, unfortunately they want you to see a shopping cart to buy a $10 lip balm and not a life changing wellness experience.
While I think these things are fine it is going to be down to the numbers now. They also need a new IR firm. The company needs new PR all around! They screwed up with the reverse and and they screwed up hiring a two bit IR firm. NO more Mickey mouse operations time to grow up and play hard ball. The products are actually ok so at least that is good. Management needs better marketing people and a stronger footprint. There is lots of talent out there time to get some!

VP of Veritas Farms, Derek Thomas did a segment with Jim Fried on his “Fried on Business Radio Show”
http://friedonbusiness.com/fried-on-weed-veritas-and-cannabis-capital/
you are right about IR.. .. I wouldn't be surprised if we see some really good news down the pike.....
Yes, indeed.. if they had a half way decent IR team, that's 10% as effective as management is in closing major customers this stock would be $3 to $5 right now and trading like a champ.
I expect the street to take $VFRM for a nice ride soon
Agree. I've studied this company for over a year. They are doing a lot of things right, but their IR department needs help. The entire industry has taken a beating, but at these levels, I'm accumulating more. When this takes off (and it will), it can moon shot over $3 in days.
It looks like as its on purpose news out and the stock is lower... very strange trading to say the least... it would "appear" that this company has significant upside potential but as they say the screen doesnt lie and the stock has been acting like a sick animal for too long already! Is the turnaround and new uptrend around the corner? Nothing goes up or down forever and I feel this one is due for a strong rebound?
VFRM NEWS OUT..

You know far too little about everything you just wrote. And what you said is only 10 percent of what actually is happening here. It's a shame they had a shot and blew it.
Tight Cap Structure, growing business, enough said. Full Seed to Sale business model and if you are in the CBD business, you know that this is highly important to succeed.
once I break even see ya...I have had it with OTC stocks....the reverse was dumb and I knew I should have sold that day. Never again.....
Veritas Farms won an award from ECRM Trade Show!

GP22 You are dreaming. Why would the company do another reverse split after they saw how bad the first one went?? They even said on the Conference Call that there is NO plans for another Reverse Split.
VFRM Prediction: 30M share offering @ .40 cents & 1-20 reverse split.
Makes total sense
They did it once and likely do it again in coming days.
That should leave 5M shares @ $8.00
This company is executing on all fronts. Its evident that the business is growing in spades and anyone who listened to the conference call can tell that. Expansion of the products, farming, extraction, marketing etc.. I think 2020 is going to be a huge year for Veritas Farms
.85 is here. Unfortunately, it can still go way lower.
Great company, that's severely undervalued in comparison with the other bloated pigs in the sector that have nothing on VFRM.
Stock, based on comparable valuation should be $5+++

They need some sort of better PR and IR. The call was silly and not something I would be happy about. It was their first go around so maybe the next call goes better.
VFRM Conference Call on now: 1-15 R/S and 30M share offering ?
Whatever is being said is a sell the news event.
VFRM drops to .40s in coming sessions, imo, as 1-15 R/S and 30M share offering news hits.

VFRM: Drops below $1 w/ R/S & 30M share offering on tap.
Just an opinion.
No way VFRM ever gets on Nasdaq without another Reverse Split and OTCBB listed stocks almost always do a massive offering prior to the R/S.
Expect the offering at .45 cents a share in order to raise $10M.
So, expect a repeat the the last VFRM offering and the R/S scenario.
Just good business sense even thogh it is horrible for current share holders.
A 1-15 R/S sounds about right.
Agreed, however the entire sector is in the toilet and very hard to fight the current.
When the tide turns and it will probably do so in 2020 VFRM will lead the way imo
Such a good conference call on Friday. This company is going places for sure. I would suggest everyone listen to the recording when it hits the website.

Got this from VFRM - Veritas Farms Expands Operations with Lease of Aurora, Colorado 34,000 Square Foot Production and Distribution Facility
VFRM: Multi-million $$ loses thru 2020 with new facility ramp up.
VFRM will be pumping huge cash into the expansion.
The need for another 30M+ share dilution is clear, in the opinion of VFRM watchers.
Expect the dilution at any time in conjunction with a 1 for 12 Reverse Split, imo.
VFRM will bleed cash for at least the next 4 Quarters and this expansion news assures that.
