Agree but we need those revenue numbers soon!!
don't worry we went back down to .0026. I can't understand it either.
It's quite simple there's only so much money the same shareholders can inject in the company. The fins will draw new attention and boost the PPS. Maybe also sessions getting canned too will help
I'm baffled the PPS has sat at .0027 for almost 2 hours. On this board we have solid information from the easy grinder website that they have processed over 50,000 orders. Of course not every order is just for 1 unit.
Wow, that is low. I know its a dead time but still. This stock "should" be generating activity.
This lack of volume is shocking! Just over 2 million shares 3 hours into the day. Crazy.
Because he doesn't want to hold his short position over the weekend and wants to cover today.
Volume has been very low last few weeks here. Excited to see these Fins as everyone seems to be holding on to their shares. I am expecting to see at least 2MM in revenue and a net profit unless the mass marketing expenses was in this quarter financials and if so that would be ok cause the quarter after will see significant net profit.
STRONG SELL GET OUT WHILE YOU STILL CAN.. NOTHING BUT DOWN FROM HERE
They normally do a OR with fins that's what I'm saying
Locksmith - thanks for the explanation!
No, that was not something i'm familiar with. I was more familiar with the pump-and-dump of shell companies that don't provide any real service. It's rare for me to find a reasonable sub-penny with a real product. Now I get to see how they actually report their numbers...and soon I hope.
I strongly disagree.
That would equate to ~$10M revenue in 1 year. Less ~50% for profit, less expenses (weren't they in the red by $3M from last year?). Plus, sales will plateau at some point. But based on sales numbers, that was only for mid-june to mid-july, and they seem to be WELL BEYOND that rate, based on order #s.
Yup, I completely misinterpreted.
Thanks for clarifying. I have no idea - I certainly have my doubts on their conduct. However, do people really do multiple offenses? Also, the things Dror was accused of was never proven - all rumors by websites without valid sources, as I understand.
That's not bad for a month of sales.
Gross revenue could be huge but cost of sales need to factor in too.
Net profit could be at least 1 million after factoring expenses related to Easy Grinders production and marketing costs.
Don't expect a loss this year.
Even 10k every 5 weeks equals 100k units a year. That is if this rate continues for a full year with no growth. At retail prices that is 10 mil in revenues
Third quarter Fin's do in late October or early November will tell the true tall tale of how EG's are doing with three full months of sales. Year end Fin's I believe will show over 250K sold.
So the fin's that we are all waiting for now just remember they only had a a month or so of sales with minimum exposure.
The EG snowball had just started rolling down the mountain. GLTA!!
I don't think the fins alone will boost the stock. Will need a PR and as per many other stocks which have seen significant increases, VPOR has to be all over social media to expose it.
A new day finds VPOR at #48 on the breakout board ............time to rock ?
goooooood Morning Vpor are you ready to make us some money?????
Sorry for the confusion, thought you understood some of the ploys penny stock management pull on shareholders. I'm referring to the possibility of revenue being used to pad insiders within the company and those closely associated such as family and friends with very little money making it down to the bottom line where it can help support the pps. Basically a scam operation with the insiders getting rich. Not saying Dror and Yaniv are or will be doing that, but it's certainly a possibility given Dror's background.
Brilliant. I need some swag now!!!

Absolutely a no brainer!
This is probably the most cost effective form of advertising.
B&M's get a full gear -- IF they sign a contract and agree to have the staff wear it daily -- and will be replenished on quarterly basis with every re-newel of their contract.
It's a small investment in return for a lot of Bang for the Buck.
They should give an option of a hat or t-shirt when buying directly from easygrinder.com. At least to initailly roll it out.
No brainer...

That's a great idea man. VPOR should be handing out corporate gear like candy to vape shops and dispensaries that carry their products. Even work out a sweet deal for those that agree to have their staff wear their logo, and offer additional color/style options for those that agree.
Cash I'm looking to get the t-shirt for the girls to wear at the VAP shop.
Nice! That was very decent of you to pay the higher price. Hope profits are retuned to you ten fold :)
Thanks for confirming. I thought I had seen it, but I couldn't remember if I took a screenshot.
I agree with you on this. The prime seller is a big account so they appear to have their sh!t together, especially with the sponsored ads, and the other accounts are probably just on Amazon for the exposure and trying to stay competitive. I don't believe that's their primary retail source.
I do not understand your post.
What do you mean by "trickle down to we lowly shareholders?" You mean if they will do a share buyback?
And the meaning of: "pennystock cultural thing for revenue to get eaten up usually through administrative costs"? What cultural thing you referring to? Revenue of any stock, penny or not, publicly traded or not, pays for overhead. And if they pay all those bills, how does that not help shareholders?? A clean ledger would be WONDERS for any company.
TRT - I'm not going to view some random stock.
Vapor executives will pay for past debt, overhead, reinvest in company improvements (advertising etc.), and then who knows if or how much of a buyback there will be. We're talking about and "if" upon "if," without any data - a waste of time to discuss.
I must be missing something from your post. Am I completely misinterpreting what you wrote?
I'm saying it's all speculation, as was pointed out there is no way of knowing how many grinders are ordered per order. While tracking the order number is a great gauge of how we are doing but to use that as a predictor of revenues and profits is just speculation. Too many unknown variables to use it as a model.
so.. your sayin.. greennews post 100583 order today with a # of 112345 is all retail @99 ea.?
Then we have add wholesale #'s?
I could live with that.
Riddle me this...even if we get great revenue coming in, who's to say that revenue will trickle down to we lowly shareholders? I know it's a pennystock cultural thing for revenue to get eaten up usually through administrative costs long before it has a chance to help we shareholders out. TRT# comes to mind. In the end we are placing our trust that Dror and Yaniv will do the right thing. Engines, how do you feel about that?
It's totally possible that wholesale orders have a different order number sequence so to differentiate them from retail orders. Gauaging sales dollars based solely on order numbers is purely speculative. Looking forward to getting actual numbers.

.
Slow poke yes you are rigth, don't forget the big 3 states distribution.
Only Dror and Yaniv move the price... so
Let be patient here????
one of those 2 sellers sold out of the silver today. So, I am sure they are moving them.
When you buy in bulk you still only get one order number. There is no way of knowing how many items sold off of someone's order number
That's ~10K orders in ~5 weeks.
Meaning from June 10th to the ~50,000th order before CHAMPS in July. Sounds like it was a slower month in my opinion, but just based on that info.
June 10th I was Easy Grinder order 41,111 for another reference.
good eye, its great to see that & the right thing to do especially with a brand new listing.it definitely helps sales ,they just have to fix the title & add bullet points.so far the new sellers are still Merchant fulfilled & are barley selling any based on the rankings, they've got to send in to prime to get this going
Bonzai Danielson Bonzai!!!!
That's a negative Ghost rider, the pattern is full.
Mr. Miagi said it best, patience Danielson...
In the meantime, wax on, wax off...
$VPOR
So you agree with me.
That means they did not sell all those in a few days.
Because u say so? Why not they presold 40000 at the last one without a finished product.

On July 20, 2017, Yaniv Nahon, VP, COO and Secretary of the Company was appointed the new President & CEO and Treasurer of the Company, and Dror Svorai, former President & CEO of the Company resigned as an officer and director of the Company and each of its subsidiaries in order to pursue other interests. Simultaneously, Jorge Schcolnik, Chief Financial Officer of the Company was named a member of the Board of Directors of the Company and corporate Secretary.
Concomitantly on July 20, 2017, Dror Svorai entered into a stock purchase agreement with SF Holdings LLC, a privately-held investment company with which he is not affiliated, wherein he sold 100% of his Series A Preferred Stock to SF Holdings LLC and transferred voting control of the Company to SF Holdings LLC. Terms of the stock purchase agreement were not disclosed. Mr. Svorai agreed for an indeterminate amount of time to act as a consultant to the Company's management to smooth the transition.
On August 14, 2017, the Company posted on OTC Markets.com, its second quarter 2017 disclosure statement citing the above changes. The Company also posted its second quarter 2017 financial statements. Yaniv Nahon, current President & CEO of the Company, stated, "The financial statements as of June 30th don't reflect the huge sales gains of Easy Grinder™ to date that we have made since shipping and invoicing only began in early June, with product inventory arriving in multiple shipments throughout the month. So, the financial statements show only a few weeks of Easy Grinder™ sales results." He added, "You'll see a huge gain in our revenues in the third quarter report as Easy Grinder™ sales climbed upward. Also, we made significant sales gains from our attendance at the BIG Industry Show in New York City in August, and ASD Market Week and the CHAMPS Trade Show in Las Vegas in July. This is going to be a very good year."
