Dalton's silence suggests he may be under pressure.
He normally posts a few pumpy comments before and after filings, to ease the blow from more empty reports. This time, nothing. We know quite a few people have submitted SEC complaints, but have no way of knowing the status of any possible oversight investigation as they are all processed confidentially.
We also know that he has been reported for claiming a Package Place post office box is a 'usable management suite', hence the recent change of address... which may well have been due to pressure from the OTC. His other addresses have also been invalidated and reported: Red Run Blvd is occupied by ReCa Technologies, the Lombard address is being leased by TIME (but also has seven other businesses who use the address for registration purposes!), the Erford Rd address is managed by Linlo properties who verified none of the companies Doc is associated with are listed as tenants, the 10 E. Baltimore St address was used years ago but is now defunct.

Dalton has to tread very carefully now as he's aware that a number of investors will research any claims and expose any untruths, hence the silence.
There is nothing to save, I still can foresee Dalton selling massive amounts of shares at some point to get as much money out of the UNVC shell as possible for himself. I still believe there was never any real intent of what was stated by him over the years, I still view Dalton & UNVC as a typical penny stock scam, nothing I have seen changes that position for me.
That I do not know, but currently he is handling the UNVC board mods, at this point I do believe Dalton & UNVC are in their final death throes, there can always be another pump that can move it upward as long as there are gullible longs & pumpers with the money to push it.
The question is how long Daivd will honor his words. Right now a lot if this is going on, word twisting facts!

No one has never said HRI didn't exist, Its a company which Dalton used in cross invoicing in Univec, the SEC also reprimanded him for doing so, asked him for legit proof (in the filings) which Dalton told them that they would not be doing business with HRI,PPSI.PSI any more.
HRI dissolved in 2007 was fortified in Md. in 2008, Dalton registered it in Pa as a branch (Also the branch of a forfeited company cannot legally do business either. I contacted the Pa. Dept. Taxation, which told me that HRI never had a business or tax license in Pa, had never filed any type of revenue.)
So, I contacted the property owners in Pa. to see if they were located in the building.
HRI is not located at this address,20 erford rd lemoyne 17043 pa. Period.

I wish I could help you further but here is what I can tell you. We purchased the building in 2007 and Health Resources Inc. was not a tenant at that time. It is possible they were a tenant prior to our ownership of the building.

Where is the creditability in Black Enterprise who LV states does an audit: HRI dissolved in 2007 was fortified in Md. in 2008, but yet reported $105.8 million on revenue for 2008, up 6.9% from 2007. How is this possible.
Foot Note about PPSI (QUOTE from LV PPSI was bought by Univec when Univec was trading on the Nasdaq,) WRONG: Univec got delisted from the NASDAQ in 1999, PPSI never came in the picture until Dalton became CEO in 2001, it was part of his deal to become CEO.

Dalton is running out of addresses, he has with help from Lauren, Lamont and a couple other associates ran some very shady dealings, they've gotten away with for years, Time Org. Inc is I'm afraid right in the middle of some of them.
Just like Dalton on Alignable, he uses the Red Run suite 120 address on the new fake Wellness Rx Inc. company.
He appointed Laruen/Lamont to UNVC for good beneficial reasons for him (later post) which neither one has acknowledged in their LinkedIn profiles being associated with Univec Inc.
Its all smoke and mirrors. Read this well Dalton because a lot more is coming.

We contacted the property owners today at 300 East Lombard St Suite 1700
Baltimore, MD 21202, Time Org. does have suite 1700 rented:
They said Time Org. was the ONLY renter, someone else confirmed this also so they gave us the number to contact the manager of the building. They said he could confirm or deny if Dalton had started using it.
He said that neither Dalton nor Univec Inc had anything to do with it ( he had never heard of them), the only people he said that came by the office were Lauren Herron or Lamont Ellis and it was hardly ever they did. and that he would know if Dalton or Univec had used it or not or had use of it.
Lamont uses the address on several registered businesses of his now Dalton is and has in the past, it has the appearance in my opinion that Time Org is paying for an office for them to use at NO cost to them.
Dalton only changed the address in the OTC profile because of pressure the OTC was getting ( they will get more pressure now). Plus, Dalton put the wrong zip code on purpose. He had to put an address that was a functional office, so he used their address, which he has in the past. But it want help him now with the OTC.
