TBUFF Did a little digging, the Company is 82.43% insider owned. The majority of these share holders are board members, CEO, CFO, COO, etc. That's probably why volume is so lite, not that many shares to go around. On a NASDAQ sight I found out that most of these shares were bought in February 13 and March 13. http://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/tbuff/insider-trades Most of the buys were @.40 & @.56, these guys want to make money, all you have to do is hang on. I added up 57,587,934 but that is more than the stated share count, so in the theory of Occam's razor, I am off somewhere between held and traded. This was also of interest.

TBUFF vs other BIO Plays

One of the hardest things for any Bio to do is to get past stage 3 testing, then regulatory approval by the FDA to sell their products.
TBUFF http://www.tributepharma.com/ already has 8 on the market selling, and one or more in the pipeline. Now I cannot argue that companies like IN* are making huge gains just on the results of Phase 3 trials, and I like IN*. On the other hand SVF* is in the toilet before it even got anything out of the gate. Getting the product to market in BIO is the biggest hurdle for ANY company. TBUFF already has that in spades. So to put a twist on a old phrase, 8 in the hand is better than 1 in the bush... TBUFF $$$$

Oh revenue did I forget to mention revenue... $$$$$$$$

TBUFF product testimonial on a migraine medicine in TBUFF line up, CAMBIA for migraines, and let me tell you with a wife that suffers with them, $10 to $50 a dose is well within the money people are willing to spend gladly that suffer these painful attacks. Entering full force in the U.S market. TBUFF easy play $ 1 dollar and beyond. Could be some VOLATILITY as bigger money tries to shake shares loose from retail holders. Short play flip could take a week or more, hold longer for bigger gains, but buying back in on dips will be harder. TBUFF $$$$

I have never been so happy to find a medicine. Cambia claims to relieve migraines within 15 minutes and at least for me, it does just that. I have suffered on and off with migraines for about 35 years and have not found anything that works like this.
The only downside with it is the cost. Even with an insurance RX card, it cost me $21 for 9 doses. My doctor initially gave me samples to try first. Knowing how good it worked, I didn't mind paying it.


Cambia works VERY quickly. You are actually supposed to take it on an empty stomach. This is printed in the patient instructions. My insurance didn't cover the cost of the prescription either. It is actually not $200 per packet, but $200 per prescription. There are nine packets with each prescription so that makes each dose about $22. I think that is worth it, considering my migraine was gone in 15 minutes!!!

Clinical trails for the use of one of Tribute Pharmaceuticals products, COLLATAMP G , I like this product $$$, already in use in other areas of surgery, will be testing the results using Collatamp in US knee replacements to prevent infections. All ready proven effective in all its other currant uses. So September 2014 will be $$$$, as I know the results will be good. This ticker could be a holder, and a good play on dips and rises.

Q.: What can you do to prevent your shares holdings from being shorted?

A: Now what can the average personal investor do to stop their own shares being shorted, as believe me your own broker, if approached, WILL sell your own shares that they hold on your behalf as a nominee account.

There are two things you can do, the first is to certificate them but this is not obviously to everyone’s advantage but the alternative solution is simple. All you do is to phone your broker and put an order in saying that you wish to place your shares for sale at, for arguments sake, double today’s price. As they are 'on order' they cannot be lent out by your broker and in turn you are reducing the amount of 'free shares' out there that can be used for shorting purposes. And don't forget to move your limit order up when the price starts to recover, then, that way your shares can't be shorted - not much but helps :D.

Although an individual personal investor will not normally have enough shares to halt a concerted shorting attack, if a large number of holders did this it would reduce the overall amount of shares that they could get their hands on.

In my opinion well worth doing if not only for the knowledge that your own shares cannot and will not be used in a short attack against the very share that you own.
