During panic is a great time to buy...an investment is the exchange of good money from the inpatients to the patients. Known what you own. Just my opinion.
looks like going to trips... what a mess... I wont sell though
They could give us an idea of where the sales are currently. Many companies do. When Apple hits the streets with a new phone or something, they proudly tell the world what they have in orders. I know this isn't Apple. VPOR had no problem telling us that they sold 20,000 units on two separate occasions back in the earlier days. I don't need it all to happen overnight, but an honest upward sales trend would be welcomed.
I can tell you it's not going happen at this time....but any way if it down to 0.0001...I wi be happy to buy a lot more...
0.001 we go soon
I used to have 30mil shares at 0.0003,4,5...but I sold them all at 0.0050....now my average is 0.0013.
That's still some hell of a profit!!!
I am sorry to hear that... All you had to do was wait and not even look.. Shame you did that... Hope the pps drops and you can buy back more.. Want you to make it big
Good advice Cash.... I will take it... thank you
50 million shares @ .0004 average. All gone except 1 mill ill keep here for a while ;)
Stew, those invoice numbers started being manipulated the day they realized people were keeping track of those numbers, when someone here figured out they weren't selling many. It's all bogus.
Doc, wait for a better price and more opportune time. Right now you're throwing good money after bad and you've already taken a hit on your earlier buys.
Maybe let it find a base and then step in, otherwise this strategy makes no sense. The price has been trending down for months, and currently in a downward spiral. It's up to you, but I hate to see you buy all the way down, when you could be waiting at the bottom and scooping up even more.
Currently the market is still correcting, and there's no fundamental or technical reason for this to bounce.
GLTY
Panic is good for picking up more shares!
Instead of 40k grinders, How about 400k grinders this time! Come on their is speculation a 650,000+ order number is out there!
It is panic sell day 2, the PPS could drop even more.
The pps drops, I,m buying more! Money to be made here!
This is going to get really fun as we enter this new phase with honest guidance and growth and really good stuff.. Great chance to get on board. Sleep tight everyone.. Try and not worry it just needs time. Great product and cork coming go VPOR---Take u s home Yaniv
yes just keep senslessly buying more lol. Even before and after an R/S. Don't stop don't ever stop.
Honest? What about that Surprise for investors tweet? And the huge lack of transparency. He's playing his cards at all the right times for him. Any thing positive at this point is just senseless damage control.
Correction:it's 200 millions shares not 200k sorry!
What did I say?no matter what at least yaniv is honest now...I like that!!I usually hold TOC shares around 2 weeks...and sell ....now things are getting very interesting....
I want to know who bought the cheap shares?I have a lot Vpor shares...and I hope the stock price all way drop to 0.0001...I can buy more....but I don't think that will be happening at this time...I absolutely keep buying....when every time price drop...
Let's try and look at some numbers here. YTD 2017 the company is at a loss for 1.4MM, possibly 2.6MM if some magical reason this officers compensation comes back. Let's assume year end there would be 4MM in losses at this rate. That means the company would have to make 4MM in profit to break even. How many grinders at what mark up do we have to sell in order to be at par. Let's assume VPOR buys each grinder off EZ Grinder for 20$ cause they made them in China for 5$-10$ . We sell them to distributors for 50$ and sell them individually for 140$ (exaggerated maybe but just thinking out loud) ultimately we need to sell 60k-80K roughly in units to break even. Based on 12K units how does Yaniv plan on pulling this off? I would like to know the margins now that they cleared up a bunch of unexpected information. If he sells 40K grinders by year end and paces for 80K grinders next year, he can actually pull this company out of the hole especially if he pays off the bad debt and doesn't pay himself some exaggerated salary.
Yaniv these are questions I would like answered
At the very least, there will be a run from cork, imho, not sure how far where that will take us, from where, but there WILL be a run
i think its a great idea that we raised the price
another seller on amazon... smartie store
https://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B07177NZ3K/ref=dp_olp_new_mbc?ie=UTF8&condition=new
Seriously. At least give folks a chance to get out...or a cigarette before they jump off the ledge.
This is not a place to be long right now. Long is for companies that consistently follow through on their word. This isn't even a place for trading right now because there may not be a steady floor. The investor base is leaving. They've been misled.
Dear Yaniv-
Please post another lie about how you sold another 40K grinders. That way, the stock will jump, and I can sell them for a reasonable discount. You did it once, so why not do it again?
Thanks for your help! I knew I could count on you bud!
I think what we'll see, starting tomorrow,
will be a mad scramble to get paperwork filed with the FL SOS concerning SF Holdings, LLC. As CB stated, what VPOR Investor Relations told Bill, is insider information. Certainly not Bill's fault for asking a question, but serious enough that Yaniv should be concerned. GLTY Juice and everyone else still in it with us. $VPOR
You said it perfectly
And in quick translation. They are crooks ( allegedly) and they will find a way to run it again...
That was what kept me alive last summer and I am glad I was right to be able to take out what I put in and like you have freebies
Is what they are doing OK? I don't think so
Is what they are doing ethical? I don't think so
Is what they are doing legal? I am not sure...
Like you I believe we will have another run question is how low they want to take it so the " Palm tree" can load more shares... Last time he loaded a bunch of them at .0011...
The PR makes sense to me and here is why;
Ez grinder WILL sell when the price is lower and the again in the future the design WILL change again even better than the one you own if ya bought one already. Did you invest long ??? ??? Long isnt six months. Where you all hoping to cash in and move on ? Patience young skywalkers.
I just saw the pr and it said ask investors@vaporgroup.com so I did and you saw the question and answer
If I was on their board I would want to be investor relations and answer everything I could....
I really don't know anything more than anybody... I just trust Yaniv..
we know the product is great and if they can run it so shareholders can win and not just the insider principals that would be great... I hope they will... I like the honesty in latest pr.. no very hopeful but that is ok.. we can grow, we have time
For anyone that has been with this company
any length of time, two years or more, we know this is nothing new in the way Dror and Yaniv operate. This is far from being over. These guys have found a couple of moneymakers and they are not about to quit yet. Dror needs a public traded company to keep Easy Grinder alive. They need a public traded company to take full advantage of Simple Cork's potential. In two weeks, things will be smoothed out and it will be business as usual. It will be at least another year before they pull their finale and fold. For investors, there's still money to be made but don't get caught riding to the top and then all the way to the bottom. It will be over.
What I look for: To keep Easy Grinder alive, VPOR will 'purchase' EZ Grinder, Inc. Probably paying Dror another million bucks for that 'privilege.' Simple Cork will be promoted to the max, going into the holiday season and beyond. With all of the new hype, new investors, all excited about making a quick million, will flock into the company. The share price will go up with all of the new excitement. At that time, you'd better be out or close to it. At least one more chance to salvage your investments. Just my opinion only. I am still invested, my shares are mostly freebies from the run in the spring of 2014, so I'm in for the next and possibly the last, ride. GLTA
The ship is in stormy waters now. New captain Yaniv will updates us regularly on direction of Vpor.
Paper loss is nothing to actual loss.
Invest what you could afford to lose. Don't borrow to invest.
Well, the charts is no good. Majority is selling and longs have turned to short.
Very true but I'm sure if we had shareholder questions Bill would answer us!
Yeah, but then he'd be an insider, wouldn't be able trade and would miss out on all this fun!
Bill rather than buying the stock you probably should ask about becoming an owner with the amount of money you have invested in this company
In one week I will have access to $10k more... When it is available I am putting it all in vpor at whatever price
Thanks man! I am not selling. My bets are on the growing popularity of easy grinder and especially the cork to get us back up. That's just my view regardless of what others think or say.
Seriously-- that's ridiculous... just hold tight it will be fine... You are absolutely not a loser
Me too.. who shares will it be tomorrow
I cried when I saw my account today. I literally started bawling like a little b--tch. I am a pathetic loser.
A number of members asked me today in private messages. I didn't sell any shares today. I commented I would buy again at trips. I'm going to ride this out. By no means am I happy about today's address. My sights are still on simple cork regardless of what company and management has it.
Stewy
I don't care what anybody's gonna say about this company they're going to go back up there sales are gonna go back up Yaniv will fix all the mistakes that happened. Yaniv brother make every one regret selling there shares. I will buy more shares even if it goes to trips.
10cents? Ha! You had me for a little, but now knowing what you consider as possible, it's just difficult to value your opinion on where VPOR can go.
No way 10 cents will ever happen brotha. Not with the share structure or EZ not being reported. If the pattern trend the last 8 month's is a continuous short and drop you have data to predict what another 8 months will be.
Yea dude I finally caved and looked and the amount in the red parenthesis and it made my stomach sick. Sad to see all the supporters, including myself turn. We had nothing but high hopes and praise for the EZ grinder product.
What's disturbing is I REALLY believed this was going to be the "one" to help me get to financial stability for the year and pay off student loans etc. I felt it. I really thought this was it. I showed it to family and friends and they believed it. Then they pull the fast one on us with SF, no Ez sales, mislead by 40k pre sold out units, Amazon, trade shows, manufacturing partnerships etc.
Can you not trust anyone anymore? Rich get richer, us lower and middles continuously get screwed.
Sell sell sell this company is down with no sell at ALL.

On July 20, 2017, Yaniv Nahon, VP, COO and Secretary of the Company was appointed the new President & CEO and Treasurer of the Company, and Dror Svorai, former President & CEO of the Company resigned as an officer and director of the Company and each of its subsidiaries in order to pursue other interests. Simultaneously, Jorge Schcolnik, Chief Financial Officer of the Company was named a member of the Board of Directors of the Company and corporate Secretary.
Concomitantly on July 20, 2017, Dror Svorai entered into a stock purchase agreement with SF Holdings LLC, a privately-held investment company with which he is not affiliated, wherein he sold 100% of his Series A Preferred Stock to SF Holdings LLC and transferred voting control of the Company to SF Holdings LLC. Terms of the stock purchase agreement were not disclosed. Mr. Svorai agreed for an indeterminate amount of time to act as a consultant to the Company's management to smooth the transition.
On August 14, 2017, the Company posted on OTC Markets.com, its second quarter 2017 disclosure statement citing the above changes. The Company also posted its second quarter 2017 financial statements. Yaniv Nahon, current President & CEO of the Company, stated, "The financial statements as of June 30th don't reflect the huge sales gains of Easy Grinder™ to date that we have made since shipping and invoicing only began in early June, with product inventory arriving in multiple shipments throughout the month. So, the financial statements show only a few weeks of Easy Grinder™ sales results." He added, "You'll see a huge gain in our revenues in the third quarter report as Easy Grinder™ sales climbed upward. Also, we made significant sales gains from our attendance at the BIG Industry Show in New York City in August, and ASD Market Week and the CHAMPS Trade Show in Las Vegas in July. This is going to be a very good year."
