Go Ranjeet Sundher Go
I have some LAM- know anything about it?
If BCP backs off I will add some around .22 cents-
Here is an article from last year that gives some history to BCP's involvement in Mongolia:

Gold Rush In Mongolia Focuses Attention On Ivanhoe, Bell Coast AGR and Harrods Minerals.
It looks as if Mongolia is experiencing something of a gold rush at the moment and it was clearly sparked off by the Ivanhoe discovery at Turquoise Hill last January. Only 10 new mining licences were granted in the whole of the country in 2000.. At the turn of the year only 5 per cent of the Gobi desert in the south of the country was under licence, but it is now claimed that anything from 300 to 400 licences have been granted in the seven months since then, covering most of the desert. Exploration licences are valid for an initial three years, which can then be renewed twice for an extension of two years each renewal, allowing for a maximum period of seven years. Mining licences are granted for a 60-year period that can be renewed for an additional 40 years. Mineral rights are maintained in good standing by payment of a yearly fee per hectare.
Since becoming a new democratic republic in 1990, Mongolia has introduced a broad range of economic, structural and regulatory reforms to encourage private sector growth. A new mining law was adopted and the government actively supports direct foreign participation in the exploration and extraction of mineral resources. Following the revision of the Mongolian Minerals Law in 1997, there was a fairly significant exploration boom led by international mining companies such as BHP, Rio Tinto, Phelps Dodge and Newmont, but then along came Bre-X and only a few stout companies such as Ofex listed AGR and Harrods Minerals soldiered on to be joined late in 1998 by Ivanhoe.
The current popularity of Mongolia among mining companies is quite something for a country best known for Ghengis Khan, the Mongol Hordes, its wandering nomads and their horse riding skills, but the bureaucracy is efficient and speedy. There is no staking of claims, but a central record is maintained of exploration licences so there can be no disagreement over ownership. This background information has been given to Minews by Ranjeet Sundher who arrived in Ulan Batur, the capital , only four days after Friedland’s announcement. He then spent the next week or two applying for licences around Turquoise Hill toe to toe with the Ivanhoe team. Quite swiftly he built a portfolio of licences covering around 350,000 hectares and then did a deal with a little known Canadian listed company called Bell Coast Capital.
A few weeks ago Bell Coast issued an update on its initial exploration programme in Mongolia. The Phase 1 exploration program on its Shine Usny Khudag prospect in the south Gobi region of Mongolia is going well and so far its local team of geologists assembled by Ranjeet Sundher have carried out geological mapping, prospecting, geochemical soil and rock sampling of soil and rocks, and ground magnetics geophysics. A few assay results have been released from samples taken over a 3 km strike length, but Bell Coast is just at the start of exploring its acreage which now amounts to 1.7 million hectares – second only to Ivanhoe – and a lot more will have to be done before a realistic assessment can be made.
So far Bell Coast has concentrated on a 20 sq km area in the south west corner of this prospect where there are at least two gold occurrences according to the Mineral Resource Authority of Mongolia. . The Suudert occurrence yielded gold values of 0.5 g/t Au from a quartz vein and the Alag Tolgoi occurrence yielded gold values from 0.2 g/t to 20 g/t Au from quartz veins. The first of these hardly sets the heart pounding, but a ground magnetics survey at Suudert is substantially underway. Results to date include observations of surface copper mineralization that was sampled and it is hoped that when all the information is assessed drill targets can be set.
Minews has commented at frequent intervals about Ofex listed AGR, the Australian company which is developing the Boroo gold mine in Mongolia. AGR is now a subsidiary of the major Canadian uranium producer Cameco and is acquiring a 60 per cent interest in its Gatsuurt property to the south west of Boroo and may also get control of Cameco’s Kumtur gold mine in the Kyrgyz republic which is forecast to produce 750,000 ozs gold this year at a cash operating cost of less than US$150/oz This deal may precede promotion to AIM and AGR would be another welcome addition to London’s mining sector.
What we have never commented on before is Harrods Minerals, a private mining company controlled by Mohammed al Fayed – he of Harrods and Fulham Football Club. This company has just changed its name to Gallant Minerals and has a number of gold and copper projects in Peru and Mongolia. Indeed it claims to have the most active exploration programmes in Mongolia where it has been operating for five years and has a large joint venture there with WMC. In the last two years Harrods/Gallant has received The Explorer of the Year award from the Mineral Resource Authority of Mongolia which can hardly have pleased Robert Friedland.. Much more will be heard about Gallant, and indeed, Mongolia, as the company is on its way to a Toronto listing due in the back end of this year and will follow this up with a listing in London.
As far as Yahoo is concerned, I heard about BCP on the IVAN board. Perhaps that yhoo poster is on ihub, I don't remember the posters name or post#. He gave a brief rundown on BCP, piqued my interest.
I'm going to do some quick DD tonight, don't want to miss the boat if this is the real thing. Perhaps gap will fill tomorrow .22-.23
I almost had some of your as(k). phew!
I had some on the ask but I pulled it when I saw the strength. I'm hoping this is the real thing this time and we don't slip back to .19
Nibbled some late today - could be a head fake but me thinks there's more to come.
thanks for the posts people.
Tackler thanks for the links. The company's website was a little sparse, and no filings on sec.gov obviously so your help is appreciated.

Let us know what you think and what's the word on Yahoo?
Hey guys I'm fairly new to BCP as I just heard about it on yahoo today. Does anybody have any additional information on BHPs financial situation, such as financial statements, etc. I went to the website and couldn't find a lot of info, perhaps you could point me in the right direction. Thanks!
Everyone will get their turn BCP LAM PXI
Look at QGX and ETG today. Why aren't they pumping this thing yet???
good volume at any rate!
Worth keeping a close eye on-
NAG.V keeps moving up too-
Holding at .21 cent range on Monday-
gl to all-
I might get myself one of them cool Mongolian tents yet.
We need some BS like this:
I am also doing intensive research on yet another Mongolia exploration
and development company, Pacific Minerals
(PMZ). As those who have followed The Calandra Report know, the Tien
Shan mineral belt across central Asia is likely the next Klondike, in my
book, anyway. And until I am proven wrong, I will continue to do what I
can to allow commodities believers to find the correct ways to
capitalize on the region's proximity to China and the richness of vast
stretches of mineralized land across the Gobi and into Inner Mongolia,
China and the Indochina regions as well.
Still watching BCP-
The NAG.V took off today on 679,000 shares-
closed at .21 cents-
-they are exploring on their Bonaparte property in B.C. Canada-
It is just north of Kamloops so not too far away=
I'm fully invested now so I only look at the ones I already own. LOL
When is this pig going to fly? SUEEEEEEEEEE!!
Got it, post #37. I thought you always started at Z ??
Latest Sedi report indicates that there's been more insider buying.
52,000 shares between October 10th and 16th.
Its all about timing. Its going to go, but when is the question.
these things can take time for sure-
I'm still long NAG.V and SBB.V
If we don't see any more price movement soon I think I will lighten up on this one. Its hard to justify having this as my #2 position. Its a promo play with no promo.
BCP some more buying filed in the last couple days. 50,000 shares bought back @ .17-.18 since selling that 147,000 block @ .185
It will be interesting next week to see if he has sold into this little rally or not.
Looks like it is starting to go-
I am watching NAG.V also- volume is picking up and it is only .12 cents-
Opps scanned it way to quick... multitasking argg
You missed one part of the release. Here it is again, in bold. LOL
The properties are located approximately 50 to 70 kilometres east of Ivanhoe's Turquoise Hill deposits.
It's about time. Could have used a reference to Ivanhoe IVN in there but it's a start. Let's roll!!!
Let the pump begin!!!
Bell Coast commences exploration at Shadow Mountain
2003-10-16 12:14 ET - News Release
Mr. Rahoul Sharan reports
Bell Coast Capital has commenced an exploration program on area 1 and area 12, known as the "Shadow Mountain project," in Mongolia. The properties are located approximately 50 to 70 kilometres east of Ivanhoe's Turquoise Hill deposits.
The focus of the immediate program will be an area of surface copper mineralization on area 12 first visited during the 2003 winter drilling program on the adjacent area 1 property.
Studies of satellite imagery of the two claim blocks (totalling approximately 100,000 hectares) has indicated two elliptical-shaped bodies that are probably large intrusives (each is at least five kilometres in the long direction). Drilling in area 1 during the winter of 2003 intersected copper mineralization and strong alteration along the southern contact of the eastern intrusive. The remainder of the intrusive, which was also defined by results of a ground magnetic survey, remains untested and is buried under transported material.
The western intrusive remains untested but visual malachite in intrusive rocks near its southern contact indicate that the area is copper enriched. A program of gridding, detailed mapping and rock sampling to further explore this area will begin shortly.
It is planned that both intrusives will be surveyed by deep-penetrating induced polarization surveys in 2004.
WARNING: The company relies upon litigation protection for "forward-looking" statements.
Well let's hope we see it-
I'm not long as of yet but I remember the names involved from last go around-
"Since January, new licence applications have been submitted for in excess of 2 million ha. in the country. The net result is in excess of 1 million ha of strategically located propertias, ahead of the competition. "
Thats a lot of ground---
