V-Net Increases Ownership of Meritage Wines
Wednesday March 30, 1:57 pm ET
BLUE ISLAND, Ill. & RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 30, 2005--V-Net Beverage, Inc (Pink Sheets:VNTB.PK - News) and Meritage Wine Brokerage announced today that V-Net is exercising its option to further its ownership in Meritage. V-Net's increased equity position in the company provides V-Net a definitive development and distribution role of Meritage's new organic herbal infused line of wines.
Robert Corr, President of V-Net stated: "We have seen first hand at the EXPO-WEST trade show earlier this March increased use of botanicals in beverages, which continues growing every year. Herbal infused wines are the emerging wine trend, with huge revenue potential proven by the major's interest in producing these product types. Herbal infused wines is V-Nets natural product extension. This opportunity is the next trend. All our information indicates that herbal infused wine is the niche category we can capitalize on."
Meritage's President/CEO James Clements states, "We are thrilled that V-Net chooses to continue to exercise its acquisition option to take advantage of the herbal wine opportunity. V-Net and Meritage's individual expertise form the perfect alliance to service the scale that is on the horizon."
Increased ownership allows V-Net to utilize Meritage's expertise in sourcing, distribution and marketing of domestic & imported wines. Both companies are pleased with the increased commitment and view this agreement as the catalyst to move the development of the new organic herbal wines to the forefront.
I figure the new website with the new product should have a positive impact on the PPS!

I like the references to Canada being an open market. VNTB should be looking at this.
"Financials: Nearly $1-billion (U.S.) worth of energy drinks sold in the United States in 2004. In Canada, $6-million of the beverages were sold. Experts say that could surge to $100-million over the near term."
Thats lots of market share to go around.

e-Water(TM) is a boldly innovative bottled water containing over 70 electrolytes activated with Fulvic acid. To facilitate national coverage, California production of e-Water(TM) will commence in April, with production in Florida planned for summer 2005.
Corr noted that e-Water(TM) marks the debut of V-Net's first fully owned non-licensed beverage. e-Water(TM) consists of a blend of spring water, 70-plus ionic electrolytes and Fulvic acid. A 20 fl.oz. bottle contains 9% of magnesium's R.D.A. Fulvic acid is an organic humic acid that plays a crucial role in the earth's plant and animal ecology by supplying key electrolytes to cells, scavenging "free radicals" and heavy metals, and restoring cellular electrical balance--among other studied benefits. Ancient Chinese medical texts from the Ming Dynasty describe fulvic acid as "wujinsan" or "golden medicine" It is known that vitalizing waters from streams and rivers running through forested land contain dissolved Fulvic acid.
V-Net will introduce e-Water(TM) at the upcoming Anaheim EXPO-WEST (March 18-20). The show attracts over 36,000 trade-only attendees from more than 80 countries. www.newhope.com/mainpage/press1.cfm

Sorry, found a level 2 volume right here on Ihub (no quotes though). A couple of large trades (315000) at .0014 and .0013, but straight up after that.
That was quite a price swing this morning. But it might be good news. A wild swing like that is 'sometimes' a sign of changing direction (a reshift in open orders suddenly causes a void in the bid and a stock plummets into the void only to come straight back up when the bids are reentered and become stronger). I believe we hit bottom today. May stay here for a while though but there should be good support from here on.
If you were lucky you may have got filled at the dip today. A friend of mine was 'fishing' at .0015 and got filled on the swing. Nice. I got filled at .0019.
Anyone know where to see level 2 for this stock. I would be interested in seeing how many shares actually traded at those low levels. Im betting it wasnt many.
Looks like VNTB is still searching for its "bottom" and at .0016 it stinks!

I think the product change has scared a lot of people off especially when you consider they had previously announced distribution in early March. That quite an about face. Then the O/S increased to 1 billion in January. Thats a lot of downside to absorb.
It was early March when things started to go south. Hmm.
Who is dumping this stock - or company diluting? PPS is sick indeed.

Water pure and simple is a trendy commodity and the source of a thriving $46 billion market. In some countries, the bottled variety has eclipsed beer consumption, and it is moving relentlessly to overtake carbonated soft drinks as the world's No.1 beverage.
"Bottled water is like the mobile phone it's become a fashion accessory," said Simon Wessely, an epidemiologist and professor of psychological medicine who recently explored the impact of bottled water marketing in the British Medical Journal. "There's been this kind of anthropological change. What is it for? For safety? I don't know why it is that people walk the street and come to meetings with their bottled water."
The competition is fierce to convince the parched that a particular bottled water deserves to be a constant companion. The market is dominated by four giants with competition from hundreds of regional brands.

V-Net Drops Allimax Water and Introduces Real-Time Allicin
BLUE ISLAND, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 2, 2005--V-Net Beverage, Inc. (Pink Sheets:VNTB) announces it has terminated development of Allimax Nutraceutical Water(TM) and is proceeding with development of a new product called Real-Time Allicin(TM).
Robert J. Corr, president of V-Net stated, "Based on our experience, we found that bottled spring water containing Allisure(R) liquid-concentrate (allicin liquidum) lacked shelf-life stability. In addition, laboratory testing of Allisure(R) liquid-concentrate by means of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) verified little or no allicin content. Therefore, we conclude Allisure(R) concentrate is unsuitable as an ingredient in our bottled water. V-Net has dropped all development plans regarding Allisure(R)."
Corr added that the Allisure(R) liquid-concentrate in question was sold to V-Net by Allimax USA and Allimax International, Ltd.
"Our discussions with experts in garlic science have cast doubt on whether allicin can be captured, in either dry or liquid form, for any extended period of time," Corr said. "By its nature, allicin is highly reactive and ephemeral, existing just briefly before it converts to derivative sulphur byproducts. Within a fortnight, our control shelf-samples of Allimax Nutraceutical Water with Allisure(R) manifested a strong odor and taste of sulphurous onions, indicating instability of the Allisure(R) ingredient."
Corr continued, "V-Net's caution regarding Allisure(R) has been a blessing in disguise and saved our company tens of thousands of dollars in bottling and distribution costs, not to mention the unpleasantness of a product recall.
"Nevertheless, V-Net remains committed to the concept of effective delivery of high-potency allicin," declared Corr. "To this end, V-Net is developing an exciting new product called Real-Time Allicin(TM) -- an odorless, highly-soluble granular product containing allicin precursors, alliin and allinase. Added to a glass of water or beverage of choice, one fruit-flavored Real-Time Allicin(TM) packet will efficiently deliver instant allicin (equivalent to allicin potential of 5.5 cloves of garlic) for timely consumption. Our new product thus solves the shelf-life and allicin-potency issues attendant to Allimax Nutraceutical Water(TM)."
Corr noted V-Net may abandon its "Class 32 Trademark Application Intent to Use" for Allimax Water(TM), but has filed to the USPTO for Trademark Application of Real-Time Allicin(TM). Additionally, V-Net has secured rights to www.realtimeallicin.com.

The natural products industry is part of what Nutrition Business Journal (NBJ) calls the "Healthy Planet, Healthy Products" (HP2) market. NBJ calculates the HP2 market at $440 billion. "These products and services have been driven by a segment of the population seeking companies and solutions that reflect their concern for both personal and environmental health," said Grant Ferrier, publisher of NBJ. "Consumer demand for healthier lifestyles and a healthier planet have also impacted government policy and product development—creating opportunity for two or three generations of entrepreneurs."
"We strive to cover the topics and trends that are crucial for this industry right now," said Fredrik M. Linder, president of New Hope Natural Media. "Natural Products Expo West is not just a B2B trade show focused on retail relations, but an event to educate and spread awareness of how much the healthier living trend influences our lives."

Are you sure you want to wait? These things rarely turn out well. I see a reverse split coming. 1 for 100 would leave them with a nice even 10 million O/S. 1 for 200 - 5 million. But you have to consider price as well. Most serious investors, lenders and upper level exchanges wont give you any respect unless your stock can hold $1/share. So the good news is that at 1 for 100 the stock has to push 1 cent prior (triple what it is now). But at 1 for 200, only 1/2 cent. If theyre serious then its ok. The higher price and minimal O/S will attract new attention and should drive the price even higher (of course you and I have considerably less shares then). Its interesting how the numbers work right now with them increasing the float to 1 billion. You must also keep in the back of your mind that this may just be another paper mill (stock scam). They consolidate up to $1 per share and then start issuing new shares all over again, theyll make more money that way and its less work than actually running a company.
Hmm, what to do?
Here is the example with VNTB
american bulls called a sell dec 20th still had time until the 31st!
we had a downward cross of the RSI I use 60 for the sell...
MACD divergence and a 5-18 cross over....
http://stockcharts.com/def/servlet/SC.web?c=vntb,uu[l,a]daclyyay[pb5!b18][vc60][iUb9!La12,26,9]&...
With larger stocks it gives plenty of time to buy options and they are still cheap....
Don't even need to see the head and shoulders or draw any of the other trendlines....
so dec 20 was a great call! lol
