US Nuclear’s portable air sampler, Model PFAS-100-AIR, utilizes a high-volume pump to trap airborne PFAS over time on a special activated-charcoal filter. After collection, this filter is sent into a lab, where it will be analyzed to tell you the airborne PFAS concentration for that area. US Nuclear’s portable water sampler, Model PFAS-100-H20, operates in a similar capacity, sampling a source of water using a special reverse osmosis process to obtain a small, concentrated volume of PFAS in water which is sent to the lab for measurement.
Due to the incredible persistence and mobility of PFAS, they have slowly built up in our environment and bodies over the last several decades. PFAS remain in our bodies for many years, with half-lives in people of up to eight years, and the level may increase to the point where we can suffer alarming health effects, including: cancer, hormone disruption, liver and kidney toxicity, harm to the immune system, and pregnancy/reproductive issues.
Congress is pushing the EPA to move faster in setting new PFAS standards and regulations as scientists, regulators, and the public express growing concern about PFAS and their effect on our health and environment.
Robert Goldstein, CEO of US Nuclear Corp, added, “We are glad to join in on the fight against this alarming health hazard. With a just few minor modifications to existing products, we were able to develop our PFAS air and water samplers, which we hope will be of use to those concerned about PFAS exposure.”
$UCLE US Nuclear Corp is well positioned to serve the growing market opportunity for radiation safety equipment with both domestic and international sales
representatives servicing customers. In addition to the growing demand for globally for energy this includes the manufacturing of many of today’s
commonly used products. Unknown to the general public radioactive materials are utilized in the most common products such as instruments with a
digital readout such as clocks and microwaves etc. The introduction to manufacturing with Rare Earth, which has radioactive elements in it, will
increasingly grow in the manufacturing world and in such common products as cell phones and computers.

ABOUT U.S NUCLEAR CORP
U.S Nuclear Corp is engaged in the development of and sale of radiation detection and measuring equipment. Some of the company’s solutions are used in the detection of radioactive materials in water. The company also offers software solutions used in the detection of gamma and neutron radiation levels.
$2 MILLION BACKLOG
Shares of U.S Nuclear Corp are flying high in response to a multi-million deal that the company has signed to supply its DroneRAD systems to the Saudi Arabia Civil Defense. The order has bolstered the company’s backlog to highs of $2 million affirming the growing credibility of the radioactive detection system.
DroneRAD is the company’s flagship aerial radiation and chemical detection system. The system utilizes NEO and Zoe drones designed for radiation and chemical detection. Saud Arabia is slowly becoming U.S Nuclear Corp biggest customer having ordered the system for use for national security purposes.
“US Nuclear is happy to announce these unique DroneRAD systems can also be outfitted with chemical detectors and bacterial/viral collection filters. A proprietary quick-release gimbal connector on the DroneRAD allows the operator to quickly change between sensor packages in emergency scenarios, and a special air sampling system,” U.S Nuclear Corp in a statement.
RADON GAS OPPORTUNITY
In addition to DroneRAD system, U.S Nuclear Corp has also made a name for itself in solving a long-running problem involving Radon, a hazardous natural occurring radioactive gas. The fact that the gas cannot be smelled, tasted or seen has made it impossible for people to combat it even though it is a leading cause of lung cancer.
U.S Nuclear Corp has moved to solve the radon problem with the unveiling of RandFan a radon detection and mitigation system. The system can detect the radioactive gas below the EPA’s action levels in minutes.
The fact that RandFan is compatible with all HVAC systems and can be wall mounted makes it ideal for use in office servings as well as apartments hotels and schools. The new system expands the company into a market worth $16 billion.
The company is currently eyeing deals with big multinationals such as Johnson controls, Carrier or Trane as it seeks to generate significant value from its latest innovation. The company remains optimistic about generating substantial revenues and value from the system going forward.
“Our initial focus is on large buildings with large HVAC systems where our detector and command module can easily be put into service to fix the problem immediately and cost-effectively. We are in early discussions with Johnson Controls and other HVAC industry leaders,” said CEO, Bob Goldstein.
WHAT NEXT FOR U.S NUCLEAR CORP
U.S Nuclear Corp is making a name for itself as a leader in high quality, fast and accurate radioactive monitoring devices. DroneRAD and RandFan are the two flagship devices poised to generate significant value for the company and drive the bottom line.
The stock should continue to edge higher on investors taking note of what is at stakes in terms of value generation with the two revolutionary systems.
$UCLE Los Angeles, CA, Nov. 05, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NEWMEDIAWIRE -- PFAS, poly-and perfluroroalkyl substances, are also known as “forever chemicals” because they don’t break down in the environment. Since these toxic chemicals don’t break down, they move through our food and water supply and eventually build up in our bodies over time. Due to the widespread, unregulated use of PFAS over the past several decades, nearly every American is now contaminated with PFAS, which can remain in the body for years and cause cancer, reproductive issues, and damage to the immune system, kidneys, and liver, among other concerns.
Known for their CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear) sensor technology, US Nuclear Corp. (UCLE) realized that one of the first steps in addressing the PFAS crisis is to determine where the exposure is coming from and limit that exposure. To this end, US Nuclear has developed a new line of portable air and water samplers that are used (by health and safety inspectors, public, industrial hygienists) to easily obtain multiple concentrated samples of PFAS from suspected air or water sources, which are then sent to a lab for detailed analysis.
The public can be exposed to PFAS from a variety of sources, including:
Commercial/Household Products: Stain and water repellent clothing, carpets, rugs, and furniture; nonstick/Teflon products such as cookware. Also includes polishes, waxes, paints, cleaning products, and fire-fighting foams.
Food packaged in materials containing PFAS, grown in PFAS contaminated soil or water, or processed with equipment that used PFAS. Additionally, PFAS builds up in our food supply, ultimately contaminating our crops, fish, and livestock.
Indoor air and dust: production facilities or industries that use PFAS, and from products containing PFAS, such as furniture, leather, carpets, and clothing which slowly release these chemicals into the air over time.
Drinking water: Our drinking water sources are often contaminated by local facilities working with PFAS, such as an industrial/manufacturing facility, oil refinery, fire-fighting training facility, or wastewater treatment plant.

Racing with competition? "Nuclear technology companies Phoenix and SHINE Medical Technologies have achieved a new world record for a nuclear fusion reaction in a steady-state system, the strongest of its kind ever produced on Earth. The reaction yielded 46 trillion (4.6×1013) neutrons per second, eclipsing the previous record by nearly 25% and setting a new standard for neutron generator technology."

They're qiuckly flushing UCLE down the toilet ...inside inlaws? ...the swirlies...POS....hahaha!
UCLE is one of the most undervalued stocks in the entire market because their investments and licensing deals with MIFTI and MIFTEC (the owner of the recent biggest energy breakthrough in history) will soon explode UCLE to unbelievable record highs soon when investors finally figure out how big the growth is going to be. Truly an AMAZING story that investors have not figured out yet. Early buyers will reap giant rewards.
hopefully it turns, ever since announcing the deal with a Chinese company it has been tanking. Maybe the Chinese steal intellectual property or force them to share processes.
Not trying to scare people but not looking good right now. Maybe dilution to fund machines.
Time to load up and pick up the very few shares that occasionally hit the market. Anything under $3 is a steal!
Yea, it was good to see that this morning, just some bad timing on that bit amount of news. The makers were holding tight here today not wanting to loose with sympathy of the market. I had several orders in that were bypassed and must have gone to another MM. I doubt if any retailers got any sh. unless they hit the ask and even then maybe they were denied. Just my observation on the day. I've seen where an ask gets put up and when it gets reached it gets moved. What a game.
Tomorrow might be a better day to be able to get some, looks like currency war begins and trade wars continue at some point this may run beta to the market.
And on the NASDAQ comments, I have some thoughts on that.

It may be a long while, but CEO has NASDAQ uplisting in mind.
Well if that doesn't spell RM to come. With pri. MIFTI.
Pre-market activity seeing a 22% in TD but no sh count. Could we see news today?
Oil and Gas Journal reports $18 million market cap achieves historic new fusion energy breakthrough about to greatly impact Energy and Healthcare. Medical radioisotopes first and major energy source for the electric power grid next. Looks like first and earliest buyers will reap biggest rewards.

Anyone happen to know how reputable Oil & Gas 360 is? https://www.oilandgas360.com/long-awaited-fusion-energy-breakthrough-finally-arrives/
Everyone catch that!?
A machine that produces more energy that is used to run it. Think about that for a moment. Then hit "BUY."
Spock....imagine a 600 calorie burger that gives you 800 calories of go- get- 'em!
Spock......or one beer that feels like three.
When news about US Nuclear's partners <IFTI and MIFTEC gets out to mainstream about historic fusion energy achievement, UCLE share price will explode to over $10 and then $20 and higher.
This is the real deal and very few have read and understood the historic report in world's leading fusion energy journal, Physics of Plasmas where MIFTI achieved neutron flux over 10 to the 10th in a small i MA machine.
Plans are now completed to build the 10 MA machine that is designed to generate 10 to the 15th neutron flux and will produce billions of dollars of h=the highest quality radioisotopes at HALF THE CURRENT COST.
AND
Will for the first time in history, produce more power than what is put in. This is called Net Positive Energy and it will be one of the biggest technological breakthroughs in mankind history.
What do you think will happen to the very few UCLE shares available?
Don't worry about Northstar and Shine . . . they will only have a vert short window of about 2 years where they can sell product . . . and then there sales will come to screeching halt forever!
Grab all the UCLE you can afford now and hang on tight!
Good to hear from you JohnnyR
This deal w/MIFI is not clear with me, I almost expect a RM could be afoot.
Can someone explain exactly what US Nuclear will be doing for MIFTI?
UCLE now has 500K sh with option to own 10% of total and all rights to manufacturing/distribute Magneto-Inertial's thermonuclear fusion power generator. That came at a cost as indicated in most recent 10K.
Perhaps manufacturing retooling could be in the works. Could be exciting times ahead.
It would be helpful to know exactly what MIFTI sh/market cap are valued at. The only info I was able to find was a message stating that MIFI would need to be contacted (personally) to get that info.
I too am thinking w/ this low float the PS could conceivably stay within our current trading range and hopefully above the critical 1 dollar mark. Not a whole lot of information is available for UCLE.
I can't even get IO thru NASDAQ. But hopeful w/ UCLE
Best of luck, I'll be making some contributions at these levels and thinking long for the kids, if I hear something of interest I'll be posting.
Manta shows all three div with revs, Govt contracts also in their past, not big contracts but they have their foot in the door and know how to work the govt contract process.
The real future is still the fision/fusion medical process. Worth billions in a year or so. I don't know what the companies stake will be.
OS is too low for this to go down too much. Institutions could buy up the shares too quickly to not be in at least a little.
Could go down first just because it takes money to get started, but this worth too much to fall much. I figure institutions will start buying in as progress is known.
Good luck too all. I will be silent for a year or so. No reason to waste time before it starts to rumble.
My favorite part of TA division is they recently tested and deployed a water monitor device in Washington DC, which tests water in real time to protect from terrorism or other sources of contamination, such devices in all major cities worldwide could be worth billions.
Company has a lot of possible revenue streams. We will see.
TA - the division making the DroneRad had estimated revenue of 3,165,729 so a 777% increase could take it to 21 million. Or the 3,165,729 would be for 2019 estimate. Not sure how to take it. So revenue somewhere between 3 mil and 21 mil for the TA division.
Two separate divisions would have revenue over 3 mil according to Manta. Both divisions show 3 mil +.
So, six mil revenue minimum with 17 mil OS = good company.
Very few 6 mil revenue companies are profitable, but this will be profitable in 2019 it looks like.
Plus a lot of upside.
100 years experience, US Nuclear Corp is a radiation detection holding company specializing in the development and manufacturing of radiation detection instrumentation. Together, its three operating divisions (Technical Associates (TA), Overhoff Technology (OTC), and Electronic Control Concepts (ECC), US Nuclear Corp provide more than 100 years of combined experience in supplying top of the line instrumentation to any industry utilizing radionuclides.
They work with homeland security in shipping ports to test containers.
US Nuclear could be ne of 2019 biggest winners. Enormous upside potential with very very few shares available and gigantic sales soon.
