the post i was responding to asserted that all the company had to do was update otcmarkets and the suspension would end. that is patently false. the suspension will end at one minute before midnight on 11/4/20 regardless of anything the company does or does not do.

This will become active because they just had a recent RS and The SEC would not have allowed that.

what? can you be more specific? suspensions never happen because info at otcmarkets (a non regulator) is out of date. if the company does update the info, the suspension will not end as a result. this is pretty basic stuff.
