Well said natural, and I generally agree with you and think management has a lot of explaning to do and hopefully will do so soon so that we no longer have to constantly read between the lines. Although its still very early days for the new management, I hope that the 1st quarter results/write up will enlighten us on what lies ahead for the company.

Or, to put it differently: Going public couldn't come early enough for the old UCP, and being public is too early for the new UCP.
No need for a crystal ball. There is a logic in their behaviour that makes sense to a certain degree.
I find it more and more obvious that the company chose to "go dark" in response to a change in corporate strategy that followed the management-buyout.
Until August 2011, then under former leadership, the company's focus was international attention and expansion efforts (at any cost?). Hence going public in the US. Hence discussions with "big investors" in New York for an acquisition strategy but which never materialized into anything solid. The old UCP was alot about pipe dreams, I tend to think, reflected in an ever declining pps.
In constrast, UCP appears to have changed its business focus during the last few months. At the center of attention is the local market and an effort to grow organically. Alongside its core Swedish operation, the company started two new local ventures and acquired an equity stake in an Norwewgian operation.
I truly think that the company sees itself as being in a transition phase and will work to grow its footprint first before turning attention back to the public markets. Management simply has too much equity interest in this company to just let the share price dwindle in triple zero land forever. They'd also likely need the public market as a vehicle to finance new equity investments in complementary agencies, so they need the pps at much higher levels at some point in the future.
As long as the growth of new ventures keeps them busy, the public market is not of much interest to them it appears. The company does not rely on public financing and, consequently, they keep financial reporting to a minimum. There are two equally valid views to see this behaviour:
On the one hand, this independence on public funding demonstrates the viability of the business model because they must be able to survive on free cashflows and despite the burdensome repayment of old debt.
On the other hand, maintaining a vivid dialogue with shareholders neither need to be expensive nor time-consuming. Not maintaining good standards on OTC Markets is simply ucacceptable in this market segment and underlines that management Ego is that of owners in a private firm, not that of manager's of a public company.
Personally, I tend to think that the benefits of the first view outweighs the added risk of the later.
Wish I could help you...I can only go by what they have told us by way of a public statement.
Management is in place and the past tells us that they are able to increase income and make a profit.
It's hard to believe that there is a scheme or plan to hurt the shareholders who have been buying UCP stock for years with a bombshell.

I am looking for someone with a large crystal ball that can read the future and tell me that there is method in UCPA's madness. Here we are, in anticipation of a very good 1st quarter and we close at .0003, besides the fact that we have good reason to believe the figures will be good based on past performance. Reasonable assumption.There are few companies around that do not reflex the company's performance in the share price but UCPA seem to be an exception.
I cannot but think that there are schemes/plans afoot that will drastically change the company's fortunes one way or the other.
This may turn out to be a company of extremes, they will either drop a bombshell or wither away with a whisper.

MM's don't show your order on the bid. That may be the reason you are not getting filled. Just remove the AON or call your broker and demand accurate representation on L2.

The person named CEO of Nyheter was previously listed as employee on the TKM website. Name was removed together with two other people, all working as Editors/Journalists according to their job description. I had already thought that TKM might have shut down its editorial business. On the contrary, it appears that those positions are newly grouped into Nyheter 365 as an independent spin-off. TKM holds 80% controllng interest.
I'm sure there is someone here on the board with a Facebook account. Please copy and paste the complete list of "Likes" of TKM. The "Likes" on the front page are rotating (only 5 are visible at a time) and you must be logged in to FB to access them all. I noticed that many of those "Likes" represent customers to the firm. So, by having a complete list of the Facebiook "Likes", we might get a better picture of the list of clients. I mean the "Likes" that TKM gives to others, not the ones that it receives.

If they are going that way, OMC would work out the number on shares to gives them for their shares.
Their net number is 1.2 cents per share that they must have, however, with OMC I sure the trade of shares would be higher.

You think that UCP is a takeover target? Judging by the (low) market cap, it might indeed be. But I strongly doubt that Froberg and Grandinson would let their "Baby" go anytime soon.

Also, considering that OMD Nordic is a subsidiary of OMD (ranked Global Media Agency 2011) which in turn in part of Omnicom Media Group, also known as the largest global media network (market cap $13.7 billion), I think TKM is doing pretty good.
