When one individual reported the illegal actions of the informants for the Miami FBI, the agents targeted them in violation of FBI rules and regulations as well as state and federal laws. Anyone with similar information please send me a private message or post for the board.
This is a very interesting read about Richard Rossi and his associates.

If you lost money on this scam, you should contact:
U.S. Department of Justice
Office of the Inspector General
950 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W.,
Suite 4706
Washington, D.C. 20530-0001
Don't waste your efforts contacting the Miami FBI or SEC, they will brush it under the carpet to protect their informants.
How is it possible that Eddy Marin and his attorney Richard Rossi (of Operation Bermuda Short) were allowed to pull the stings on this scam and set up the shell that cost investors millions of dollars while under the thumb of the Miami Office of the FBI?
In fact, the agents involved misused confidential FBI information and engaged in the theft of trade secrets so their informants could profit.
Pretty pathetic use of our tax dollars.
Probably they are being monitored closely...as they deserve to be.
Accuracy and suspicious market activity;

Good luck
What caused the suspension?
VLBI - Here is another fun and very entertaining read regarding VLBI, Eddy Marin, Mark Fisher, and Richard Rossi
https://promotionstocksecrets.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/MarinFisherRossi.pdf
It talks about Rossi and Marin allegedly threatening Fisher and his wife to have her deported.
Also goes over Marin's long criminal history.
Fisher acts like he wouldn't have gotten involved with Marin if he knew of all of his troubles, but Fisher and Marin were super close going back several years so Fisher obviously knew of all of Marin's troubles coming into the VLBI deal. Nodummy talked about their history in this old post:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=115527773
It also mentions Derek Nguyen and Ruben Macedo who Fisher says are Marin's pump&dump crew, but Mark Fisher has been using Derek Nguyen and Ruben Macedo in just about every ticker he has had debt in over the past 2+ years which amounts to well over a dozen tickers.
Richard Rossi is another interesting character with a super interesting past and super interesting connections in the penny stock world having been involved with William David Jones/Robert Schlien and Mike Bongiovanni and so many others.
Fisher ties in with Laura Anthony/Michael Pollaccia and with Donna and David Levy (going way back).
Interesting web.
Well, one company has went from Grey Market to OTC (pink sheets). This is PHOT.
VLBI won't get of the grey market, though. It could take years for the SEC investigation to run its course.
cash4, only one company in the history of trading has relisted after filing a 15-12G and none have ever after being suspended.
Good luck.
They do not need money, so they do not need to sell stock to raise funds. The company is well off.
The company needs to get the filings in, find a sponsoring market maker, and get a Form 211 approved by FINRA.
If they do this correctly and in a timely manner, also comply with the SEC Rule 15c2-11 we get a level II.
The advantage here, is reverse split cannot take place, dilution is out of the question and more important, short sale is impossible.
Many companies willingly choose grey market in a start up.
Unfortunately, it is now Grey Market traded, and will never move higher like it supposedly did pre-securities fraud suspension.
No bid, no ask, and soon to be no liquidity.
I'm pretty sure there will be investors trying anything they can to get others to buy their now almost-worthless stock.
The company will no longer be able to do their toxic deathspiral convertible financing deals, so they won't have access to money for operations.
Toxic financiers won't touch suspended grey market fraud stocks like this, because they may never be able to convert notes and sell to make their profit.
great DD here........
Just bought 10000 shares at 002 and the price has not changed yet to reflect that.
I do not know where you get your information, but what you speak is pure aberration. We may trade blind, but nobody can tell you what price you should sell at, or buy at, if orders match they are being executed, simple, so I let everyone know if they want out, I will buy them out, let me know the amount of shares for which I'm willing to pay at 002 and below for now, I have an order of 495000 shares to purchase at 002 outstanding.
cash4, VLBI is to forever to be on the Grey Market never to have a Bid or Ask again.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/VLBI/profile
It will be almost impossible to sell this stock let alone pick the price.
Good luck.
Testing for $20, i doubt it, and by the way, anyone wants out post the number of shares and i will meet your order, do not place all or none, alsoo do not place market orders, the MM will not work in your favor.
Maybe Seller was testing the process to see how it works. I wonder though why anyone would want to buy these shares
whom ever sold today, was probably advised to sell at market, that was a big mistake, trusting an MM to place your order for the best price is like trusting a horse with a bowl of oats, the MM's ignored my order at 002 for 495,000 share completly, but hey, he got his $20 worth, out of wich $10 goes to commision, great job.
the ticker will remain vlbi.
When it does trade will it trade under the vlbi or a new ticker
it will be available to trade today on the grey market. it may take awhile to get started.
They seem to see an issue with the trading so I would bet the bluesheets were pulled...
I know many in the private equity side in the E&P O&G sector and been involved in quite a few audits recently, I don't know where they get $110 million from, I guess pulled a number out of the hat to pump so some can dump. It will be interesting what the SEC has requested of FINRA.
I wonder what FINRA's bluesheets show during that pump...SEC seems interested.
I guess you spoon fed toxins right into the mouth of investors.
VLBI NOW LISTED ON GREY MARKET
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/VLBI/quote
nodummy, the VLBI story starts here;
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=121369689
Good luck.
Securities fraud at VLBI caused the suspension. The SEC acted to protect investors from the fraud.
One will be lucky to be able to sell, once it opens for trading on the grey market.
No MM's will be making a market and one will only be able to trade if a sell can be matched with a buy order.
That means they are angry about volume.
lol. ya, i don't think so. more about where the volume came from.
That means they are angry about volume. I got it, that should be answered by shareholders and what reason did they have to purchase stock for.
Hilarious.
I must say, very fraudulent.
What kind of fraud ?
They were halted for fraud.
Can anyone tell me why is the company guilty of high volume trades, when they never solicited buying up stock in their company, trough any news letters, promos or anything else ?
The stock will be halted for 14 days, during that time new symbol change will be announced…
No it won't be. Again, FINRA would have to process the corporate action request, and under these circumstances, they won't do that.
That will not happen. Suspensions are NEVER shortened. Suspended stocks ALWAYS reopen on the Grey Market.
This has nothing to do with any reverse merger. That will also not happen, as it would need to be processed by FINRA.
