Some nice volume recently. A nice steady gain is great to see.
.819! Looking good
UQM
Interesting day. Hopefully we break 0.8 as thus will pave the way to $1...
Agreed. Great potential
UQM, will explode to $1 easily with volume....
Yes, this one will take some more time to ferment, but it is heading in the right direction. At least it allowed me to add more shares at .50's.
Good short term as well I am seeing. Up 25% in two days. Low market cap, lots of room to grow.
Great, growing technology.
Up 20% in the past couple weeks. Maybe bottomed out and on the way back up.
Down at a good entry price to boot. Or reload as the case may be.
$UQM Chart + Jay Leno Exposure coming up not yet known (PR'd)
The goal is to install a modern drivetrain – UQM electric motor and increase power output by 10 times the original amount. http://insideevs.com/jay-leno-modernize-1914-detroit-electric-video/
Any thoughts on the earnings report??
Pre-conference call trepidation?
Hope you are right.
Could also be a short trap. Every since the deal was announced someone has been shorting the stock.

Deal w/Chinese turns this to a very long, slow drudge w/ risk of appropriation of the technology along the way. IMHO
Coming on the back of the news of the finances raised I would imagine
Some nice pre-market action. Under .50 looking good.

Amex, is what it seems to trade on.
Offer is closed

The warrant gives the purchaser the right to purchase one share of stock at an exercise prices of $1.31.
i agree after offering close it should head up
Being this is a NYSE stock I don't think NASDAQ comes into play
What's your projected time frame for return to $1, if you have a crystal ball?
BTW- AMEX is not ideal, lot of algo influence, IMHO
It's not about being right, this is just how this works.
Hope you're right, Moonistea!!!
12m total shares includeing warrants is masive dilution? I'm sorry but that is a pittance regardless of the percentage of shares sold. Also 4m of those shares don't go onto the market for 6 months at the earliest, and won't be converted until the stock price is significantly higher than the exercise price.
These guys need money in the short term to deliver on their contracts. Big freakin' whoop.
it seems there are a lot of people here who don't have a lot of experience with Nasdaq stocks. Maybe I'm wrong, but all the doom and gloom is so off base as to be almost funny if it wasn't costing us. This is the time to buy anyway, remember "buy the fear?"
Also cashless warrants are pro forma.
Each Unit consists of (i) one share of common stock (each a “Share”), $0.01 par value per share (the “Common Stock”) of UQM, and (ii) one warrant to purchase 0.5 of a share of Common Stock (the “Warrants”). The Warrants have an exercise price of $1.31 per share and are exercisable at any time beginning April 30, 2016 through October 30, 2020.
What on earth are people talking about here? 10 shares per unit...
This is what happens every time a company does a direct public offering. Shares dip below the price of offering, mostly b/c idiot share holders freak out about dilution.
A registered direct offering are what all big board companies do. There is no mystery here. And remember all shares offered must be bought on the open market, so those who bought the .80 shares aren't selling them for a loss right now.

Re:
Got LOTS of time before delisting would happen.
What time frame do you see return to 1? This year?
What are they going to do to get the share price back to 1?
Got LOTS of time before delisting would happen.
How are they going to continue to trade on a Major exchange if they don't get with it a.s.a.p. and get share the price back to $1?
Thanks. I have been unable to see why the warrants are "cashless". Or what is toxic except the massive dilution. Buyers paid way up in price, but unless they are somehow shorting in pairs, hard to see how they would stand for the stock instantly losing 35 - 50% of the value.
I'am going to pass on this one for investing. Did good today on $nymx$$$$
The S-3 was filed on 10/16 for up to $50M anyway they like through funding arrangements or selling on the open market. More dilutive OS increase to come for sure imo.
Of more concern right now is that blaring $9M Inventory number on $600k quarterly product revenue. Odds are high they will eat that inventory number at some point.
Does anyone have a link/s to view their actual product? I love this sector but this issue has many hiccups?
Its the cashless warrants and the fact that first units wont even be shipped for over a year. Pure pump by the company. This now has toxic finance included in the name...Stock will spiral downward
49 cents is a Strange response to a purported $400 million over 10 yrs. contract.
I read on another board that ZAAP could be a customer. They received an order of 100k EV vans over the next 3 years. They have been producing them but my understanding is they are still lining up Motor and Lithium battery partners? Does anyone here know about or have insight on this?
Agreed on that too 63 is a pivot for bounce
