I am a gambler so I figure it is 50/50. I can not ask for better odds that that. I like that they bought the senior housing with all the baby boomers , I think it will be popular and make some cash.

As long as they don't cut the Div. I see no big problem. There may be some tax lose selling @ year end, but next year will bring us back. Should they increase the div., that would be a big, big plus to get the price back. REGARDS
