Originally, they planned to buy an existing plant in Cascade that was partially complete. That fell through and they bought a lot next door instead in order to build a plant on. They then sold that lot for a small loss and focused on getting the Platteville plant up and running.
Exactly how many plants do they own and in what states. Are they selling that one facility and taking the money to better the next facility?
I just read that the plant they purchased to make baby formula was purchased in cascade Iowa facility was supposed to be completed by May 2013 I see no further information on the subject
No, they bought an existing plant in Platteville in order to redesign it and they bought a vacant lot in Cascade in order to build a new plant. They already sold the lot. Now, they're selling the plant.
Here's the New Year's Message from last year.

And here's the notice they sold the lot.

Nice to be up to .04 and holding. Now if you get that decimal point moved four places to the right I could quit working

I'm with you in spirit. ( :
What does a person have to do to get an update or some news?
Gotcha. Hopefully, they'll put out a pr on what progress they're making sometime in July.
Haven't gone anywhere. Just waiting like everyone else.
Unfortunately, we don't know if the plant's producing.
Good article in current edition of Bloomberg BusinessWeek titled:
"America's Got Milk and China Wants It".
Demand is growing. This company has a market in China that wants its product.
Maybe that will help as long as we can move product they can paint their shacks with it
I remember when years ago we sent powdered milk to Africa but because of their lactose problem, ended up being used as a 'white wash' to paint their houses.

Production of what?
Does anyone know when production will start?
The owner trying to keep the company from going to .0001 per share, buying high to create frenzy, don't buy it.
Smells like sour milk! LOL.
... Yeah, this invest stinks.
Oh we'll.
Guess ya (usually) never know until it's too late...lol

Not very informative is it, 567? Not sure where this came from.
Principal products or services, and their markets;
Importer of sporting and recreation product, electronics primarily from China and Latin America
They filed their annual report and someone decided to pick some up.

Probably a fat finger, sadly. I was hoping it was a significant development.
1 buy totaling about $87.00. Don't know what to make of it, but my portfolio looks a little nicer. Bid is still 0.013.
Good question. This is a total surprise!
Haven't check in for quite awhile. So I stopped by the website. No change except I noticed a link to Trikes. Has that been on the website for awhile and I missed it? Or is it something new?
Thanks
Bob

Could be.
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 2000 split. Ex-date=07/11/2012
But the post she replied to said...
Anyone know why the pps spiked this morning 500%?
Maybe Princess hasn't checked her account for years and is referring to the r/s done by the company that owned the shell before Tritent? Maybe?
All I can say is that there's no indication I can find of UNMK having done a R/S.
I know the math don't add up but trust me that what I was and that's what it is. ...not worth my time calling for 43 bucks
That spike in sp comes nowhere near accounting for the ratio of a R/S such as you gave.
Again, where are you getting 1 million becoming 1082?
If it's in your account, you should check with your broker.
It explains a spike in price but still have less shares
