Interesting to see somewhat consistent volume on TWTV. Wonder why.

Most interesting part of this play to me is that it is still registered with the SEC.
Sure doesn't trade much.

First order of the day, getting real about the correct cap's for the stocks that we are trading....check this out.
Market Capitalization
Brokerages vary on their exact definitions, but the current approximate classes of market capitalization are:
Mega Cap: Market cap of $200 billion and greater
Big/Large Cap: $10 billion to $200 billion
Mid Cap: $2 billion to $10 billion
Small Cap: $300 million to $2 billion
Micro Cap: $50 million to $300 million
Nano Cap: Under $50 million
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/m/marketcapitalization.asp
Ever notice that we never want to seem to call a spade a spade? Ever do the math on your favorite penny stock? How much do you want to bet that most of these so called micro's are actually nano's? Here's how to do the calculations.
Calculating Market Cap
Market capitalization is just a fancy name for a straightforward concept. Quite simply, it refers to the value of a company, that is, the market value of its outstanding shares. This figure is found by taking the stock price and multiplying it by the total number of shares outstanding. For example, if Creede's Mortgage Corporation (CMC) was trading at $20 per share and had 1 million shares outstanding, then the market capitalization would be $20 million ($20 x 1 million shares). It's that simple.
Next order of the day is what to post...here's the arena rules.
All posts regarding stocks MUST have the following the first time they are posted on the NCFC.
1. Must have a market cap under 300 mil.
2. Must have designation of correct cap.
3. Must have o/s (use "~" if it's not transparent).
Here are two examples.
~~> NNYR .011 x o/s 12,164,286 = 133,807 nano (June 24, 2007)
~~> CPMM .145 x o/s 115,463,499 = 16,742,207 nano (June 1, 2007)
* The cap and the o/s MUST be posted if the stock is new to the NCFC (to determine if the stock is new or not, please just enter the ticker in the search box for the thread). This is the bare miniumum of DD that anyone should be able to answer. It's the starting point, and it's DUE on this thread when asked!
Next, after the pre-requisites are met, feel free to express yourself in regards to your stock. It can be a simple PR, a moronic pump, a moronic bash, or anything in between.....thing is, put on your armor and be ready because you very well may be challenged, since, on this thread, there is no such thing as a pump or a bash, as long as it's directed at a stock, and not at a fellow investor. Be prepared to discuss any element of your stock, especially the market cap and the o/s.

I will be looking forwars to what you find out. Something is brewing here.
Mr....I contacted Two-Way Media in Europe last week inquiring about how these recent events may effect Two Way TV US. My e-mails were promptly returned by the CEO Jean de Fourgerolles who instructed me to contact Bruce Bauer who is CEO of Two Way TV US. I am awaiting a return e-mail from Mr Bauer. I'm curious how these deal correlate to the TWTV US subsidiary.
Turner involved with TWTV.
New Media Age, 19 February 2004
Cartoon Network owner Turner Broadcasting is stepping up its interactive TV strategy after taking on Two Way TV to develop a series of games featuring characters such as Bugs Bunny to run across its channels.
Turner, which also operates Boomerang and Toonami, will roll out several iTV games from next month, which it says will allow it to establish the extent of correlation between viewer use of such applications and any subsequent uplift in audience ratings.
Richard Kilgarriff, VP and director of channels at Turner UK, said the deal with Two Way TV represented the second in a three-phase enhanced TV strategy for the firm, which could see it moving with its advertisers into retail, through the red button, further down the line.
'This year is a big catalyst for eTV,' said Kilgarriff. 'The first phase was about making sure the applications worked but now it's about the audience taking the front seat rather than the developers.'
Kilgarriff said the first iTV game developed for Turner by Two Way, which launched quietly on Cartoon Network during Halloween last year, coincided with the channel seeing its highest weekly ratings in the last five years.
Although he doesn't attribute this directly to the iTV game, he said it was a factor that Turner was now keen to explore further, having contracted Two Way to develop a full suite of games on its behalf following this initial trial.
Two Way meanwhile, which was saved from administration at the end of last year after being bought out by principal shareholders Liberate, Scandia Media Invest and NTL Europe, has appointed the latter's COO Bob Schmitz as its new chairman.
Great volume last week and now the spread opens up and it dies. Anyone have any opinion of what's up. I'm trying to contact the company (Europe). I'll post any response I get.
TIA
Doc
Something is up with this stock. Time to watch it.
This Is Why You Need Message Boards!!! I have a story that is directly related to Two Way TV US(TWTV) but no one would ever know unless it was explained. About half way through this article from CED Magazine, it mentions how two games, Picnic Antics and Deal With It improved the viewership of Charters i-channel, but the article never mentions that those two games are from TWTV. So although the CED article makes no mention of TWTV, we can at least assume that TWTV is now hitting pay dirt with its games. I think this is just the begining. This is the article. http://www.cedmagazine.com/ced/2003/0203/id2.htm

Two Way TV US (TWTV) Is Looking Good. http://www.digitaltelevision.com/2002/may/news0503_4.shtml
Two Way TV US (TWTV). Welcome to the board. For those of you that have been following the ITV sector, I'm sure you realize that the entire ITV sector has been having a tough go of it as of late. The biggest problem has been getting companies to agree on standards and now of course Liberate Technologies (LBRT) and Open TV (OPTV) are in a patent dispute. Companies seem to be coming around to setting standards, but their not there 100% as of yet. The patent dispute between OPTV and LBRT is unfortunate and we can only hope that they will resolve the dispute out of court and quickly. What is very nice about Two Way TV US (TWTV) is the fact that they can run on virtualy any platform that anyone is using. They already have relationships with Open TV, Liberate Technologies and Microsoft as well. There is currently some confusion in the ITV sector at the moment, but despite that, there can be no doubt that all TV in the US and Canada will be ITV in time. ITV is a wonderful enhancement for TV and companies such as Two Way TV US (TWTV) that are in the early vanguard of this industry should be halmarks over time. My opnion only of course. Please share your opinions here on Two Way TV US (TWTV) and the evolving ITV industry.
