LCR acquired CS mining assets when it went bankrupt. LCR created TAMRA to put assets of CS mining into. Now old investors of CS mining believe they were screwed and sued mostly everyone involved in the situation.

Yeah that deal is dead. No mention of copper so youre reading SOPs narrative of a failed deal with an unknown party. TAMRA/VGLS has always wanted copper production. Read SOPS PR trail. First mention of Copper was July/December 2021 when an exclusivity agreement was signed with another party. VGLS mentioned a binding agreement to acquire TAMRA and a binding agreement for a JV with SOP end of 2020. Deals take awhile to complete and multiple hangups still here.

$VGLS announced TAMRA acquisition and SOP deal on November 23, 2020 ~~Tamra Mining owns Copper production site near Blawn Mountain.~~

First SOP PR to mention copper was July 6th, 2021. Talks of using assets from Blawn Mountain for copper production on a nearby facility.

Following PR on December 6th, 2021 says exclusivity agreement signed and to use a nearby site that is already built for copper production.

March 28 PR shows deal is still ongoing. With payments holding deal in place

August 31st PR shows $2 million dollar payment was due on September 9th, 2022 with JV deal closing in October 2022.

The increase in AS is likely for acquisitions I believe. Buy and Hold imo the last pop had crazy amount of buying pressure. I know it looks bad because it’s a .0001 but this one has potential, not Paul first rodeo either, volume then price action.

Don't see anything in my prior post that indicate anger.

A blind and deaf man could see and hear the dilution taking place here and the 10000 to 1 reverse split that will have to come eventually. Note, the company is dumping these shares into the market at .0001. That is, the people who have inside information about what this company is doing (management) are selling shares for .0001.

That means that they know that the shares right now are worthless and are hanging this shell out to dry prior to their 10000 to 1 reverse split . (Or 20000 to 1 or 1000 to 1 or 500 to 1 or whatever. Current shareholders will be significantly wiped out)

No anger simple math.

It's very hard to pump this shell with the dilution taking place. But I understand that is the game of some people. Not mine.

Got out with a $2k gain. Trying to get out of FONU.

May buy back in AFTER the reverse splits.
