the question is when? imo this stock is a win win situation, the situation that happened over the summer with sec only slowed him down. Whenever sec accuses someone from illegal activities (depends on activity) most likely they'll pay the fine and move forward. example someone makes a million from illegal activities sec charges them they pay 100,000 dollar fine and everyone is happy. that's why I knew the charges were not serious only slowed things up. If it wasn't for the charges the merger would have happened this year.
