Dude, you and bones are so irrelevant on this site now. So because a stock has not returned to its high of the year after a month, it means it's a scam?
vrdm was at the ethanol expo, made presentations and even answered emails by many. Yet, you come here and put up more ignorant statements that you can not back up. U have your head so deep in bones ass, that you missed the run from .06 back all the way to .13+ as of yesterday. Only a fool will still have the balls to come on here, and put up some fake laughter. Are you an investor? Are you in the market to make money? Or are you just a jobless fella who has nothing else to do but come on ihub and make stupid comments?
Its funny that you never posts the days vrdm goes up. I guess todays little down time inspired you into making another silly post. U are so pathetic.
This isn't a profit-taking situation anymore. People took profit starting three weeks ago and no one is buying even though the stock is practically where it was when the run started.
Pump and dump. Now...that is cool don't ya think. :)
that is cool, did you say profit take? B^)
frankie...You're out to left field pal. The stock has been down for over a month from the previous highs of $.25-$.32! LOL!
You call this stagnation and present price level a 'pullback'?
Yes, people are gonna profit-take on any run of a substantial nature, but the stock hasn't even recovered to price levels half of its recent highs. That should tell all of us something and that is that VRDM is a scam.
All this dilution as bones has pointed out has seriously eroded any credibility or confidence people had in this company's concern for its shareholders and its overall viability to execute a business plan. Of course, few if any OTC operations care about their shareholders but you knew that already didn't ya. LOL!
And the only crowd here that have manipulated this thing are the insiders and the pump and dump crowd of which you're one. After all, that's all this stock is good for anyways. We all know it so maybe it's time for you to just come out and admit it.
Yes! VRDM BLDV & IESV > all ethenol plays going up
you figure it out dude.. you got RB.. the RELIGOUS crowd.. you got the traders nation crowd....why do you insist on playing stupid and coy.. with monsters and conspiracy..
what a waste of time.... anyway you will be doing this alone soon.. I got the boat in and the tackle is almost set....
time to enjoy life a little and go fishing.. more fishing, stay cash, less long shots and party summer...
real
What "3 big groups" are you talking about? can you be more specific
of course... they had 3 big groups jumping on the momo... the pull back was expected... lol what did you expect with that run... to stay and keep going ... haaaaaaaa
real
funny stuff, francis, in mid-april, gshf and vrdm touched pps's at .30. Now there was gshf w/a lesser O/S owning 80% of vrdm and trading at the SAME pps! WHAT NAKED-SHORTER would not (DID NOT) JUMP all over that?
And No, I do NOT share yer FRUSTRATIONS w/naked-shorting! If these deceit-clown-high-diLOOTers did not issue millions of new shares every month, the naked-shorters would vanish having no shares to short. Naked-Shorting is a RE-ACTION to heavy dilution, my friend, the culprit is the DECEIT-CLOWN-High-DiLOOTer!
And if you do NOT share my frustrations with deceit-clowns, well thats just you.
right your a freakin two faced trader.. you complain about things and other folks and in the same breath want to short or naked short the thing to zero cause you lost money here and cannot bare that fact... lol
like I said anyway to screw with kevin in your head even if you burn the same folks you say are being taken for a ride.. lol
hipocracy is your demon
real
get off it ... geez got to church or something... lol
real
francis, you say i missed it so many times with those insq-.005's i sold in 8/04, but how would i have liked to have been short-side-flipper at .005's since 2004 in insq...THAT I DO MISS, greedy mm's is the TRUTH!
lol
also that i cant short a kk-terd also frustrates me, but that's the game, the mm's keep a honey-hole short like this to themselves...lol
well yes, while each of you takes high-risk here to chase a buck, or even $100,000+ bucks, IF YOU SUCCEED, then a pure-deceit-clown makes MILLIONS.
yes francis, that part of our society, how people like you actually support the above scenario does frustrate me, NO DOUBT ABOUT IT!
your always good at calling folks names.. is it your just frustraited that these stocks are nice flippers and that is getting your old goat?
real
maybe it's the HIGH-risk that you terd-flippers seek, any LOW-risk stock doesn't interest you...lol...like telling yer grandkids,
"Hey kids, i didn't flip any ole dell, i flipped a real kk pos hype stock."
"But granpa, dont you realize kk made multiples over anything you could've made, and you supported a pure deceit-clown?"
"WHO CARES, kids, i flipped a high-risker-pos, palms sweaty to the max."
i luv u guys, gets funnier n funnier....
Letter from Kevin to RB poster FWIW ....
Corporate letter :VRDM
Mr. McDuffie:
The substance behind our corn oil extraction sales is quite real and our public disclosures relating to same were accurate. We have been and remain in the midst of what I believe will prove out to be our normal sales cycle for the sales of these systems. Your questions relative to the legitimacy of Veridium's letters of intent indicate that clarification as to our sales program is in order.
Veridium's corn oil extraction program is structured to provide our customers with our technology in a rapid and cost-effective way. Our customers have two options - purchase or rent. In either case, we are not selling equipment; we are selling the right to use our technology bundled with equipment. In return, we receive the ongoing right to purchase the extracted oil for either (A) its full market value (in the purchase option) or (B) a discount to its full value (in the rental option) for as long as our customers use our technology.
In other words, our customers have the option of not purchasing the COES and making less money on the sale of the corn oil, or purchasing the system and making more money on the sale of the corn oil. Our agreements and our financing packages have been structured around this concept.
The flow of agreements in our sales cycle begins with a letter of intent that specifies the rental and purchase terms and the right of first refusal oil purchase parameters. Letters of intent also typically provide further critical details relative to site-specific technical or other issues that are relevant. This document is the equivalent of a purchase order in our sales cycle and is in most cases a prelude to the drafting of our final site-specific Technology Licensing and Equipment Rental Agreement.
Our financing program is based on a standard equipment financing model where we intend to obtain debt financing equal to 70% or more of the total purchase price for the equipment. Draw-downs on this debt facility for each installation of our technology will be preconditioned upon (a) the execution of the Agreement noted above, (b) our simultaneous pro-rated contribution of our equity component and (c) our issuance of a purchase order or similar document to Warnecke Design Services (INSEQ' s manufacturing group) to build and deliver the system to our client.
Letters of intent are typically critical to the above process since they help to clarify and manage all of the various moving pieces in the contact-to-delivery cycle for Veridium and its professionals, our clients and their senior management and their professionals, our various financing sources, and our manufacturing vendor. Given that our cash flows, i.e., our ability to service our debt, arises out of the purchase and sale of corn oil, the letters of intent also help us in our communications with our debt financing sources and with our macro-level planning of the debt financing needs of this program
While I appreciate your frustration relative to short term fluctuations in the market price of Veridium stock, my view is that our team has made a tremendous amount of progress in a very short period of time (we only started marketing this technology in late February and Veridium has more than 25 systems in various stages of our sales cycle). The sales cycle (contact to contract) for these systems is expected to be about 90-120 days (we cannot be more certain since Veridium is still in its first sales cycle). The deployment cycle (contract to operational status) for these systems is expected to be about 90-180 days depending on the host facility. We cannot be more precise at this time but we will provide all of our shareholders with the appropriate disclosure as and when appropriate.
I hope that this information was helpful.
Thank you for your continued interest.
Regards,
Kevin Kreisler, Esq.

Mr. Kreisler:
The issue is quite simple. A stock rises to over .30 on a barrage of releases stating over a dozen "letters of intent" to acquire services and technologies by Veridum. Within weeks the stock plunges to under .07.The company increases the A/S by 100% at the same time. My question initially was very simple, have any contracts connected with the recent letters of intent been signed? If so who are they? Can the information can be verified?I have been told no contracts from all the pr's exist. Being this is the source of revenue in the future, and your letters of intent go back quite awhile, this question is an appropriate question for any investor. The careful wording of pr's is old hat, however releasing a pr, that at the time, any reasonable person knowing pertinent facts would deem to be improbable, is the SEC definition of fraud. This is why I sought clarification before proceeding on my end and received no reply from the company. I am not trying to cause anyone trouble, however myself and several others are trying to protect or investment. If the mistake is on my end, stocks go up and down, and I understand that. However if there is no substance to your claims, or if there is a conflict of interest on behalf of the various companies involved and that is how the pr's are justified that is a matter for someone else to make a determination about. I am currently involved with the State Attorney here in Florida on another matter that relates to the responsibility in communicating to the public. I am well versed on the subject.Even the Tobacco Companies here in Florida were convicted under the communications act for false advertising. Looking forward top your response.

VRDM another 2 cents move.. you got to love that boney...
real
takes time .. ethanol and the idea of alternative fuels is like a toddler in the us.. always talked about but never done.. for it to find its legs going to take some time..
but it is now the required oxygenator
real
"ethanol is not going away"? that's debatable, but i lean towards agreeing with that statement.
stocks and stock-pimp-pumper-promoters aren't going away either, and this four-ring-circus is all YAKKETY-YAK "ethanol" with NO meaningful RESULTS to date, JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER PAST HYPE attributed to KK...online-dating, commodity-exchange, waste-managemernt, blah, blah, blah, ALL PAST LOSERS!
so why does francis ignore the REAL-ethanol plays and stay with the YAKKETY-YAK ethanol plays? i have no answer, francis will need to look into his own mirror.
bones.. ethanol is not going away.. MTBE is gone... face the reality. Even if you hate it.. it will have the momo.. the whole sector is going to have momo thru the elections 2006 to 2008 elections imho.. iran iraq and the china/india factors are not going away, Brazil is making big strides...
and when they start using level 2 waste ethanol is going to be an alternative fuel.
now what about the TAZ, What i up with that?
real
oh plahheeeze, francis, its that you guys give me hope, not to mention watching so many no-dd'ers buy a pure-terd like vrdm keeps me focused on just how good this game can be.

All in due time my friend!
respect the trend if you can.
No problem, Bought at .074 and waiting to see if it clears down trend line. If not, will sell for short term and buy back when trend continues. Great company - great potential.

VRDM is doing the tuesday hustle, nice move...

This thing was back in mothballs...what woke it up today.
I see no visible news.
Can any of you VRDMers lend a clue ?
Looks like frenzied trading..bid over the ask a few times. Short Squueze ?
bones...
but the human ear chooses to hear what it wants to hear
This is so true of these stocks and I couldn't agree more. Those that say I or others have a hidden agenda in pointing out the glaring discrepancies here is nothing more than giving short shrift to a valid point of view and to discredit such. The only ones who have the agenda here are those that pump this incessantly on every uptick and call out others for being negative because they see this as a genuine threat to making a profit or breaking even on a bad investment choice.
As 8thwonder says, we all make our own beds don't we. LOL!
Stockskillme, What say you now? Oh .......
can't speak cause of your big foot in your mouth! LOL
I suppose you and Bones will slither away like a couple snakes in the grass.
Hey, i know it breaks you and bones heart to see vrdm so hight today. But u had your day yesterday, and you sure had fun bashing it. Today is my day, and anyone else who believes in vrdm, so please don't cry too hard and let us enjoy our day also. You will have yours again, i guarantee. Afterall, it's the stock market, people buy and sell. LOL!!!
