San Diego, CA – Yesterday, US Farms, Inc., a marketer of an assortment of wellness products, declared the designation of Jim Farooquee to replace Yan Skwara, as their president, chief financial officer, chief executive officer, and chairman of the board of directors, effective last Tuesday, March 8, 2011. Moreover, the day after, the company received the resignation of Rick Hogan as their chief operating officer and board of directors member. Until now, no one has been elected to occupy the vacancies left by Hogan and Faroquee is left to be the company’s only officer and director.
