I'm with you. I'm tapped out on available cash or I'd be buying more. I am, however, taking 10% of my VPOR position and doing a little trading in and out on these swings. Selling at 28ish and coming back in at 24 or so and then trying to repeat. I'm able to pick up small blocks of shares in an attempt to get to another million share threshold without investing additional outside moneys. If the stock takes a big jump and my 10% is not on the stock, I will still do quite well with the remaining shares.
Admittedly, I am incapable of making sense of something that no matter how I dissect it, makes no sense!
It's confusing because you contradict yourself in every other post, sometimes in the same sentence...
Last night you wanted them to contact China -- that was your idea -- and now it's -- Quote: "Something that is obviously stupid".
Unless you're missing the premise of my response, that's the point - it's a bad idea -- Quote: "Something that is obviously stupid"
Therefore, yes, by these standards as you admit to be low level, I'd say Yaniv has demonstrated a higher level of business acumen than one criticizing his decision making abilities and every move with nonsensical suggestions.
T MINUS 3 DAYS FOR FINS TO BE RELEASED. LOAD UP. Tuesday is the day a lot of us have been waiting for
So if you notice Engines many people here (including myself) are trying to load as many shares as possible before the grand reveal. This might be the Q2 financials and the huge boost might not come till Q3 financials, but the belief many hold is that it will come.
In regards to your option to sell to china the reason I think that would be bad is just looking at the market. Right now it is my opinion that EG should focus on areas were people only have access to manual grinders and are willing to pay for it. China is known for taking something that is doing well and making a cheaper version and we don't know the market saturation of herbal grinders there anyway (at least I don't). Also you see that they are doing many trade shows and trying to build their network so who is to say that one of the distributors isn't eyeing places like India and China?
Regardless of all that I just got another mil in shares and finally over the mark I wanted to be at so I am just going to ride this coaster as I literally have no more investment money to put into it.
Some of us are playing the chess game and staying 5 moves ahead. Some incite, every share of VPOR I own might eventually get spun off into simple cork. More conversion shares for me =D
all i can i say to you and every one else buy buy and buy. i am getting as many as i can, she's like a spring being held back and she's ready to explode full of profits.
VPOR all the way up
I've been trying to discuss potential negative aspects to determine most lucrative play.
And if people were willing to engage in dialogue, maybe people would not have bought at .003 ("buy all you can now, you'll never see this low level prices again").
People who only have positive things to say as price drops, kind of makes you say hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
If you think Yaniv can run a company because he does not do something that is obviously stupid, then you certainly have low-level standards. Makes no sense. Next I might hear how excited I hear that EG practices 6-Sigma Standards! Ha, what a load!
Because others have established a rapport with them and may be more effective. But it seems consensus is it's a bad idea.
Friday is bad because no financials - will continue to drop.
Beside the ask, something def needs a tap tap tap brother... and I'm knocking, but no one's home
Desperation is setting in... Lol
$VPOR Tap That Ask
Brilliant... Let's just hand deliver E.G. right to the den of thieves -- on a silver platter, gift wrapped with a bow on top! SMHLOL You're welcome China! That's your suggestion? Yet you believe Yaniv is incapable of running a company? What a load!
Lol...take a look at previous posts...there's nothing but fear and loathing...haha.
Things that make you go hmmmmm!!!
Long story short, VPOR is going up! It is no longer a matter of "if" it is when. Opening at .0024 will likely attract a few new buyers today. If no news today, try to snipe .0022's if they come available.
The copycats and knock off crooks will
be trying to take advantage of the popularity of the Easy Grinder soon enough. No need to make it easier for them by turning thousands of them loose in China. For protection, It's important to pursue the patents in the U.S. and internationally. $VPOR
Why don't you just email them?
Why do you fear Friday?
Someone notify Vapor of selling in China?
Has there been any dialogue that anyone is aware of on trying to sell EG in China? Since the factory is right there, why not put it on Alibaba, or Jingdog, or whatever they use out there?
Not sure if worth emailing Vapor to tell them.
Ugh, i'm not looking forward to friday. Will do my best not to watch the market.
re: "Price is too high"...I have a rose grinder and, it is extremely well made, works flawlessly, looks beautiful and reeks of quality/class so to me, it is worth every penny I paid for it ($79 using July 4th.20% discount w/free shipping) Would I have liked a lower price? Sure, who wouldn't. Would I have paid a higher price for it? Based on reviews prior to purchase, maybe...based on my experience since, probably, but then I'm a frugal N.E. Yankee so I never pay full price for anything if I can help it!
The point being, the quality, capability and desirability of a product or service determines its' market price point, along with its' COG point and market demand. The EG is unique in that it is a niche product in a "legally challenged" market, marketed to a specific social/economic demographic who will pay whatever they think the EG is worth. I did and so have/will many others.
As Bill Belichick is fond of saying, "is what it is"!
Oh, and for those obsessing about slits/spin offs, PPS movement, PRs, etc....don't. Enjoy your summer doing other things. Rememer the old adage, "A watched pot never boils"
Dammmmmm I felt it all the way in New York lol
Daaaahmn...that mic drop reverberated all the way to here brother lol.
As a professional aero space machinist and a mechanical engineer, apparently you don't know what it cost to bring a concept to reality. Easy grinder is not some cheap plastic molded p.o.s. It's a well built, good design, and strong battery. People pay for quality, and I am one of them (mic drop)
The cost of any product is determined by the willingness of the consumer to trade cash for product, the simple fact the Easy Grinder is selling between $99 - $120 is because as a tech savvy consumers we are willing to pay it. Nothing like having the coolest grinder on the block, and the sale of 100,000+ grinders is just the start, do you remember the Christmas must have Furby a few years back.... the Easy Grinder is the new Furby X 1000.
The lack on news has caused VPOR to be day traded to a pps we all thought would not be seen again, great time to pickup cheap shares (thanks for another million @ .0024 today) and stash them away till we're in silver-land, which I think will be before 2018.
Once the quarterly numbers are out VPOR will go up up up, then the spinoff of the cork, (giving shareholders free shares) and hopefully splitting the 8 billion shares between the cork and grinder leaving 4 billion per stock, payment of debt in full, try to keep VPOR under a dime+.
Right on!!! He should stick with his 10 dollar grinder.
lol what a load. reminds me of a comment I think on the high times website 'just break it up with your fingers' lol, sure people do that. people drive piece of isht cars too, while lots of others drive BMW, Mercedes, etc. to each his own have fun with that $10 piece we'll roll just a bit "higher" than you
Price is too "High". I know business, this should have taken off already. Cut if half because NOTHING is happening but shorters brainwashing small investors. I dont believe the price is right. Its greedy. Its just a damn grinder. Get one for $10.
Man I am a small player here with only 810,000 shares.
Wish I had more cash in my account to buy more today.
I purchased twice at around.00296 average pps.
Good luck with your 10m shares.
We need good news!
I still don't see where they will get the money to do such a thing, or what incentive they'll have in doing at this stage in the game. They'd rather put their profits in their pocket or towards the business.

Young people shouldn’t use marijuana. But old people sure should consider it. The latest research shows that the active ingredient in Mary Jane helps old people A LOT.
I’m talking about tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). The stuff in weed that makes you high. THC appears to reverse the aging process and improve mental processes. It might even be useful in treating dementia in the elderly.
And this isn’t just good news for old people. It’s good news for investors as well.
There are two active “cannabinoids” in cannabis. Cannabidiol (CBD) has long been known to have health benefits. The other cannabinoid, THC, was long thought just useful to make people feel “high.”
That’s why medical marijuana is made from plants bred to have high CBD content and low THC content. CBD isn’t mind-altering at all. And for those who tout CBD’s health benefits – and there are many – that was the goal.
But now, recent research on mice shows that THC can really boost brain function in older users.
“The treatment completely reversed the loss of performance in the old animals. We repeated these experiments many times. It’s a very robust and profound effect.” That’s according to one of the authors of the study, at the University of Bonn in Germany.
THC, the study showed, “turns back the molecular clock.”
But sorry, kids. The study also showed that THC did NOT have the same effect on the young. Quite the opposite. Younger animals excelled at tests when “sober.” But they tended to “struggle significantly” under the influence of THC.
To be sure, this study has yet to be replicated in humans. But this year, the researchers behind the mice study are going to do another study. This time, on 100 human volunteers aged 60 to 70.
But let’s assume the Germans know what they’re talking about. What does that mean?
I’ll tell you what that means. It means the Fountain of (Mental) Youth is legal in 29 states and the District of Columbia.

Now we already know there is a long, long list of problems that are treatable with cannabis. These include …
Parkinson’s disease
Migraine headaches
Various forms of epilepsy
Mood disorders
Post-traumatic stress disorder
Multiple sclerosis
It’s even found to be effective in certain cancer treatments.
And more. It’s a long list. So, it’s not too surprising that marijuana helps restore cognitive functions in old people as well.
Older Folks Aren’t Waiting
And guess what? Older Americans are already hopping aboard the cannabis clue train in increasing numbers.
Polls show older Americans are using marijuana more frequently. Use among 50- to 64-year-olds rose by 60% in a multiyear study that ended in 2013. And among folks over 65, use was up 250% at the same time.
The most commonly cited complaints treated with medical marijuana are pain and lack of sleep.
But look at the alternative: opiods. Those things can kill ya. In fact, a new University of Virginia study says the number of deaths due to opioid overdoses are actually severely underreported.
Dr. Christopher Ruhm is a public policy and economics professor at UVa. He revisited thousands of death certificates from 2008 through 2014, and he concluded the mortality rates were 24% higher for opioids than first thought.
You know how many people overdose on marijuana? Nobody. Zilch. Zero.
So older people, being no dummies, are using the pain treatment that WON’T kill them. Much to the financial dismay of pill-pushing drug manufacturers.
From Pain Treatment to Profit
So how does this figure into more profits for investors?
Well, the surge for legalization across America is gaining momentum. An extra push from America’s politically active senior citizens won’t hurt. That should speed things along.
I am happy for your optimism
What goes down will eventually go up.
Our time is coming, no doubt about it...
$VPOR
I have committed myself to seeing where this goes. I am invested with > 10M. yet this is very discouraging that there is never a day for the last 2 months that this stock is not going down.
people are selling and i am afraid I am going to be one of those that is left holding the bag.
Right on Stewy!!!
$VPOR

#VPOR
I honestly have no clue. Ask the tele tubby in NK!!
Geez what did poor Guam do...
Very smart move stew
Cash i really do beleive that vpor is a 10 million company already, and if there not right now they will be shortly, and there market cap is under 12 million. Unreal i wish i had more funds to buy alot more right now. Unreal.
If it wasn't VPOR in my portfolio... I just sold everything... I just went all in 100% when the price hit .0022! VPOR- I know what I own and I'm here to stay.
Truth! Can't see the same crowd that cry over beer money spending $99 on a grinder. Def not our demographic LOL.
Only the ones serious about their herbs!!
Volcano's were $600 and stoners bought them
Should have released q2 fins already. Now I'm afraid even with good numbers we may still drop at least short term with the rest of the market since wwiii could start any day now. If NK attacks Guam it won't matter what stock your in.
Lol.
$VPOR KNOW WHAT YOU OWN
This is the mentality of a 16 year old who has no job or money to buy anything.
Adults who smoke weed will drop $300 on a vaporizer in a blink of an eye.
$100 for an electronic grinder is a no brainer. Must have novelty item...
$VPOR Tick Tock
GOOD GOD! We still have tomorrow too - another down day!
This SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!
.0022: Awesome, another day to buy shares lower. Thank you!
.002: Awesome, another day to buy shares lower. Thanks again!
.0018: Awesome, another day to buy shares lower. Thanks again!
.0016: Awesome, another day to buy shares lower. Thanks again!
...when does it end??
Were have you bean sheeple love to buy there gadgets and love to follow the trends and seeing how for like 20 $ more ( than the pen simple) you can get an electric grinder .i think it's soooooooo funny how this hasn't moved up fast enough for the impatient people .what a laugh .in a few years this company will be doing great
Who wants to blow their dough on a grinder when they can buy a bag of weed instead ? Too expensive, imo, keep pipe dreaming.
Dump seems to be finished now. Should see a sharp upside move from here.
I agree LG, but tough to look beyond 6 months with OTC, and that might even be pushing it. Guidance generally covers what to expect for the following quarter, but a separate corporate update could list and forecast strategies for the following year.
Number of companies that actually conform to these long term forecasts is what's questionable, but good for topic of discussion nevertheless.

On July 20, 2017, Yaniv Nahon, VP, COO and Secretary of the Company was appointed the new President & CEO and Treasurer of the Company, and Dror Svorai, former President & CEO of the Company resigned as an officer and director of the Company and each of its subsidiaries in order to pursue other interests. Simultaneously, Jorge Schcolnik, Chief Financial Officer of the Company was named a member of the Board of Directors of the Company and corporate Secretary.
Concomitantly on July 20, 2017, Dror Svorai entered into a stock purchase agreement with SF Holdings LLC, a privately-held investment company with which he is not affiliated, wherein he sold 100% of his Series A Preferred Stock to SF Holdings LLC and transferred voting control of the Company to SF Holdings LLC. Terms of the stock purchase agreement were not disclosed. Mr. Svorai agreed for an indeterminate amount of time to act as a consultant to the Company's management to smooth the transition.
On August 14, 2017, the Company posted on OTC Markets.com, its second quarter 2017 disclosure statement citing the above changes. The Company also posted its second quarter 2017 financial statements. Yaniv Nahon, current President & CEO of the Company, stated, "The financial statements as of June 30th don't reflect the huge sales gains of Easy Grinder™ to date that we have made since shipping and invoicing only began in early June, with product inventory arriving in multiple shipments throughout the month. So, the financial statements show only a few weeks of Easy Grinder™ sales results." He added, "You'll see a huge gain in our revenues in the third quarter report as Easy Grinder™ sales climbed upward. Also, we made significant sales gains from our attendance at the BIG Industry Show in New York City in August, and ASD Market Week and the CHAMPS Trade Show in Las Vegas in July. This is going to be a very good year."
