Don’t know much about the first but I agree. Regarding management, I would assume any deal would come with the technical expertise. The message in the announcement seems to suggest he would transition.

Glad to see the announcement on EV being a focus, but have a couple of concerns. 1) They just identified people in the psilocybin arena (Gabriel Rodriguez) and this seems to be the hottest medical breakthrough right now. Lots of great success treating mental illness, paralysis and drug addiction. I would like to see this area pursued 2) Current leadership has experience in medical, not electrical engineering. It might make more sense to find another individual to lead this effort who has some related background. I guess what really needs to happen is to get some full time focus on this and stop having it be a part time endeavor. Let's see how long until something more tangible

Yes. He is setting up studies in other countries and mentioned Mexico and Jamaica. Gathering data and coming back to US. 2 states are legal now, but hopefully the data and public sentiment will show that Psylicibin does wonders for mental illness and drug addiction. He has talked with TVOG so hopefully there is a plan to roll him under the stock symbol in the future.

This is the guy that was announced a couple of months ago as talking to TVOG about his pursuits in various opportunities. He has a pretty strong following and if you look at his Linked In profile there are several articles to read. https://www.linkedin.com/in/fasttrader/ He is pursuing research out side the US with mushrooms in an effort to speed up the data needed to go big in the US. Right now only legal in 2 states, but could be a miracle treatment for mental illness and drug addiction. I can only hope he wants to go public under TVOG. Soon.

I'm not sure why you would say that.
Helm, the former CEO, converted 60,000 shares of Series B preferred into 6,000,000 shares of common.
1,420,000 shares of Series B remain outstanding. Conversion of those shares at the same rate would result in the issuance of 142,000,000 common shares.
"As of June 30, 2022, the number of shares outstanding of our Common Stock was 211,795,023" per the latest quarterly report.

Did you take the potential for that level of dilution into consideration?

More troubling might be the fact that Preferred B was used to pay off debt at VERY different rates to two entities only 2 weeks apart:
Per the Quarterly Helm got 35,100 Preferred B shares for $37,700 in debt while US Petrovest got 1,300,000 Preferred B shares for $77,709 in debt. You don't need a calculator to recognize how big that disparity is.
Per the Report:
"On August 25, 2021, the Company issued 144,900 shares of Series B Preferred stock to Stephen Helm in exchange for the cancellation of 14,490,000 shares of common stock held by Mr. Helm on that date. The Company also issued on that same date 35,100 shares of Series B Preferred stock to Mr. Helm to settle outstanding advances he previously made to the Company in the amount of $37,700.
On September 10, 2021, the Company issued 1,300,000 shares of Series B Preferred stock to US Petrovest, Inc. to settle outstanding advances previously made to the Company in the amount of $77,709."

An excellent share structure needs to make sense.
